Wendy’s

What could have been a bad experience was made up for by the sweet manger Tananse. The young girl who took our order didn’t ask «How may help you» or anything but simply looked up from the register. I gave my full order, which apparently she did not listen to because she had to ask redundant questions about my order that I had already stated. Sure enough there was an item on our order that was wrong. The manager we spoke to about this was very kind and kept a smile the whole time. She was able to grant us a more-​than-​reasonable compensation for the inconvenience. Tananse provided excellent costumer service. Other than this, the food was prepared quick and was delivered warm.

Not so hot even as Wendy’s go. The Chili seemed different compared to other Wendy’s. It tasted good but I thought it would be supplied by corporate and be the same as all Wendy’s.

Bathrooms are filthy and there is no soap. Table was dirty. We had to wipe it off ourselves. (There were only four other couples in the whole restaurant). Time for management to care a little here. Hamburgers were overlooked and fries weren’t crispy. Not good by any Wendy’s standards.

I know this is just fast food but still, I would expect it to be a little cleaner. Bathrooms were filthy– I know that’s kinda of standard, but the empty tables too! It seems like no one has wipe them off in a while. I ordered a jr. Bacon and the patty is old, bacon hard, and this burger was probably sitting out for a while. Their fries are ok. Thank goodness they can’t ruined a frosty.

Pretty standard Wendy’s with lots of other options very close by. This isn’t the best Wendy’s I’ve been to but it wasn’t the worst. They also haven’t had a renovation or update to the building’s appearance in quite some time. We were a little chilly in the winter sitting under what used to be the old solarium from old, old Wendy’s.
I ordered a burger combo with sweet tea. My order came out in a good time and the fries were done very well. However something was a bit off with the sweet tea. I’m not sure if it was over sweetened or if a Stevia sweetener was being used but it didn’t taste quite right to me. As well, the bun for my burger seemed as though it wasn’t quite fresh as I’ve had at other Wendy’s.
Nothing much special but it wasn’t terrible either. Doesn’t help that it shares an entrance from the road with a Cookout.

I’ll never learn. I’ve been to this location probably 5 times. My order is always the same and quite simple, 4 piece nugget, junior bacon cheeseburger and a soda. I’ve only been there once where they didn’t manage to mess up the order and on that occasion the food was cold. This place is a waste of money and time.
On a side note, how is it that the junior bacon cheeseburger keeps going up in price but manages to taste worse? Probably need to re-​think going to Wendy’s as a whole.

Most Wendy’s would probably get 3 stars from me, but his location gets a downgrade for sticky tables, trash on floor, one ketchup dispenser empty, the other ketchup dispenser broken, and lackluster service. It was 2 o’clock in the afternoon on a Sunday and it wasn’t crowded or busy.

Super convenient off the highway. We used the drive through so I can’t vouch for the interior, but the intercom on the order window works… which is more than I can say for many fast good joints in small towns. I am CRAZY about their salads. Wendy’s has the best salads of any fast food place… not that I necessarily frequent fast food joints for their salads, but it nice to get a gourmet salad on a road trip rather than a gut bomb. :)
Go Wendy’s for offering yummy healthy options!

Place opens at 7am, arrived there for breakfast at 7:50am and the manager said oh we are sorry none of the grills and friers are ready to go until 8:30AM. So I’m sure they had 30 minutes before opening plus the extra 50 minutes and they can’t get it together and they want another 40 minutes. Pretty disappointing, ended up leaving.

Hit up this Wendy’s for lunch as we drove from Charlotte to New York. It was at a convenient location right off the exit with easy access in and out.
The restaurant was clean and a bit fancy, with a vase of flowers on each table. The cashier was quick and they didn’t give me any grief when I changed my mind about my drink after paying for the meal. The food was ready quickly and came out fresh. We haven’t been to a Wendy’s in forever but enjoyed the new ceasar salad dressing, which had a bit of a lemon kick to it. The restrooms were also pretty clean, though only having a one-​person bathroom for men is a bit ridiculous (the women’s room had two stalls), especially for such a busy location right off the highway. The topper to the whole dining experience was when one of the employees walked around the dining room handing out starlight mints.
As far as fast food burger joints go, I wish they all met this particular Wendy’s standards. Quick and friendly service, convenient location, and clean dining area and restrooms are all you can hope for when it comes to fast food, and this location had all that.
