The burger was average. The size was small and the bun was not warm. The meat only covered about 80% of the small bun. The veggies were fresh. The fries were amazing. Based on the burger I’d rate it 4 out of 10. Based on the price and size of the burger I’d rate it 2 out of 10. Don’t plan to return.

The staff at this place makes me feel extremely uncomfortable when they greet you from 50+ feet away upon entering the restaurant. Very awkward. Aside from that the food’s pretty damn tasty.

Friendly staff, poor food value. I’ve been hearing about this place (online) for years and couldn’t wait to try it. Two burgers and two orders of fries were almost $ 25. Keep in mind that’s WITHOUT a drink included. WHAT!!! The fries were the type you’d get at any county fair — except they were overly salty. The burgers, while tasty, tasted almost exactly like a plain burger you’d make at home. Definitely not worth the «high-​end-​restaurant» prices they’re charging. I mean, it’s a burger joint. The staff made sure to greet us as we arrived, so that was nice. The atmosphere kind of looks like a huge cafeteria but it was clean and the condiment area was also clean and very well stocked. I’ll try any restaurant at least once, but I will not be going back to Five Guys Burgers & Fries again. Even if the prices were less expensive, the food is nothing special. :(

5 Stars for 3 industrious guys. Blew in at 9:45p (they close at 10:00p) after being on the road all day from Greenville, SC. Umberto and his crew had the place spotless and greeted us with the enthusiasm of a Ritz-​Carlton. The 3 man crew whipped us up 2 fabulous bacon cheeseburgers, with fries, while we munched on the free peanuts. Excellent burgers, excellent service. Worth a stop if you’re traveling the I-​81 corridor.

Burgers are good, BUT they’re Not worth almost $ 10 w/​fries & w/​out drink. This particular location is about $ 1.50 more expensive on total ticket than the other locations. The dining area is equivalent to a $ 3.50 Burger place. This particular locations food portion size And quality was less than satisfactory. In conclusion, this store is great for those who don’t have much of a preference and don’t know much difference.

It’s very rare for me to give a burger joint 5⁄5 stars but this place makes the best burgers in the valley and it’s just a fast food joint. You make your own burger and they give you a huge bag of fries. Don’t forget about the free peanuts.

Hands down, the BEST burger I have had in a long time. Employees are friendly and helpful, even during the dinner rush. The regular burger is huge! It’s *a lot* to eat, especially when paired with their generous portions of french fries. The second time I went, I ordered the little burger, which is still a good size, but not overfilling like the regular. You will have a short wait after placing your order, but it is SO worth it! Their burgers are made of fresh meat and are cooked to order. Is it cheap? Not really. Plan on spending around $ 20 for two people for burgers, fries, & drinks. But, the old phrase, «You get what you pay for» definitely applies here. If you want over-​salted frozen patties that have been pre-​cooked in bulk, then sit in their own grease, served up by rude, apathetic employees … by all means go to the clown and pay a dollar.

You can’t beat this place. Not for the health conscious, but for the hearty stomach. It is the same fast service, great food, as their other chains. The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere on a island, but who cares. If you want your burger with a side of a huge load of cajun fries, come here.
