Nice man runs the shop, replaced heels on two pairs of men’s dress shoes for a good price, done on time and expertly shined as well. Bring cash as he does not accept debit/​credit cards and he expects a deposit when dropping off the shoes.
While I was there picking up my shoes, another customer brought in two pairs of shoes for repair. One needed heels and the other needed sewing to repair a rip. The owner quoted him $ 17 for the two repairs and the customer almost had a cow. He said, «oh man, that is so expensive.» He did leave the shoes for repair, got in his $ 60,000 Lexus and left. Hey, the guy needs to pay rent and eat too. I don’t think it was too much.

Just went in for keys to be made. Fast, efficient and pleasant. The showroom is small and doesn’t have waiting area just a chair but I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant. They also have a small selection of low cost luggage you can choose from if you’re in a bind.

Finally found a place to get the heels done with a reasonable price and friendly service. The owner is very nice and efficient. Only $ 9 for a pair. I had been to two other shoe repair places where prices were unreasonably high and the heels came off within two weeks. Well I still have to see how long the heels will last this time. Will definitely update my review if anything.

Came in to get straps put on some H&M flats that had no grip/​support to stay on my ankle (like flip flops) compared the options of using a peachy elastic and an actual leather strap/​buckle These were $ 20 flats so didn’t want to spend $ 20+ for the strap so went with the elastic which was $ 12. We measured the strap on my ankle then came 3 days later to pick up the shoes. The straps do the deed but. it is not at an angle that I like. They were placed lower then where he measured it so it may be why they feel a little tight. I guess just be really specific on what you want and MARK on the shoe if needed.

Just took a pair of heels here to get retipped or recapped or whatever it’s called. $ 9 and they were done in 2 days. They could probably do it faster if you need. Service was friendly. I’d go again. Place is cash only.
