I have been to this location several times for phone issues, but yesterday’s experience was the best. My Samsung S5 stopped charging, so I came in on Super Bowl Sunday. Dwayne was on hand to troubleshoot & offer suggestions. This is the 2ndS5 I’ve had & it had the same issue. Dwayne determined it was a phone issue & offered a swap. I asked if I could upgrade. He said I was eligible & he talked to me about a Samsung Note5. It’s bigger & he hasn’t had any issues with his Note5. He helped me with the upgrade & gave me a play by play(well, it was Super Bowl Sunday) of what I could expect. Dwayne helped me choose a cover & screen protector. He went over my billing & within 45 of entering the store, I walked out with my new phone. I would definitely work with this salesperson again!

In a most difficult time in our lives, Alicia went above and beyond the call of duty to help my husband with his broken phone. She worked hard to transfer pictures — for a long time and made sure everything was so smooth. She is compassionate yet professional and so pleasant. The sales people lied to me and told me that I was getting $ 50 off of an item if I made a purchase. I later learned that the retail price was the price I paid, and I did not get the item at a discount. I also purchased an iPhone Plus which I am unhappy with. I have never had an iPhone, and was unaware that they came in multiple storage sizes. I was not told this when I purchased it. I was given the smallest amount of storage… now my phone is full, and I am unable to put any of my music on it. I would have gladly paid the extra money to purchase a phone with more storage. It would have been nice to know this earlier… I also got home and realized the car charger that I purchased was not put into my bag. I went back to the store and they did replace it with no questions asked which was good. I wish that sales people would just be honest. The products will sell themselves if they are good products… just don’t straight up lie!

Beware of this location!!! We just traded in my husband’s galaxy s3 or so we thought we did. We never got a receipt for the trade and I felt funny walking out the door without a receipt. He sold us on the new Edge program saying that all we have to do is trade in his old phone so we should have still gotten a receipt for it. I called Verizon as soon as we left asking what the protocol is for going on the edge program and if in fact you don’t get any money for your traded phone and long behold he was suppose to give us a value for the phone and take it off the bill. So we marched back in demanding a receipt for the trade and he miraculously says that he «forgot» to do that. Just beware when you trade in an old phone that you might be getting lied too. Such a shame to have employees lie to loyal customers like that.

I have been a verizon wireless customer for 15 years, I am currently at the Lexington, NC location to pick up a new phone for my fiancé since hers has just about died on her. However I will not be back inside another verizon store do to the«rob me signs» on the front door. I am a legal NC concealed carry handgun permit holder, and I am the regional manager for several firearm dealers locations. So therefore gun sales is where I make a living. I will not enter another store since they have rob me signs posted.

Nice store. Employees always dressed professionally. However slow service and I mean slow. They don’t have a check in system or anyone to greet you and check you in like the wendover store so you have to sort of wander around until someone notices you. They always try to charge you for anything. For example they charge you for a SIM card even though you’re a customer and 1800 tells you to go to a store to get one for free. They charge you to transfer your contacts they charge you to activate a phone but will negotiate the price very shady. I come here once In a whole because its close to my house but when I can I go to a differently location.

I’ve been a customer of Verizon Wireless for many years and will continue to do so. Recently moving away from San Diego to the Triad where I lived previously, I am glad to be back. This location is very professional and the customer service is stellar. It was like… having consider service! It’s nice when the sales associates are wearing suits, and or ties. That speaks volumes. Scott assisted me with the problem that I was having with my droid hd maxx. Scott assisted me and helped me with resolutions to my problem without any sales pressure. :) He was thorough, knowledgeable and kind. If you’re in the area, stop by and allow Scott and his colleagues to assist you. Scott, you’re the best!

It’s okay if you need a cell phone. It feels like it takes too long to do all the stuff. By now they should be able to get you and and out, but it still takes a while just to get a phone. The people that work there are nice and the bathroom is clean.
