The salesman I had seems to explain everything thoroughly, but for some reason you can never go into this AT&T and just get what you want without a bunch of ‘buts’ or ‘ifs’. I prefer the High Point location, always a smooth transaction. This AT&T gets what you need done, just never in a timely fashion.

Before reading about AT&T it’s worth a minute to see a short, funny video of how the industry works: /www.upworthy.com/the-most-honest-cable-company-in-the-world-has-a-message-for-you-a-really-jerky?c=ufb1 So after one year with AT&T MYBILLHASDOUBLED, from ~$ 97 to $ 180. I was kept on hold so long trying to find better options, such as dropping my service level, that my phone’s battery(on 15% at the start of the runaround) turned off the phone, exhausted. I’ll have to let the phone charge and phone again, which with waiting, holds and transfers will take at least another hour. They can offer me some pathetic discounts, especially if I reduce broadband speed, which I won’t do because I intend to increasing use Netflix and similar services — and I highly recommend you do too. We also have cellphones with AT&T — that’s another $ 150. Oh, and you can no longer communicate with them using the online chat method. I suppose they deemed it too convenient for customers. They’d rather make you listen to appalling music while you wait, interspersed with pandering messages. These guys are a prime example of the free market NOTWORKING.

Came here the day that iPhone 4s were available for purchase with AT&T and these guys did an excellent job. There were horror stories about Apple letting their customers wait in line to only be told hours later that they were out of iPhones, and it was not the case here. As soon as the store opened at 7:00 am someone came out and told us the deal. Once inside, the sales associate helping us was very helpful and understanding. This store was great to us new customers who had never had an experience with AT&T.
