KFC

Really awful here! The A/​C is really in a hi temp. The bathrooms are filthy! No ice in ice machine! Can’t substitute items as so they say! Very unhappy.

It was alright. Although I had to wait for like 10 minutes for the chicken, i got the extra crispy one. It was a bit salty but it really was crispy like it said it was. Customer service was okay, the kid at the counter was nice enough

This place suck dick nads. Every time I ask for ketchup and hot sauce they said they already put it in there, but they never do. Every time I order wedges they are always hard and hollow as shit. The customer service is non existent. Fuck this place. This place fucking blows.

Awful. When I first walked in I thought, oh this is a nice one. I’m not from the area and the ones by me have kind of a dirty feeling. That’s the only reason I’m giving two stars. Once I got to the counter, things fell apart very fast. We stood there while other orders were prepared for at least 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Then the guy shuffling around in front of us finally looks up, annoyed, and took out order. While we were ordering a lady asked for a cup carrier and he said they were out. Then when he handed us our cups he said, do you want ice cause I have to get that back here. Ummm yeah! Then he gave me about 4 pieces of ice in my cup which I filled with Pepsi, that was flat. Ugh. Our food is finally ready and we asked for butter for our biscuits. You guessed it, they were out of butter! The guy did give my husband a side of gravy to dip in. All in all the food we did eat was fresh and hot. Not a great experience through.

Have been to this spot four times. And three times they did not have food I wanted and twice they did not have chicken, fricken chicken they are KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN and they did not have chicken WOW. So you may want to call before like at a pizza place lol. No hot n ready here

The food was good. The staff got my order wrong. Really disappointing to find this out after arriving home.

The food is good here, I only come for the $ 5 box for my niece the service isn’t the best. They make it complicated and their not accommodating to their customers they will not do split orders between 2 parties when your in drive thru and to top it off this last visit they messed up on our order. Let’s just say they need to make a few changes.

It’s aight. The kid at the counter told me their system could not read/​accept one of the two mailer-​coupons I presented and when I pressed him on it he gave me a little bit of attitude. But he made up for it later by giving me a free drink. So be forewarned this may be one of the exclusions on the «all participating locations» caveat. I mean, the number of stars I give probably isn’t going to sway your decision to go to KFC is it?

This is KFC… not a gourmet chicken place. I don’t understand why everyone is expecting 5 star service and amenities here. There are too many 1 – 2 star reviews on here. The chicken is fine. It’s just good KFC chicken, the way we all remember it. The servers I dealt with were really nice and polite. If you expect high class, don’t go to KFC.

Never coming here again if the tables are messy and the floor is dirty I wonder how it looks in the kitchen… worst kfc ever

I totally forgot to ask them whether the chicken was fresh. You can get a fresh batch made upon request. The chicken was dark brown instead of light in color. It tasted a little old and dry, but once I started eating I really didn’t want to be a jerk and return it. Next time I think I will return the items because it’s really not worth spending $ 35 on a meal and not enjoy it at all. On a good note the hot wings were good.
This particular location is totally hit or miss. There is no consistency in their food at all.

Pulled up to the drive thru and waited for a greeting that never came so I drove around to the window and asked the guy if the speaker was not working and he told me that I only had been waiting about 10 seconds. I told him I asked if anyone was there twice and did not receive a greeting. He made it sound like I should have waited till it was convenient for them to get around to helping me. Left and went down Harbor Blvd. to the one on Harbor and McFadden and received an immediate and very nice greeting. Seems I always have a problem at this one though.

got a chicken sandwich combo meal for lunch w/​2 bottom buns (wtf).called & spoke w/​Ruth (after I ate) about what happened and she mentioned to come back & they’ll credit me for the same meal again (excellent customer service)

Every single time I come here my order is wrong. I either am missing something or it’s the wrong thing. I was also told the chicken I wanted was going to take 25 minutes to make. Seriously? It’s like they want you to just go away. The chicken is fine, tastes like every other KFC, if I can actually get what I ordered it would be fine. Unfortunately the people who are working the place can’t seem to get it together. Sad.

Been going to this location for many many years. Right across from the Chase bank so parking gets pretty crazy on those pay days!
Food is always a hit or miss here. Don’t come around 3 or 4 because the chicken has been sitting there from the lunch rush… I always get the Extra Crispy Chicken because I love that crunch! For the sides I always get the cole slaw, potato wedges and mashed potatoes which have all been consistent.
Service could be better. Some days you get lucky and get happy looking workers, but other days you could get grumpy workers who seem like they don’t want to be there. Just hope you go on one of their good days!

Worst KFC chicken ever! Bought a 14 piece meal, 8 pieces were drumsticks! Oil on the bottom of the bucket was 1 inch thick. The skin on every piece of chicken was soggy and oily and fell off the meat immediately when you picked up the chicken like it was microwaved. So at a time when fast food workers around the country are picketing for higher wages, the two idiots working inside this KFC during closing were rude as hell and incompetent than a moutha, it’s a joke that a couple of fast food workers like them would expect $ 15 an hour for ruining a fairly easy to make meal.

This is by far my favorite location for KFC. I am not a huge fan of kfc but I like their wing meal. First their wings are bigger than most other locations because more of the breast meat is attached to it. The service is good and the sides are also the quality you would expect from a KFC.

Each time I come here, there is a problem. No lie. This time, they didn’t have chicken strips… just like the last time. They forgot my brother’s biscuit and the wedges were overcooked.

This location is like that Katy Perry song,

Sometimes you get good days, sometimes you get bad days… depending on who you get.
SERVICE:
It’s touch and go.
In the drive-​thru, sometimes they’re so efficient that we’d be out of there in one minute. Then other times we end up going inside anyway because what we ordered won’t be ready for 5 – 10 minutes.
If you have to wait longer than you have to, they don’t offer you a drink for the inconvenience (unlike other places)…SUCKERS.
FOOD:
Oddly, the extra crispy chicken is less oily than the original recipe… maybe it’s all contained in the breading.
However, there’s more flavor in the original.
I’m not a big fan of the «grilled» version.
I guess I’ve established the mindset that if I’m going to KFC, I want my chicken fried. LOL
I love their chicken wings though… the honey bbq ones. *drool*
crispy coating with that sweet and succulent sauce… I’m a sucker for their chicken wings… well…for chicken wings, period! LOL
As for their sides…
I’m not a big fan of their green beans, because they taste like they came out of a can… not that that’s a bad thing or anything, I just figure that they would at least have «fresher» tasting green beans there. Plus, it’s not very flavorful.
Mac’n’cheese is pretty good. The cheese is sharp and creamy.
Potato wedges are AWESOME! Especially when they’re fresh!
Mashed potatoes are alright, I’ve had better.
However, they’re fluffy, smooth, and buttery.
Not a big fan of gravy. To each their own, I guess.
Biscuits are fluffy, especially when they’re fresh.
Corn…well, you really can’t mess that up, now can you? :)
SAUCE WARNING:
They will give you 2 packets for a whole bucket of chicken or forget to even put it in your bag eventhough they ask you if you want any. So check your bag before you leave.
DECOR AND CLEANLINESS:
Indoor seating.
Modern with warm colors.
This location is kept pretty clean. Kudos.
PRICES:
Reasonable.
Good individual meal and family meal deals with coupon.
IN CONCLUSION:
Tasty. Reasonably priced.
Good deals on chicken dinners… don’t forget your coupons in the mail.
This location is touch and go.
Don’t expect a fabulous service (it’s fast food afterall).
Don’t expect to be in and out in two minutes all the time, because you’re not always gonna get it.
Always check your order before you leave.

This location is average sized, the staff do their work and the food is meh. But hey, could you really complain if you got such a deal?
What’s really weird to me, is that this plaza on Harbor & GG Blvd. is home to KFC on one end by Chase Bank, and an El Pollo Loco on the other end by where Blockbuster used to be. Bizarre right?
