This place is not in a walking distance of Disney but it features the best value for money motel in the area (I have tried several motels in what I call the «harbor boulevard strip»! This is from far the most satisfying motel for the price)
My room was very clean, featured a comfortable bed in quiet environment.
They do not provide breakfast but you can crash at the hotel next door (make sure you ask the staff first but they usually are OK with it).
During conventions, you can get a room for 100 $ which makes it really affordable and if you like walking, you can be at the convention center within 20 minutes.
Nice and helpful staff.
