Please do something about the rude cashier… She had the worst attitude ever. When I tried ordering my food she full on cut me off and says we don’t have that here. Then when they had our food out for us to pick up she was standing in the way cleaning the counter and talking to her friend and I waited for her to move but she just kept talking so I tried getting my food and she gives me this look and her coworker just starts laughing We then tried asking for something and she ignored us and started counting money from the register and continued to ignore us for around a good minute. As soon as she was done counting she looks at us and asks with a really b****y tone«are you gonna buy another bowl?» We left with no good bye or thank you I work with food as a cashier and I don’t ever treat customers like this. Ever. Do something about your rude ass workers Never coming here again This was on Wednesday feb 24 around 3

Service is always slow and bowl is only ever filled up half way. The last 3 times i came here i ended up waiting about 10 minutes.

Not eating here again. They would not honor a Flame Broiler coupon, and the chicken portion was not even half a cup. You’re better off going to MOS in Santa Ana.

Closes their kitchen at 930pm even though restaurant closes at 10pm they close the grill and won’t cook more food. I know this because I went back to back days and they said the same thing to me

Anytime I’m on my «eating healthier«phase, I tend to go to Flame Broiler more often. Fast, fresh and inexpensive, it’s a quick fix and easily satisfies someone who is always on the go, like myself. My normal order consist of the regular works bowl which will cost $ 7.50. It comes with a good portion of half steak/half chicken, white or brown rice and steamed vegetables. The vegetables include cabbage, carrots and broccoli. Green onions are optional but are a must on my bowl. My bowl isnt complete without the special sauce and hot sauce. Some Flame Broilers are now even serving a green hot sauce but I prefer the red hot sauce. Service is okay. One occassion I was given the incorrect bowl and when I advised them of the problem, I was given a hard time rather be given a prompt exchange. Asides from that, I’ve had no other issues. Flame Broiler, my healthy go to fast food.

Great food like any other flame broiler, but this place is SOSLOW! Literally shortest wait time is 25mins and I’ve been there many times cause I work close.

2 stars bc the food is good, but not 4 stars bc customer service was not good. I walked in and ordered a small chicken bowl AND i said with veggie. The guy came out with only chicken which is fine bc they might have not heard my request for veggie. The thing that i put them down for 2 stars is regarding the girl who took my order came out and talked to me trying to say i ordered my bowl wrong. I was in a calm mood, i was not arguing or anything. #1 rule is not ever confront customers and tell them they are wrong. She could have said, «oh I’m sorry i didnt hear you said u wanted veggie.» I know for a fact i ordered veggie with my mini bowl bc i always want veggie w everything, so dont tell me i am wrong. One more thing: i walked out and got into my car, looked down and there is no spoons, no forks, and no hot sauce for mini bowl i ordered. No napkins either. So how do they expect me to eat without utensils… Hmn… The restaurant is empty, there weren’t lines at all. Not coming back! Work on your customer services. That attitude gets you nowhere.

as a frequent flame broiler parishioner I’m writing this review with utter disappointment. I’ve gone to this particular locations many times and never have I left feel disappointed in the food and especially the customer service. I had gone after work to pick up the works plate and was greeted by a nice lady she took my order and I was on my way. When I got home I noticed they had given me the wrong order and instead of brown rice that gave me steamed. I went back without an issue to exchange my plate and get one with brown rice. Same woman greeted me and gladly exchanged it. Drove back home expecting to sit down and enjoy my flame broiler, boy was I surprised when I had gotten the food not only was the meat old it was COLD and they also had forgotten my veggies. So I decided to go back and return my food at this point I was not satisfied. I got back and I explain to the nice lady that I’d like my money back because I’ve gone and came back to many times and there has been too many mistakes. At this point Jennifer the cook came out angry. As if I had done something wrong when these errors occurred. She did not apologize or even try to rectify the situation. She was very rude and didn’t even look at me when she processed my refund. I asked when a manager would be in and gave me an excuse about the manager rarely in and to try maybe Friday. I will never go to this flame broiler again if they train their employees to treat customer this way after they made this error and had me drive back TWICE for their error it’s in acceptable.

Love their healthy food. I had a tyraki bowl and the meat was hot. This is how it should be. Some other places the food is not hot and it taste weird. There are tons of parking in this plaza which is the reason why I go here to eat once a month. Also I get coupons so don’t forget the coupon when you come to eat.

I love this flame broiler. Never fails, quick friendly service. Open late. 4 stars is for always serving a consistent chicken bowl!

WORSTFLAMEBROILER!!! Honestly, this place deserves less than 1 star rating! First off, the brown rice I ordered was undercooked. If you don’t know how to cook Brown rice, then don’t offer it on your menu. How hard is it to cook rice? Measure out the amount of rice & water and hit start on the cooker!!! Second, the salad that came with the meal was simply chopped up cabbage. That’s it, just cabbage, no dressing. Apparently, whoever prepared the food doesn’t know what a salad is. Second, the chicken bowl I ordered, which cost $ 6 +tax, was literally filled with all rice and layered on top was about 10 little pieces of chicken. Now to top all this, I also ordered a SIDEOFRIBS. Frankly, when you pay $ 4.50 for a side of ribs, you would expect a decent amount of meat. Instead, the so-called«side of ribS» was actually f*****g 1 rib chopped up into three measly pieces. Now when I called to speak to the manager to address my concerns, the person on the phone stated«There’s no manager.» There should always be a manager on site. I’ve been to other Flame Broiler restaurants before, unfortunately this place is the worst of them all.

There is nothing worse than poor customer service, unless if you couple that with bad food and poor customer service. So I am writing this review literally 10 minutes after returning from here, for the 2nd time today. I order the mini chicken bowl with extra chicken as always do. I get to my office, take a fork full and the rice is uncooked in the middle. I don’t continue to eat. I don’t call. I simply put the top back on and return with the entire bowl(minus one bite which is how I discovered the rice was uncooked) tell them the rice is not fully cooked and wait for them to make me another one… WITHEXTRACHICKEN as I previously ordered. So she hands me a bag within minutes. I ask her does my order have the extra chicken I paid for with the 1st order, she says«well no, why would we give you extra chicken when you ate some?» Uh, I don’t know, because I PAIDFORIT!!! So I tell her, I took one forkful, which is how I knew the rice was uncooked, which is why I am here. She then tries to shrug me off by saying«well yeah, there’s extra chicken in there. «Clearly there isn’t, but to prevent me from coming over the counter, I take my bag and leave. I get to the office and take a forkful… cooked rice. I’m happy. No extra chicken, but I’m fat so I probably didn’t need it anyway. I take 2 bites, we’re good. Nice and piping hot too. I’m pleased. 3rd bite… UNCOOKEDRICE. And IT’S COLD. So clearly she put a scoop of cooked rice on top of what was already in the bowl and sent me on my way. Now let’s talk about why we want to raise minimum wage again? There is no way in hell anyone can justify to me how the 16 year old rice cook or the 18 year old cashier deserves to make $ 15 an hour. Love Flame Broiler, but certainly won’t be going back to this one.

Service here sucks, the place was a bit dirty. The cashier was also the cook which was a bit disturbing. I’ve been here maybe 3 times now and I’m usually the only person in there. The only positive is that there is plenty of parking, other than that not much

This location is just like any other Flame Boiler; this location is fairly new in this shopping plaza. Nearby parking are usually available. Customer service is good, one time I had ordered the beef and veggie bowl and the worker mis-heard me and gave me just the beef bowl, I walked up to the counter and they offered to give me a side of veggies. The tables and condiments are usually clean and tidy. Would recommend this if you’re looking for fast service and fresh eats!

Your typical fast food Flame Broiler. I like this location which is fairly new. I always order the chicken and veggie bowl. Condiment station near soda machine is always nice and clean. Great spot for a quick lunch or dinner.

I like going to Flame Broiler for a quick cheap meal! This Flame Broiler just recently opened and it shows… in a bad way! They run out of things and don’t have stock what they’ve run out of, i.e. they ran out of jalapenos and when we told the cashier, she just said ‘yea’ and laughed! REALLY? Why not restock!!! I think this place will last only because it’s close to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. If it was located in any other place… I’d think they’d shut down due to lack of business and bad customer service!

Quick dinner and I guess not so healthy, but the teriyaki sauce is not bad so I eat it with delight. This is a good spot for a quick, and I mean quick bite to eat if you are on the run… They do not have a drive thru or anything, but the service is fast. The teriyaki sauces is on the side of the counter, by the fountain drinks machine, if you take your food to go, remember to get some extra teriyaki sauce.

This Flame Broiler is my favorite local place to get a quick, very tasty, yet healthy bite to eat. The chicken and beef are cooked perfectly and the veggies taste very fresh. This place is really a healthy option that is suppose to be 100% organic and gluten free. Overall it is a great low calorie option for those of you trying to lose weight(like me). This location in particular is my favorite. The service is great. They are quick and were really nice to my kid. Also this place is always spotless. Overall great fast food place. In fact writing this review makes me want to go there now…

This will probably be the shortest of my reviews ever – this place doesn’t warrant your business. Firstly, I’m not usually too hard on cleanliness as most are because in reality, the things that you cannot see are more deadly to you on what you do see. Thus, there is something to be said about quality of cleanliness and whatnot. This place also ran out of beef – now, I don’t eat much beef but if you’re going to not have enough product for your customers, then you shouldn’t run a franchise. Mind you, this was @ 7:00 – not exactly the end of operation nor rush hour. Also, your employees should know what constitutes a coupon and how to honor it. They should not be able to make up the rules as they feel fit. I rarely get angry directly at people who serve food because, in reality, it’s a thankless job and us consumers should never give them a difficult time because of our laziness and pretentious consumer attitudes. Nonetheless, I don’t know what set me off more than the lack of coming to an understanding. If you’re out of beef and won’t compromise on an alternative that equals a terribly ran operation. I’ve never had a problem with my more local Flame Broiler chains in the past and well, this one deserves to be avoided. They need to change their ways if they have any hope of flourishing in this area.
