I love this wingstop. Yes sometimes the wait may be a bit long but the food is delicious. Potato salad is amazing and the bone in wing are great. Some time the customer service could use some get up and go but overall this is a great place the staff knows me by name and could get my order correct just by me walking in. They make me feel welcome and i may not always have a place to sit when i come in but as soon as they notice they come right over and fix the problem. I noticed a lot of peoples reviews and thought to myself that everyone has their own opinion on the place but me being from here i love it. This is the worst ran wingstop ive ever been to. They are rude, online ordering is a joke, and they just don’t care because they are the only on on the area. This place needs a real onsite manager full time. This is my last stop at this unprofessional and unappreciative business.

Ordered online so they have a print out of our order. Got a call after I left letting me know they missed putting in one order of fries. Got home to find out that they had actually left out a third of our order. Called to talk to them and they put me on hold. Then hung up. I called back. They put me on hold. Then hung up. I called again and actually talked to someone, who put me on hold and then hung up. Mediocre wings and horrible service. Place is dirty too so no going back.

The staff at this location do not seem interested in promoting return customers. I’ve been to this one on multiple occasions, and each experience was very similar. Placed online order and arrived at the time stated my order would be ready. Stood at the counter for about 2 – 3 minutes while the employees finished their conversation in the back of the kitchen(they DID see me). Cashier eventually(slowly) walked to the front and asked«Yeah?» I told her I had placed an online order and gave her my name. She kinda rolled her eyes and found the printout and said«Sign it.» She gave me a cup and said it would be just a few minutes. They had not started the order yet, and they were not busy at all. I had to wait in the restaurant for about 20 minutes before they had my meal ready. This was about 45 minutes after submitting my order online. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I will be telling anyone who will listen.

To the owner: You’ve got such a popular place on the island, show it some love. I love this wing stop, the food is almost always absolutely delicious but the restaurant is usually understaffed. You must not be around at peak times very often.

UGH!!! I don’t understand how it took almost 40 minutes for 10 wigs and Cajun fries. I ordered over the phone and the lady said 18 mins. I stood at the counter not only waiting on my order, but listening their conversation and wondering where is the manager. I was almost late for work. Plus I don’t fool with ketchup or tomato’s, So that means I need a sauce for my fries and my wings. Who charges 75 cents for a 4 oz cup of ranch? No problem amigo! My wangs wasn’t all that… So I wont be back.

I really enjoy wing stop, some of the best wings on the island. I have to say the BEST time to go is between 11 to 2. The staff in the morning are great. They do take about thirty minutes to make my order and if they are REALLY busy 45 mins. The staff takes my order in a timely matter, they are usually pretty busy that they don’t have time to chit chat but they are nice. I have only had my order wrong once or twice but they corrected it, and tried to be quick. If your looking for a fast place to eat, wing stop isn’t for you but if you have time and want some good wings then they got you.

I wish they allow me to grade it 0 star since they don’t even deserve it. Terrible service is all I can say. The food is not that great too, but at least it wasn’t too bad. The cashier is not friendly or welcoming at all. I don’t know how many people work here as a cashier but all the time I come here, they don’t even try to explain how or what I should order since I was new to this chain. Tables are dirty all the time. The floor has dirt all over the place. Bad decorating. Not worth to stay here to eat anyway.

This is the second time I have been in and the experience was pretty consistent. The staff is rude and unpleasant. The place seems dirty(not that busy, but several dirty tables.). Unfortunately, there is no other wing place on the island. The food is good.

This Wing Stop’s service is TERRIBLE. We have ordered wings ahead of time(twice) and each time we go to pick them up, THEYHAVENOTEVENBEGANOURORDER. They told us our order would be done almost thirty minutes earlier than what we had to stay and wait for. Absolutely ridiculous. We’ll order Pizza Hut’s wings before coming back here again. If you don’t mind waiting an extra half hour once you arrive to pick your order up, then you’ll be fine with this place.

Wings are usually decent, but smaller in size than most wing venues serve. Service is seldom very good or very friendly. Wing stop as a franchise must rely on flavor and price to keep customers. They certainly don’t provide any training in customer service, courtesy, or friendliness.

Slowest service ever. I’ve been waiting twenty minutes for 10 wings. I’ve watched the phone ring multiple times and no one answer. I think they are finding and catching the chickens in the Target parking lot. Won’t be back, no matter how good I know the wings are. Took 35 mins to get my 10 wing to go order.

Low review because of the service. Food was great, can’t really mess up wings or saucing them unless they’re over or undercooked. This wingstop inside is pretty small. Always a long line. What’s the point of ordering online, if you still have to wait in a long line? The long line leads to longer wait times on your wings.

Is it possible to have 0 stars please? We have come here twice on our stays in Galveston… Both times they have made me so mad. First time we went, no one knew how to use the cash register so they closed the store to pick ups only. Okay, whatever. Then this time., we wait in line. And she tells me(5 times because I could hardly understand her idiot mouth) that they’re closing in 30 minutes… okay? That means you can still place an order you lazy POS! Ugh this location is mad stupid. I hope it shuts down(although I’m sure it will).

I am not surprised by the low ratings– but I will say I still liked what I ordered. This place is somewhat small, and when we got there, every single table had someone’s previous trash still on it, which eventually got cleaned up, but we still had to move the trash just to sit at a table. I think the problem is there is no main big trash for people to dump their trays when they’re done and so it piles up on the table. We ordered a meals for two, 10 chicken strips order, which took a fairly long time to make– at least 10 minutes we were waiting which was annoying since we came here for faster service. We ordered a side of beans with the strips which were disappointing– no flavor. The chicken strips, however, were actual pretty good. We chose a BBQ sauce for 5 and Louisiana rub for the other five– I really really like the Louisiana rub, salty and flavorful. The BBQ was also pretty good, but I just enjoyed the saltiness of the other one. I probably won’t come back again to this wing stop in particular though just because of the long wait and messy tables.

Called in an order and she was very rude, kept cutting me off while I was ordering. «Does that come with frie.» «Yes, it does, anything else?» «No that’s…» «It’s going to 9 minutes, thank you» food was ok over cooked a bit but I was hungry and didn’t feel like going anywhere else at the time, next time I will!
