This may be the worst experience I’ve ever had. It’s like the inmates are running the asylum. We switched from AT&T and the account was set up incorrectly from the get go. Now, 5 months later it is finally straightened out, with no help form the local store. They try to make you feel stupid, when it is actually all their fault. Take my advice and stay far, far away from this place!!!

Alright. Pretty much everyone here is the bomb. Andrew, Katie, Tiffany, etc etc etc you guys rock! These are the kind of people you want to take shopping because they are so honest, and will always make sure you leave happier than when you came in. Thanks guys!

This review is for Sprint in general, not the Sprint store. I have NO service in my condo on the Seawall. I am here on a 6 month contract and I really need my phone as I have to take call at the hospital. I contacted sprint to get a signal booster and they want me to pay for it! I pay $ 169.00/mth for service and they cant provide it??? I know AT&T works here so I asked to be released from my contract and they want $ 350 to release me!!! According to their website all of the Island is supposed to have their best coverage. False advertising?
