I am loving Dominos these days. With the expanded menu, I have recently discovered their sandwiches and Chicken dishes. My only complaint is that their bone-in wings need to be cooked longer. they are mushy. other than that, I’m a happy camper.

I honestly used to order Domino’s about once a week from this place. However, I will never visit this location again due to their dishonest workers. I placed a small online order for pick-up and it came to $ 5. I went there to pick it up, signed with $ 0 tip(I don’t tip for carry-out unless it’s a huge order). I look at my credit card statement and it says $ 7, meaning they added $ 2 for tip even though I did not write it in. It’s rare to give out a 40% tip for great restaurant service… what makes you think you handing me a box is worth 40%? I can live without $ 2, but on principle, I will never step foot in there again. That is called stealing money. I wrote an incident report on domino’s website and was called by a manager but was busy so couldn’t respond. Then I tried calling back 3 times and was told they weren’t available. So much for«making things right.» I will continue eating Domino’s, just never at this one.

Can I give this place 0 stars? I ordered 1 large cheese pizza with feta, cheddar, and hot sauce. Literally received a medium cheese pizza. After tip, $ 20 for a medium cheese pizza. Are you kidding me?

I was staying at the Hilton hotel for the animé convention the night before, and I was in the mood for some pizza so I called around 12:00am which they close at 1:00am, but they never answered my call how disappointing.

I love this Domino’s. If you think they are bad or slow you should try the Pizza Hut there. They never delivered our order and then claimed they never received it. I went straight to Domino’s. The staff was super friendly, the food was awesome, and it was ready quick. The last 2 times we have been in Galveston we go to this Domino’s and never have an issue!

So, because of my review, I was contacted via email, then by phone. A regional, or district manager, talked me into staying a dominos customer. Said next time I ordered, would also receive a free lg pizza and bread sticks. Well, ten days later, I call to place an order and they deny my free one! Basically like I was lying is how I was treated. I AMDONEWITHDOMINOS! I canceled my order and I’m calling pizza hut. I am so mad!!! Poor, poor customer service! This store doesn’t deserve the one star I had to give them!!! They owe me stars! You have lost NY business, and will share this with all my friends as well… word of mouth…

Domino’s on the Seawall is AWESOME!!! Fast, acurate delivery by friendly drivers, who could ask for more!!! Time after time, Domino’s delivery is RELIABLE! I can’t say that for ANY other local pizzeria on the island. We have a complicated address and not once have they gotten lost, confused or even called. THANKYOU!

Since March, we’ve tried to order twice, each time this exact issue happened. Yesterday we ordered online at about 1:15 in the afternoon, after about 45mins and no pizza, we call to find out the order status. We are told there are only 2 drivers & cant get food to everyone, they MIGHT have it out in the next hour, equalling 2+hrs for pizza. waiting 2+hrs for pizza is ridiculous. More ridiculous, NOT calling ppl who ordered online that it’ll be 2+hrs. Yesterday Brian Ottman, supposed GM, told me I shouldn’t have ordered online. had I called my order in they could have told me it would be longer, UMMM then why even bother allowing ppl to order online??? they couldn’t have spared one minute call to let us know or order was going to be over 2 hrs? Had we known, we could’ve picked it up vs delivery. we requested the # for the DM, Jose, but apparently that # doesn’t get answered and no VM, I called several times. We will NEVER order from dominos again, not in Galveston, not in Texas, not in the US. I will gladly use Pizza Hut on Seawall, who, btw delivered our food w/in 30 mins of canceling with dominos and it was DELICIOUS. less time than dominos delivery AFTER already waiting 45mins. Shameful. I wish I could leave negative stars…

I usually don’t bother writing or mentioning chain places on here cause seriously for the most part I’m here to find a safe culinary adventure, but I didn’t understand the bad reviews. We caved in and ordered carryout cause it was Really Cheap and the husband was craving pizza. The lady who checked us out was friendly and our order tasted just like any other dominoes I’ve ever had. It’s a safe bet for pizza. I’m only writing this cause some of the reviews on here almost talked me out of it, but for $ 6 and some change for the large 2 topping we ordered I rolled the dice on this one. Besides, the fact that it is a chain restaurant they do have higher ups to report to.

Ordered online at 7:02 pm(because no one answered the phone to take an order). Said 55 – 66 min wait. And we were literally 3 doors down at a hotel. By 8:12pm, the app was asking me how I was enjoying my pizzas and shouting«Mmmmmmm» at me. No pizzas had arrived. Tried calling the store, no answer. Literally left my starving kids alone to walk down there alone in a sketchy dark area. First, the place was filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke from the prep area. Second, the really rude and sloppily dressed staff was busy making tons of pizza boxes(??) while the phone just rang and rang. One guy was making pizza, one manning the oven– the rest just kept making boxes. They found my order in the system but had no explanation as to why it didn’t get made. The phone kept ringing, and the one call they did answer told the caller their usual delivery time is 2 hours!!! In fairness, they made the order for me on site and refunded my money. Not a fun walk home with three very hot large boxes and a liter of soda — didn’t offer napkins(the holder was out), a bag or anything. As we were finally eating 2.5 hours after initially ordering, the driver(whose name I constantly received from taunting by the app«Are you enjoying your pizza delivered by Ryann? How did Lauren do on the QA of your pizza?») called me saying«I’ve got your pizzas, can you meet me in the lobby?» Ineptitude at its very finest here, folks. STAYAWAY.

I staggered into Galveston after a long day of driving, and ordered a pizza online. Literally: it was a single pepperoni pizza, not much to do for the staff. My wait time was given as 32 – 42 minutes. After over an hour, I called the store, and it took me several minutes to get anyone on the phone. When someone finally answered, she told me that the average wait time for a delivery pizza is about THREEHOURS at this store! I NEVER would have ordered if I’d known! When my pizza arrived, it was cold and stale. There was very little sauce, and the cheese was long past melted. It was also very sloppily cut, with some pieces being three times the size of others. If it were just the long wait time, that’s one thing. But there was no effort in the food I paid for, and I’m going to try and get my money back after this disappointment.

Okay so the pizzas were surprisingly good, but I ordered them online and by the time I left and got there they were not ready. There was a woman there already complaining she had been waiting 45 minutes, I just knew I was in for the same thing. Seemed like nobody knew what was going on, where the receipts were, where the credit card machine was. Who they even worked with, they didn’t know who I paid and had to print me out new receipt. If your starving would not recommend this place, or maybe you can send someone else to do your waiting lol

Usually never have an issue. I order weekly for my staff, but today I did not even get my meal although the tracker noted I did. The driver didn’t even try to deliver it to the correct area. Will not be ordering again. I recommend Jimmy Johns or Mario’s instead.

I think this Domino’s is under-rated. They are always polite, deliver food quickly and have never in the past 6 years that I have ordered from them gotten an order wrong. I like that you can order and track your order online.

Hmm took about 40 minutes for delivery. Ordered and the estimated time was 20 to 30 minutes. Pizza arrived cold. If you want it decent, carryout is strongly suggested. Check for other options, this one is not worth it.
