I recently had the chance to go back and give Teaze another try. In just under 2 years they have managed to update their interior, which is great. The drinks are still in the same machines but instead of the names being taped onto the machine, they were professionally typed up and added to the machine. This was a random Tuesday so the place was empty except for the person making my drink. They also advertise crawfish but I didn’t see or try any. Bottom line, if you’re looking for a daiquiri but don’t really care about the look of the place, go for it. Also, there seems to be what looks like a dj booth in there now, so maybe on a Friday or Saturday this place has music, I don’t know, I could be wrong.

Not a bad joint. Mixes were a little sweet for my taste, but the alcohol content was good. Great names for their menu drinks, and happy hour prices are pretty good. They need to work some on the indoor atmosphere, which is why it’s not 5 stars.

A daiquiri shop is a great idea for the location. However, the name is not attractive and you don’t really know it’s there until you happen to be walking down the street and look inside. To the good stuff… Galveston is a tourist destination and as a business owner myself, I tend to do my best to cater to the masses and not one particular type of customer. With that being said. Naming your daiquiri flavors like«BACKTHATASSUP» AND«R-KELLY YELLOWSHOWER» ISTRASHY!!! Funny when I read it but as the list of flavors went on it was like reading the titles of very bad 70’s porno flicks. Lol, decent daq’s and sizes for the $… might go back only because I couldn’t find another shoppe like that…
