Employees seem to be to important to bothered with simple tasks. Everyone knows the Baja blast is the best so when you hand me a cup full of carbonated water I expect you to change the syrup and get me a new cup. She filled a new cup of the same crap then told me to pick something else. This drink was the only thing I ordered. It’s the only reason I even came in.

Went here the other day there was a roach on the soda machine. Told the manager and he insisted it was just some outside bug. It wasn’t. I got a refund cause no matter what kind of bug it was, I shouldn’t have to eat with them.
We will be calling the health department.

I eat at Taco Bell alot, in many states, since 1978. This particular location has unenthusiastic employees, slow service and higher prices than TBs in even Fairfax, I pass this one up.

I was seduced by the commercials for the XXL Chalupa. I went in knowing that I was probably going to be disappointed — I find the commercials are usually better than the food! Not this time!
The Taco Bell web site describes the XXL Chalupa thusly:
An XXL-​sized crispy Chalupa shell packed with seasoned ground beef, crispy lettuce, fiesta salsa, a blend of three cheeses-​cheddar, pepper jack and mozzarella-​and nacho cheese sauce, red strips and topped with reduced-​fat sour cream.
The texture of the Chalupa shell was delightful! Crispy, chewy, and flaky! Lots of ground beef and toppings. I added some of their hottest hot sauce. I wolfed that sucker down — really good!
