Buyers be aware! This place will scam you, tell you about a worry-free return policy and never honor their policy. Double check all receipts before you leave this store. There are many add-ons they will try to pull. I tried to resolve the matter with Jon. 1st attempt, he hung up on me after a 8 min hold. 2nd attempt, I asked for corporate’s number and he refused to give me their number. Only do business with the original Verizon Stores, NEVER a third party retailer. Verizon will not acknowledge any business from these stores.

It’s really rare that I have a good experience at a wireless retailer, which is why I had to give this place 5 stars from my latest trip. Jeremy S. managed to hook me up with a new iPhone, while lowering the cost of our monthly family plan by 50%! He even did a comparison with the Apple store pricing, and we still managed to save a ton of money. All this happened in less than 45 minutes. At the end, Jeremy emailed us further instructions for the phone, which was very considerate. I’d definitely recommend this place!

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this Verizon store. My husband and I have been customers of Verizon for the past 15 years, and we have never had a screw up this bad happen before. We went into this location on 9÷24÷15 to order our new iPhones. For the most part everything went smoothly. We were told by our salesperson, Josh, that we would be called when our phones arrived. My husband’s phone came first, as was expected. We did not get a call from the salesperson. We knew it was at the store only through an email sent by Verizon. Now, we were told the iPhone I wanted was in high demand. So there would be a long wait. The phone was supposed to arrive on November 4th. So we waited. I checked my email everyday for a shipping or delivered email from Verizon. I checked my Verizon app to see if any new info on my new phone had popped up. I didn’t get anything. November 4th, came and went with no call, no email. Last night I tried to call the store. Unfortunately, they were already closed. So I went onto the main website and found a «My Orders» tab. From there I became absolutely infuriated with what I found. My phone was delivered to the store on 10⁄12!!! My phone had been sitting at the store for almost a MONTH!!! No phone call from Josh, the salesperson. No email. Nothing!!! No one thought to call the person that ordered the phone? How does a phone sit there for almost a month and no one calls the person that ordered it? Isn’t that the primary job of the salesperson? Help them order the phone and notify them when it arrives? Even worse, I called this morning before I went to the store. To make sure my phone was there. I had a sinking feeling they had either returned it to apple or had sold it. I was right. I spoke to a salesperson named Eddie. He informed me my phone was sold yesterday and that the order was canceled a week ago!!! Why? Why was the phone I ordered canceled and sold!?? Apparently because I didn’t pick it up within 2 weeks of it being delivered! When I asked why Josh didn’t call to tell me the phone was in, I got no answer. What’s the point in going to the store to get the personal touch of a person helping you if they don’t do their job? Apparently this is all on Josh, according to the person I spoke to. It was up to him to notify me. But more than one person dropped the ball here. Why didn’t the manager ask who this phone belonged to before canceling order and selling MY phone? Why did all the salespeople there let the phone sit and collect dust? No one thought«why is this in high demand cell phone sitting here without an owner?» Magically my bill gets to me on time every month. And I definitely get a call and email if I’m even a minute late with the bill. They obviously have my number. Why was this messed up so badly? I asked to speak to a manager but he isn’t in until tomorrow. I also had to reorder my phone. It’s supposed to arrive Thursday. Hopefully Verizon can make this up to us. Update will follow after I speak to the manager and get my darn phone.

Our sales rep was extremely nice and willing to help, but he sold me an iphone 6 for the price of an iphone 6s… Luckily, I know technology pretty well and was able to spot the difference within 24 hours. I called up and asked if I could exchange the phone given for what I had paid for and the young man on the phone assured me that my 6s will be in on Monday and that I could return the 6 without any problems. Hopefully they honor this without any extra hidden fees…

My wife and I had a great experience working with Chuck and Jeremy upgrading phones and updating our plan. They went out of their way to provide top notch customer service. I highly recommend working with them.

My fiancé and I both got new iPhones at this location. My fiancé was already a verizon customer but I was switching from another carrier. Both times we were there, we had different people assisting us. Both were fantastic! Customer service here was excellent!

After a horrible experience in Centreville location I decided to try the one close to home. Thankfully I met Chuck. He listened to my problems and tried his best to find a solution. In addition, he wasn’t pushy trying to force new plans or product on me.

I can’t even begin to describe the service I have received at this verizon store. All the guys were great, but I specifically worked with Chuck and I just can’t describe the kind of wonderful salesman he was! Chuck took good care of me and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and got what I needed. Chuck knows what he’s doing and he will make you feel great to do business with him! I will go nowhere else from now on! I plan to see him frequently to update all of my verizon services and devices!

I went to this store to figure out a solution for my phone that was not working properly. I had thought that the Verizon next to Giant in Gainesville had moved to this new location but that is not the case. The store next to Giant is still there and these guys at this new store don’t have a clue about anything. I was told«Sorry sir, we don’t really know much about that phone.» Kind of ridiculous, since it was a Verizon phone. I had to call Verizon customer service and then eventually figured out that the store next to Giant was still there. I went over their and they got me a new phone and I was a much happier customer. Never going to this new untrained location again.

Very new Verizon Wireless location in Gainesville, VA. It’s in the same physical building as the new Advance Auto Parts store next door. Stopped in to look over their iPhone accessories and auto chargers. They have a good selection of iPhone OtterBox cases and Belkin auto chargers. However, I felt the prices on the USB auto chargers was on the high side. Store is clean and spacious. Seems like a lot of wasted floor space…
