My friends and I like to go to Perry’s for happy hour. The bar prices are great and although we never stick to that menu exclusively, we never complain. The portion sizes of all the menu items are plentiful and the food is just delicious. On our last visit, we tried a lot … Ahi tuna tartare, Pork chop bites, crab cakes, calamari and Mac and cheese … I highly recommended them all! Our server(can’t remember his name) was awesome and helped to convince us to get all that food! On top of that, he was fun and had a great personality. The drinks also were good and we had a good time there, as always. The bar is lively on Sunday night so anyone who’s looking for something to do, and a nice meal, should definitely stop in!

Amazing! Phenomenal service and even better food! My husband and I went one night and have been talking about it since! We were curious about a place that gets such glowing reviews about a pork chop, and let me tell you, that thing does not disappoint! It is so big, so flavorful and tender, and just unlike any other pork chop I’ve ever had! My husband got a steak that was delicious as well. We got a table side dessert which was a neat experience too! The French onion soup was a perfect starter, and every side we got was delicious. They staff is attentive without being overbearing, and it’s a fun atmosphere!

What can’t I say. Impeccable service. Food so good you want write home to mom about everything. Steaks — unreal and a selection that goes on and on with speciality sauces /reduction to perfection. Seafood, oysters, Sea Bass. OMG. But the house speciality of a full 7 fingers of pork cut table side is just unreal. If I could give 6 starts I would. Been here many times. Celebrated a birthday this past weekend. Everything flawless. If your having trouble selecting fine dining without the overbearingness of some — I stand up and shout out go to Perry’s. Go. Go now and go often.

Extremely disappointing — quality of filet and salad was surprisingly poor. I will not return as there are too many excellent steak houses that are consistently excellent.

Was just in Frisco Tx to select new Surgical Residents. I would offer the Chef cutting here a position if they want! I really enjoy the well known Steak Houses in Chicago. They always know how to select and procure the perfect cuts, they always cook the steak to perfection with good sear and the sides are always a class act and never an afterthought. Same at Perry’s. I came two nights in a row it was so good! We were a large group both nights and so got to see and try a number of dishes. The standouts were the Pork Chop(actually I’ve never seen any pork chop this amazing), the bone in filet, the cowboy ribeye and the lobster mac & Cheese! Really a great place, looking forward to returning next year! G

Hands down one of the best Pork chop lunches you will ever have and they have an awesome happy hour! $ 5 dollars for Prosecco and good quality martinis made perfectly in a very sexy adult setting I just love Perry’s in Frisco. Such a change of scenery in the chain restaurant corridor near Stonebriar Mall.

Had a business dinner here and this experience was much better than the one in downtown in terms of food. The trio appetizer was a great way to sample some of the popular dishes… their calamari was really unique with its flavors. Have to order the Lobster Bisque… I LOVE bisque and this one was spot on. Entrée: Bone in Filet Mignon… was very tender and juicy and seasoned well… I ordered the roasted garlic which you are to rub on the steak but held back because I’m sure it would have had a potent smell… Sides: broccoli(just steamed so nothing to say), Mac and cheese was great but my favorite was the Brussel Sprouts… They flash fry them and then cook in a pan… It was mild spicy with a hint of balsamic… Dessert: Crème brûlée… It’s was good but not amazing… Tried a bite of the white chocolate cheesecake and I will definitely order that next time. Banana Foster they make table side was good as well… And no I didn’t eat it all… I left the place like I just grocery shopped! Great ambiance and the pianist was AMAZING… She even sang Adele(sp?) songs and did it beautifully.

4th week Dec 2015– I had a not so good experience here a while back but tried it again and the folks really came through for me. I brought my mother and a friend here recently and the service was impeccable and they loved the food, as did I. They really appreciated my feedback. 3rd week Dec 2015-There’s nothing more frustrating than incompetence. We ordered appetizers, three sides, three entrees and drinks. Received our Appetizers and everything was going great until the food servers dropped off the main food courses and failed to leave serving utensils. There we sat eating each person eating their main courses and there’s no one around for us to ask for serving utensils. Waited and waited and finally a young man noticing our distress asked if he could help and coming to our rescue. FINALLY our waitress returns after 20 mins and I explained it to her but she appeared not very interested but did tell a young manger about it. The young manger came over for additional commentary but he really screwed up when he told me that he had come over to «protect» the waitress. Poor choice of words in that it sounded as if I were being hostile and she needed to be rescued from me. He really meant to explain that it was the food servers that had messed up and not the waitress. He did comp our sides and asked if he could replace them since by the time we did receive serving utensils most of the side had cooled considerably. We didn’t have them replaced since I had shutdown communications with him after his«protect the waitress» comment. Now on to the food– Pork-chop– Excellent Sea bass– Excellent Lobster steak pasta– Not worthy, very bland and watery sauce Creamed corn– Excellent Mac and cheese– Good Lyonnaise potatoes– may have been good if served hot but once cooled they became extremely hard Could have been a solid 4 meal had we not experienced such basic mistakes.

Went for nye2016… not too impressed. Service was ehh. For the price of our meal I was not satisfied… it was still a good meal but I expected more. My «prime» ribeye was a bit tough for a prime and it was unevenly salted. The peanut butter candy bar was awesome though. Service needs training and the food needs some work. My wife got the seared tuna and it needed a sauce…

Great date night at Perrys. We decided to sit in the bar. No wait no dress worries. Piano playing was nice. We like to sit next to each other and have a more intimate dinner time. The level of noise is good here and all the food was great as usual. Sitting i n the bar is pot luck for availability but when open its the best way. Smokers go outdoors and thats just a turn off for me and my family on the patio. I do suggest share the meal and have desert!

Had a rare Friday off so hubby and I decided to go here for their lunch special pork chops. Made reservation for 11:15 but showed up at 11:00 to find there was already a line. The restaurant itself is big and beautiful so no one had trouble finding seats. We’ve been to the location in Uptown for dinner and had the same thing but this location’s chops tasted much better. The chops I had in Uptown was super dry and lacked the flavors that this location had. The pork was tender and moist. Loved every bite. Even the lunch portion was too big for me. Had plenty leftover for dinner tonight. The waitstaff were also super friendly and so were the hostesses. Highly recommend this Perry’s location!

If you haven’t come to Perry’s for the Friday Pork Chop lunch special, you are missing out my friends. For a ridiculously low price, you get an amazingly delicious chop that’s been cooked to perfection. It is a HUGE portion for lunch, measuring three-fingers high. I never normally order a pork chop when dining out but Perry’s is a complete exception. They used to carve the chop tableside(even at lunch!), but not anymore, which really isn’t a big deal because the meat is so tender, it’s quite easy to separate the three parts yourself: the loin, the ribs, and my favorite, the eyelash! The srirach brussel sprouts are a great appetizer. They get the sprouts just crispy enough and I really liked the tartness of the sauce. If you’re looking for a ridiculously large dessert to accompany your ridiculously large pork chop, check out the rocky road bread pudding. Butterscotch bread pudding with walnuts, chocolate chips, and caramel sauce– how can you go wrong? As if that isn’t enough, it’s also topped off with the best toasted homemade marshmallow(which is as big as the bread pudding itself). In addition to the great food, the service here is always fantastic. What more could you ask for?

We decided to go to Perry’s in Frisco to celebrate our anniversary and were excited to try someplace new. Extremely disappointed in the service and the food. When you’re spending. $ 100 per person you expect a first class experience. This was so far from it, i can’t believe it. When I made the reservation, I told them it was our anniversary. When we arrived, the valet did not come to the car, so I got out and my husband parked the car. . I went in and the place is absolutely beautiful. Breathtaking. The hostess greeted promptly, but cold and unfriendly. No mention of our anniversary or the fact it was our first time dining with them– even though I mentioned that when I placed the reservation. There were plenty of open tables– in fact it was practically empty. I was surprised that they seated us at a table right next to the kitchen. It was noisy with kitchen sounds and i could see into the kitchen. I mentioned this to the hostess and she just walked away. When the waiter came over we asked to move because we could barely have a conversation over the noise. They moved us and tossed a rumpled handful of about 6 rose petals on the table. I guess that is their idea of acknowledging our anniversary. It didn’t feel special. Still hopeful. . We waited a good while for a waiter to come to our table. When he arrived at the table, he had a rushed sports bar/used car salesman personality that was incongruous with the elegant surroundings. He spoke loud and very fast. It was a bit off putting and jarring. Now the food– Everything is ala cart. The steaks cost an average of $ 50. Which is consistent with high end steak houses and expected. We ordered calamari appetizer. It was oozing with grease. Not impressed. The lobster bisque was good. Not great. Good. Now for the worst part… The steaks… My husband order NY strip medium rare and I ordered filet with crab and asparagus, medium. Mine came out –the presentation was thrown together. The steak was cold, no char and when I cut it, it was raw inside. My husband’s steak was over cooked. We sent them both back. They told us it would take 8 minutes to prepare new steaks. Okay. They didn’t even offer us another glass of wine. They bring the lyonnaise potatoes– Horrible. Inedible. Essentially they were like over cooked french fries with greasy onions on top. The steaks come back. I was pretty shocked that they gave me the same steak back with a big slice down the middle and didn’t redress it with the crab meat. Just heated it up and threw it back on the plate. It was tough and rubbery at this point so I didn’t eat it. My husband’s steak had a lot of fat, but he said the parts he could eat were good. He could eat about 2⁄3 of the steak. The steak alone with no sides was between $ 44 and $ 50. It should have been great. It was not. They gave us some free desserts. The desserts were very good. The only thing that was good. There were other little things, like the candle on our table was out, they didnt refill our water, the waiter forgot to bring my husband’s drink and had to be asked twice. The waiter didn’t check back until the end of the meal when he told us to pick some desserts. An unbelievably bad experience that is inexcusable for any restaurant, let alone a restaurant that pretends to be competing with Bob’s and Capital Grille. Horrible service. Horrible food.

Had a lovely experience here for my husband’s birthday. We came in on a Thursday night with our toddler and was seated in a quiet area like I asked in my open table reservation. The Carpacio and Crab Claws were awesome. Hubby liked the Filet Perry and the Kabobs I had were great. However, we both felt the steaks were overly salted and my toddlers pasta with tomato and basil was too sweet. The lobster and prawns were cooked well and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Perry’s gave my hubby the dessert trio on the house and I had the Mont Blanc which was prepared table side. I enjoyed it but it was missing the wow factor. Overall a very enjoyable dining experience and we may try Perry’s again in the future.

Great meal, nice atmosphere, it is expensive but quality food and preparation. DRAWBACKS: No real vegetarian options unless you want sides. Vegetarians do have friends that like steakhouses and outvote us on where to go. Provided complimentary dessert for birthday victims.

I am always impressed with the food when I visit. My mom was really craving Perry’s and we had a church visit so we wouldn’t make it in time. I called and placed a Togo order and when we arrived we sat at Bar 79 since the dining room was closed. The bartender, whose name I do not remember because I was inebriated, was AMAZING! He took our food out of the Togo plates and plated them for us to dine in. He brought us silverware, served us drinks, and brought our food out and made it a wonderful experience for my mother. The food was absolutely great, as always and the drinks that were recommended were a great choice as well!

Anyone who goes here will say you have to try the world famous pork chops. I echo that. It’s great, a huge portion, and has tons of flavor. We also enjoyed the filet 3 ways and side dishes. However, the knock on the stars is for their other steaks. They were good, just not high caliber. You think to yourself-it was good but for that price I’ve had better. Service was exceptional our first visit, and the waitress was just there on the second visit. Reminding them to fill drinks and repeating yourself for requests should be absent from places like this…

This place is amazing. We usually go for the pork chop lunch on Fridays as the special is wonderful steal. You Get A Lunch Portion Of Their porkchop, Apple sauce and mashed potatoes. We usually add some additional sides, as they are big enough to share. The pork chop is so buttery and flavorful… If your on any diet just forget about it. The nutty Dangelo desert is life changing. Ice cream, nuts and a warm sugary caramel concoction. The first time I had it, I couldn’t stop thinking about it for a week, so much I had to Google the recipe. who knew a few ingredients could make such a tasty desert. even better is that it is made table side.

I came here for their porkchop Friday special, I came in with high expectations and was left blown out of the water. Pork is one of those ingredients that can be awesome if done right, and inedible if cooked poorly. These guys got it right. Their lunch portion is about a 3 – 4 fingers thick topped with a compound butter and served with creamy mashed potatoes. The pork is slow smoked then seared on the outside to lock in the flavors then cut table side. You can tell these guys take pride in what they do as the servers describe the various cuts of the chop. Hands down, the best porkchop I’ve ever eaten. Service: 5 I came with a large group of close to 20 people. We had a reservation and everything was in place for our arrival. Service was quick, friendly, and accomodating Food: 5 Best porkchop I’ve ever eaten. Great sear on the outside, most and tender on the inside.

Pork chop Friday is where it’s at. $ 14 for a huge pork chop. Comes with side of mash potatoes. They precook it all so it’s faster than mcdonalds. It’s a big porkchop but i was able to eat it all. Pretty well seasoned and had no issues with service. The waitress was very kind and friendly and quick about getting our porkchops.
