Estilo Gaúcho Brazilian Steakhouse

Went here for anniversary dinner and it was delicious. Service was attentive and quick. They even gave us a complimentary dessert. All the meats were good and high quality. The salad bar had a lot of things I filled up on… Had tomato soup, potatoes au grautin, cheese, pastas, veggies, slices of prosciutto and salami… good variety.

If you want to feel like royalty this is the place! My husband and I had the most wonderful experience celebrating each other. The cheesecake on fire is a must! We will surely come back. I still have a smile on my face and have been telling everyone about this amazing place! Great service, great tasty food, great environment and the place has a romantic vibe.

The folks who leave a 5 star review must have never been to a 5 star restaurant. And obviously NEVER been to the other «Brazilian Steakhouses» in town.
The food is average at best. I stopped eating the meat and went back to the small, limited salad bar… that’s how bad it was. Service was ok although never filled our water glasses and the wine I selected they were out of but guess what they did have a more expensive one, of course they did… overall a real disappointment.

This is hands-​down the absolute best restaurant in town. If you want to have an elegant dinner, or take your kids (I have two toddlers) it’s still the best restaurant to go to. The food is amazing!!! The service is beyond perfection. The weight is literally waltz all around you. But the best part is that you don’t even know they’re there. Their desserts are just as good as the meat and a salad bar is just delicious. This is our families go to restaurant for any celebration or if we just want to have a good dinner and amazing service.

The food was ok. Steaks were mostly great. But for the price the service was so bad! The worst I have had in a very long time. For the price I expected so much more. Took my family for my Daughters Birthday. Wish I could have that choice and 170 dollars back!

The absolute best Brazilian steakhouse in DFW! Yes, it’s Fogo de Chao price ($ 45.50), but it’s well worth the price tag.
First, the waitstaff goes above and beyond. Every time I take my seat, they are waiting by my chair to pull it out and then lay my linen on my nap. Next, the salad bar and meat selection are outstanding. The salad bar is stacked with fresh veggies, cured meats, and it even has parmesan cheese served in an actual parmesan wheel! The mozzarella balls are fresh, tomato soup is perfectly smooth and flavorful, and the sliced bread melts in your mouth. Now for the good part… The variety of meat is substantial. My favorites were top sirloin, bacon wrapped filet, and parmesan pork. The meats were succulent and not overly spiced like most churrascarias. The only unexpected items were the rack of lamb and leg of lamb as they add lemon pepper to the mix. Not that they were distasteful but I did want a more traditional flavor to them. To top off the night, a bartender strolled around to all the tables and offered drinks (i.e. Ice wine, cordials). We enjoyed the key lime pie as it wasn’t overly sweet nor tart. We appreciated the service Estilo Gaucho extended and are ready to go back after a full day of physical activity so we won’t feel guilty for putting back on the pounds.

One of best place in DFW for dinner if price is not the first priority for selection. Pass the lunch if you will go for dinner LOL

Unreal. Meat is amazing, salad bar is fresh and the service is INCREDIBLE. The pao de queijo and fried bananas are perfect. So worth the money and calories. Cannot wait to go back. Best Brazilian restaurant I’ve been to in the US! I just wish they had mousse de maracuja!

Called to tell them we had a party of 10 coming no issues she says. We are at a conference staying at the Embassy which means our party of 10 ends up being 20. Still no issue for this staff. They seat is all in one room and begin to explain how it works. Now our dishes were never empty and our glasses remained full! Awesome service and exceptional food. Out of the big group not one person had a bad thing to say! Now that is impressive!

Can’t get enough of this place! I wish I had more special occasions to celebrate just so I would have an excuse to come here! Any one want to be my friends so we can celebrate your birthday here? J/​K, but seriously, this place is amazing! From the wide variety of options on the side bar to the endless supply of perfectly seasoned meats, I would come here every week if I could some how get over the food coma I go into each time I leave! Super, highly recommend this place!

Went there yesterday with my GF and her mother, who was visiting from Houston… It was the ladies’ first time at the restaurant. We had an excellent experience and the food was great… I just wished I could have taken the entire slab of beef ribs, home with me… Try the ribs with some rice on the side and couple of tomato slices. Yummy

I can honestly say I have never been blown away by a restaurant, let alone received service worth bragging about. My fiancé and I have been here four times, each and every time being exponentially better than the last. We had our first date here and most recently tonight, celebrated our second anniversary and engagement. Upon arriving, we met our waitress, Madeline, and my fiancé told her our story here and what we were celebrating. She was immediately touched and expressed how happy she was that we had chosen Estilo Gaucho as our favorite spot.
I ordered wine for the first time here, and when Madeline brought it out for me I immediately realized how silly I felt having never ordered wine at a fancy restaurant — she poured some in my glass to taste and decide if I liked it, I giggled and forgot what I was supposed to do, she told me to taste it and nod approvingly — she was perfectly light and very understanding and made me feel like I was a natural.
We were amazed once again at the awesome palette cleansers — some crunchy, almost French-​fry-​like cheesy things, delicious tiny cheesy bread muffins, seriously drool worthy mashed potatoes (perfect serving size) and the craziest little fried bananas I have ever had. The first few times we were here, we weren’t sure of some of the sides and were hesitant to try them, but they are totally worth it and really just tie everything together.
They have a salad bar which I’m sure is amazing, but honestly we have never even ventured over there. We are there for the meat and let me tell you, it is the best we have ever had.
When you turn your card to «go», expect tons of super attentive servers to practically sprint on by to deliver you fresh-​off-​the-​grill mouthwatering cuts of the best beef, pork, and chicken we’ve ever had. We have been giddy with anticipation every time we’ve been because really, it’s just that good.
I’d recommend gathering one or two cuts of meat and then flipping your card to «stop» — you don’t want this stuff to go cold. Trust me, as soon as you flip the card back, it will come cascading in.
We are constantly surprised by the attentiveness of not only the servers but every single person in the restaurant. It’s not somewhere you feel the need to wait until you see your server for requests — everyone is there to help you, and is pleased to do so.
Another thing worth mentioning is not only are your servers super attentive, but every time we have been, they have been outstanding at gauging moments. They know when it is a good time to come by and see if you need help, and when they should wait.
Again, I have to give our most sincere compliments to Madeline. She was one of the most genuine people I have ever met, and really seemed happy to talk to us. She said many times that we were the happiest couple she had seen, and even said we were so cute, we made her night. In turn, her admiration completely made my night as well and may have made me tear up quite a few times.
I’ve never met someone like her who seemed so completely happy for complete strangers and who really seemed to love what she did. She even said she loved the smile I had plastered to my face; I was on cloud nine and the fantastic service she provided did nothing more than make me grin and cry like the happiest person on earth. I even caught her soaking up my fiancé telling her all about our first date while I was in the bathroom and she really seemed to be ecstatic we were there.
After we gushed again to her how much we loved this place, she asked if we would like to meet the owner. We said we absolutely would, and shortly after, he came over and seemed very pleased to meet us. After talking with him for a bit, Madeline came back by and said she had not seen him with such a smile after talking to us and again made us feel so wonderful in a very genuine way.
To top it all off, they wrote «Happy Anniversary» on our crème brulee plate, and it appeared from our calculations that she gave us quite a few things on the house! Never would we have expected this and we were ecstatic to pay full price, but we were pleased to see we had as much of an effect on her as she did on us. Needless to say we tipped as much as we possibly could, and the next time we go, we really hope we can ask for Madeline as a server again.
It was a truly amazing night, and both Madeline and the owner were waiting at the door to shake our hands and congratulate us once again. I have never left a restaurant in tears from sheer happiness, and I am so pleased to say I am counting down the days until we can go back! Thank you so much to everyone at Estilo Gaucho, we can’t wait to see you again!

There’s plenty of meat to go around, ranging from Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Beef Ribs, the house special Picanha, spicy Picanha, garlic Picanha, Bacon wrapped Filet, Bacon wrapped Chicken, Chorizo sausage, Lamb chops, Pork chops, BBQ pork ribs, Parmesan pork, and Bottom sirloin.
On top of that they serve Chimichurri sauce, creamy Horseradish, pure Horseradish, and spicy Salsa.
Don’t be shy to make a request for any of this either.
This steakhouse just wants to pump: clap: you up!
This is my go to spot for Brazilian BBQ in the DFW area.
I’ve tried many others in Dallas and honestly nothing quite compares to this establishment.

YUM!!! I love this place! The hand made drinks, the rolls, the salad bar, the meat— omg I love everything! For those that love Texas de Brazil, rafains… I am telling you. This places beats all those places no competition! And the service… Oh my god better than RitZ Carlton. Seriously, I never had an empty drink or a plate empty. BIG FAN!!! And five stars all the way!

Loved everything about this restaurant. The service was great, and the food is absolutely amazing.

The service is absolutely impeccable (VERY attentive) and the meats are just delicious. The atmosphere is upscale and I always feel that I’ve had a luxurious experience when I dine here. It was my fiancé’s birthday week and the complimentary crème brûlée and birthday card were very thoughtful additions to our meal. I can’t wait to return! I recommend this highly to anyone looking for a special dining experience.

The food was AMAZING !! I usually don’t eat a lot of meat but today i did, and you know what? The meat was filled with moisture and within every bite it has outstanding burst of flavors. So much to choose from as the Brazilian waiters come around with the meats nice and hot ready to serve! I came here for our anniversary with my husband and overall it was a great experience. Totally worth the price and i will be coming back here again !!

I have been to the great Brazilian Steakhouse names in the US and lived in Brazil for three years, dining at authentic Churrascarias. Estilo Gaucho has replaced Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil as my go to place for my Brazilian Steakhouse fix.
Service is perfect and friendly. Restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. I love their salad table with the authentic items done right: vinaigrette, collard greens, farofa, potato salad. The pao de queijo I always eat way too much of because they are sooo good, taking precious stomach space from my fraldinha (bottom sirloin) and picanha (top sirloin with fat cap), but I can’t help it!
This to me is what a five star restaurant should be.

After my 7^th visit I can confidently say this is the best Brazilian restaurants in DFW. The meats are well flavored and the salad/​soup bar is very good.
Service here is first class! Folks here are nice and very attentive. What I dont like about most Brazilian restaurants is that the good cut of meats (filet mignon, ribeye, lamb chops) are not as abundant as the chicken, pork, and sausage. Not the case here. If you say «no» a few times to certain meats the servers will ask if you like to make any requests. For years I have been going to Fogo. I will be going here from now on even though the drive is a bit longer, but it’s well worth it.

Great meats. Loved the ribeye. So many gains were consumed this day. More expensive than 5 scoops of whey protein, but also way more delicious. The cheese was really good too. Destroyed my toilet gracefully afterward. I will definitely go back.

Really enjoyed my lunch here today. It was a work team lunch and we had 2 tables set up in parallel. This was probably my tenth visit to Estilo gaucho and they have improved over time from a high standard to higher. I sat at the hardest spot to reach for the servers but they managed gallantly. The staff is super friendly and I noticed there is a system to the service where there are supervisors working the floor to make sure everything is in order. The lunch meat selection felt slightly limited compared to Rafains however everything tasted great and they had the meats available at the beginning, not as rafains where they deliberately serve the less expensive meats first. Sides were as expected and the bread puffs were awesome.
For dessert I had the chocolate cake which was yummy.
Overall I give 4 stars. Had it been dinner I might have given 5 starts.

Absolutely heaven!!! The Parmesan Pork was great! The filet wrapped with bacon was like butter! Everything tasted superb and the salad bar could be a meal on its own. The service was fantastic… although I never could understand the servers/​gauchos but I could see what I wanted when they offered and they didn’t have any problem understanding me so it was a good experience. They definitely were attentive. When I came back from the salad bar someone was there to seat me and place my napkin. Other Brazilian steakhouses I have been to do not go the upscale extra mile. We were brought a gratis crème’ brulee because we were putting a deposit on a private room for our company party and it was melt in your mouth delish!!! Best place for date night, company party, or work lunch. Cannot wait to go back!

My favorites of the meats were the lamb, but really, they were all good. As for the salad bar, I didn’t think it was that big. I’ve been to other Brazilian rodizio where the salad bar was much better than this one, and more impressive. It’s for this reason alone I can’t really give it a complete 5 stars. But because of the great meats, excellent service (this is fine dining), this place rates high in my book. It’s not cheap though, but I think any meat-​lover who doesn’t care too much about the salad bar would love this place.
If you’re looking for a great salad bar at a rodizio, go to the other better known upscale rodizio.

I’ve been to all the major Brazillian steakhouses in the Dallas area and was excited to try Estilo Gaucho. The prices went up since they first opened. The price per person is $ 45.50 as of now, which is still within range. The food was on par with other places, but I was a little disappointed in the service. We ordered a bottle of wine for a friend’s birthday. I don’t drink much wine and only wanted a sip, but they kept refilling my glass even after I told them not to. The meat was coming non-​stop for a period, which was great! You can request a specific meat, and they’ll have it out for you in seconds. Servers pulled out chairs for us a few times, a nice touch. However, after my friends finished, the meat stopped coming. I wanted more filet mignon and had to request it twice… The dessert we ordered came before my filet did. Then, they brought me the bacon-​wrapped filet, but I wanted the filet that comes off a full slab because it’s much more juicy and tender. ALSO, I clearly specified it was my friend’s birthday when making the reservation and even called back to make sure they knew. We were waiting for them to bring her birthday dessert. They completely forgot. We had to remind them about that. I guess birthday girl doesn’t get to choose her dessert… they brought her a flan, probably not her dessert of choice, but it’s fine.
The meat was on the salty side. It still tasted good; I just found myself having to drink a lot of water. The salad is nothing to write home about. Comparatively, Fogo and Texas De Brazil have a more abundant spread. Rafain even has dessert and their grilled pineapple doesn’t cost extra.
They don’t seem to run any promos. For the price of the meal, I’d say the quality of food is fine, but the service everyone is raving about can be better. Maybe we just caught them on a busy day, OR maybe since gratuity is already included in parties of 5 or more they felt they didn’t have the try as hard… Hopefully we have better luck next time… if we decide to go back.

Not my first Brazilian steakhouse, but also not my favorite. Service was good, although the salad bar guard was a bit creepy, even going so far as to literally cut between a family of 4 to straighten the tongs they were using.
Food was just ok, nothing stood out as being the best I’ve had, or the worst.
Better than Fogo but not nearly as good as Texas de Brazil.

This place is exceptional, truly a gem. Service is great, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxing. I will visit again.

I had a wonderful experience. The food was very good but the best part was the impeccable waitstaff. Everyone was very attentive and treated me like a Queen. I will be going back.

My mother took me here for my 27^th birthday and it was one of the best meals of my life. Not only was the food fantastic, the service was on par with a three star Michelin rated restaurant that I had visited in New York City. The attentiveness and quality of service was the top of it’s class.
I highly recommend to anyone and everyone if you’re looking for a celebratory or romantic evening.

Of all the Brazilian restaurants we’ve been to in Dallas, this is the most authentic. True churrascaria typical of ones in Brazil, great selection and yummy desserts. Plus, of course, our favorite drink, the Caipirinha

BF and i came here tonight and were not disappointed. Bf has never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before. I prepped him a little bit before we went, but he was blown away by how everything was.
The service was SPECTACULAR! I’ve never been more cared for at any other restaurant I have ever been to. I felt like a queen! :)
The food was fantastic. My favorite was the signature Picanha. I didn’t know what to expect when i took my first bite, but it was easily my favorite.
We ate so much food, we didn’t have enough room for a dessert. Will have to save that for next time. :)

I really wanted to like this place. I was expecting a lot, I guess, because of the high amount of excellent reviews.
The price was expected for a Brazilian steakhouse.
The salad bar had surprisingly few items compared to similar restaurants. The salads and veggies were mostly lacking flavor.
The meats were generally very good.
Service was excellent.
I left thinking, «why does everyone love this place?» The answer: unlimited meats and we are in Texas. The end.

We were not disappointed for our Anniversary dinner here. Friends called ahead and had already paid for our dinner so they made sure to take good care of us for this special occasion. The food was amazing and I was stuffed.
This use to be Chaucers when it first opened so it’s fun to see how they redecorated it. It’s very nice and very clean.
The food offered was as expected for a Brazilian steakhouse.

Rodizio style Churrascaria… aka: Meat Heaven.
Fortunately, Estilo Gaúcho nails the most important aspect of a Brazilian Steakhouse: The Meat.
A decent selection of meats, all of which were very juicy and flavorful with their seasonings. Juicy red inside with charred smoky crust. Various seasonings for the different meats including Salt & Pepper, Garlic, ‘Spicy’, Mint, etc. (To my dismay, they do not have chicken hearts, but at least they had Beef Ribs)
Unfortunately, all the other (less important) aspects were inferior to my experiences at other Brazilian Steakhouses.
The salad bar only had some of the more basics in sides, and none were particularly impressive to me. The bread, polenta & fried bananas were not as addicting as some others I’ve had and the desserts were a complete disappointment.

Great place to go for anniversaries or fancy birthday dinners.
Experience: overall I loved the dim lighting and the fanciness of the restaurant. It was a fun break to be served VERY well. The food was great and the people who were there made me feel very welcomed and wanted there (even if I wasn’t in my best clothes).
Food: the food was delicious. Some of the meat may have been a little too salty for my taste, but the meat was well cooked and always hot and ready. The salad bar was not as I expected, not as much variety, but still good. The only suggestion that I would give for this place is a fruit/​dessert bar along with the salad or something refreshing to the galore of meat.
Service: the service is the reason I ranked this place 5 stars. Not only is the food delicious, but there are people who serve you so quickly it’s almost scary. Your water will never be less than 50% full, and when you flip over your button, they are there to serve meat in seconds. The service was the best I have ever experienced in dining services. It is obvious that the management here is very organized and good.
I love this place and I would definitely come again.
