Had an unusually poor experience. After sending my very raw steak back, waited and waited to the point where all others in my party were finished their meal. Told waitress we needed to leave and just then manager came out with steak. While I expected an apology, got attitude instead. When I told him he had to leave, he said he would throw steak out if I didn’t want it. Would have expected some apology or accommodation.

Completely different than the rat hole in garland. The food was well prepared, hot, fresh, and as ordered. At this location, they know the difference between raw and we’ll done. The service was excellent thanks to douglas. Make the drive over here to frisco @121. It’s worth it.

If I could I would give my experience at the restaurant a 0 if I could but since I can’t I’ll give it a 1. The server at my table today had piss poor service and didn’t even remember to give napkins or silverware. She had to be told more than 10 times before she did what was asked. The food was just average nothing you would even tell someone to come and try it. The hot wings that was ordered for appetizer wasn’t even hot they were just really salty. They took long time to bring drinks that myself and my family order and when you get them they tasted bland and didn’t have any alcohol in them at all smh. I ordered for my main course sirloin steak with shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. The side dishes tasted good but the steak didn’t taste good at all very bland and had no seasoning at all. So I would not go back to this restaurant because customer service and the food wasn’t worth the price. Don’t go to this restaurant and waste your time or money.

great service and food! we only had to wait for about 20 minutes, but it was also a Friday night so it was definitely great! I was super stoked with the desert, so good!

Called in to make a reservation for a party of five, went there at the allotted time and sat at the bar for a few drinks. 1.5 hours later still haven’t been seated! I would have left but the rest of the party were starving and didn’t want to leave… Poor customer service

After so many years of not having dine at Outback, we tried it once again. I ordered the Prime rib and lobster combo. The prime rib had so much fat and very dry. It seems like it had been cooked at a frozen staged to have turned out that way. The service was good though, the manager replaced my prime rib with a smaller cut but just as dry. The first time we tried Outback at another location was many years ago, we has a very salty onion blossom, so we have not returned till now. Dining experienced was not satisfactory but will try it one more time to see if it could be better. Three strikes and you’re out.

I usually stay away from chain restaurants, but I’ve always had a soft spot for Outback Steakhouse, because it’s really a great value for the amount of food you receive. This particular location is also located very close to me, which is an added plus. One thing that really drew me to Outback is the clam chowder that it used to serve on limited Fridays during a specific season. I think it’s no longer served, which makes me very sad. It was DELICIOUS. I really would like to see it back, because it’s one of the best clam chowders I’ve had at a chain restaurant, and Outback isn’t even known for its seafood. The bread is tasty, and the blooming onion is always tempting. If you order the blooming onion, don’t expect to finish it unless you’re with a group of 4 or more. Their pecan salad and wedge salad are my favorite side salads that you can substitute as a side(but I think there’s an up charge now). Outback seems to have updated its menu since the last time I visited. I like to get the classic 6 oz sirloin(medium rare) with side dishes. Right now, they’re having a 3 course special on Wednesdays and Sundays for around $ 16. We last visited on a Monday, so it didn’t quite work out for us. I had the lobster and 5 oz sirloin with 2 sides, and I think it was a really great deal. However, I think my husband’s coconut shrimp he ordered was more flavorful than either of the two proteins I had. The shrimp was fried perfectly with a nice batter. I was impressed. I’m sure we will continue to visit this Outback Steakhouse a few times a year as it has never let me down. It stays consistent, and I know exactly what to expect(in a positive way) when I go.

We came to Outback for my son’s birthday. I wanted to go to Salt grass which is a far better value for the money and higher quality, but this was on the way to where we were going… so– it could not have been worse!!! It took 20 minutes to get my son’s drink… it was a strawberry something. .non– alcoholic beverage. I ordered filet and lobster. They gave me a sirloin. The lobster tail was miniature– nothing like the menu picture. I sent it back they brought me a rare filet after everyone else was finished eating. I had to send it back because I ordered medium. Another long wait. Our water and iced tea was empty. Waitress never checked back. Finally, my son ordered a dessert– a brownie sundae thing. .we told her it was his birthday. She plunks down a tiny scoop of vanilla ice cream with a half a piece of brownie crumbled on it. We were just staring at it… I said that isn’t what he ordered. She said that this is the birthday dessert and that she couldn’t give him what he ordered because it’s his birthday and the birthday dessert is free. I said I didn’t ask for a free dezsert i just wanted him to get what he wanted. She just walked away. I was so disgusted with this place. Very sad. The manager told me thank you for being so nice and gave me a $ 20th giftcard to use on my next visit. Nice gesture but I will never return there. I have had 3 bad experiences At Outback. They used to be good– not anymore.

Great location for this popular chain steakhouse. Steak was cooked and seasoned well. Service was above average in the bar and the food is priced competitively for the area. You can’t go wrong if your in the mood for a steak and don’t want to empty your wallet.

The restaurant was unusually crowded last night due to a convention at the Dr. Pepper center nearby. The wait was extremely long but we found the staff to be very accommodating. They could tell that some of the families with young children were getting restless so they brought out animal crackers for the kids. Then they came around with samples of sirloin and chicken bites for the adults. They also provided ice water. When we were seated, our waiter was very pleasant and helpful. The food was spot on in flavor and temperature. I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants but in this case I feel that Outback stood out.

Stopped by to pick up a takeout order and had a couple martinis. Brandi was the bar tender and makes one if the best martinis I’ve ever had! She was also super friendly. Will definitely be back to see her!

This is the 2nd time recently that the food I ordered was not cooked properly.. . meat tough even though it was the filet, broccoli was squishy, the potato hard and the bread stale. I couldn’t even eat the salad. I’m sad because I have always loved this place. But I won’t waste my money again.

Happy Mother’s Day! We did have to wait, but that’s expected on a big holiday. Tori, the manager, came around with passed appetizers to make sure that we didn’t starve on the patio while we waited. Once we were seated, it only got better from there. We had the best server in the house, Sarah C! :) She knows her stuff, and she made a lot of great recommendations. She made my mom feel special, even though she was missing her own little one today. She’s AMAZING. The food was cooked to perfection, drinks were always full, and fun was had by all. Tori even came back by to make sure everything was great. Hard day’s work, but again, thank you for making my mom’s day that much better after a rough start. We’ll be back soon! Thanks again, Sarah and Tori and the rest of the awesome Outback Frisco team!

Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., is a company of restaurants that owns and operates Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. They are busy, I am sure weekends are even busier. Tip: Use the«call a head» feature just before heading out. It helps, it places your name on the wait list and can cut your wait time in half. The lobby has nice seating area to wait and menus laid out to speed up your process. The bar is super clean! & the draft beers are very cold. There is only one TV in the middle of the bar, so this is not your place to see multiple sporting events. Steak prices range from $ 11.99 to $ 24.99 the best steak on the menu is the«Victoria’s Filet Mignon 8oz. The hostess, who name I didn’t get, was smiling and friendly. As she sat us, I noticed the look of horror on her face… she sat us at a dirty table. Olivia was our server, her appearance was great, however, the initial greet at the table was not very personable… it was as if she was just an order taker and not a «server.» And that’s all we saw of her… untill time for the check. So sad server wasn’t more engaged, I am a big tipper. Food…amazing!

Excellent Service! They are really creating an Experience here, and we loved it! We were served complimentary hors d’oeuvres as we waited in a comfortable and nice lounge area and then were seated quickly even though it was a busy Saturday night. EVERYone we came in contact with was helpful, attentive, and on point! We will be coming back again and again!

Had dinner here the night of the ice storm. They closed at either 7 or 8 that night. Despite that you’d never know they were in a hurry to leave. Service was awesome. Everything was great but my only misstep was ordering the 22oz bone in ribeye. Not the best and kind of wished I would’ve gone with the filet as I know it’s always top.

Their slogan is «No Rules, Just Right», but there were plenty of rules when I got there. You had to wear pants. No loud singing. They wouldn’t even let you in the kitchen. Which is «just wrong.» Plus their steaks aren’t that good.

Review is specifically regarding the hostess only. We came in today around 215 and the hostess asked us if we wanted to sit at the bar it’s open sitting. We said that is fine but just from the look around the bar area all the tables are dirty. We turned back around to the hostess and said the tables are dirty she only said I’m sorry. But we are confused as to why she we even offer the bar area for sitting and looked at us like we were the weird ones when we told the tables are dirty. Come on now OB and hostess, it’s not rocket science you don’t offer a table to guests when they are dirty.
