I don’t eat Taco Bell often. Maybe 3 – 4 times a year. This is the first time I ordered from this location. I ordered through their online app because of their promotion of 25% off an order. I chose pick up through drive through. It was fast and easy and I didn’t have to take out a wallet or show ID for my pick up, only provide my name. The food was great. I did not have any special requests in my order. They filled my tacos fully which is really nice compared to other Taco Bells, they dont fill the whole crunch taco wrap to the top. I also tried out their Baja Mountain Dew, which had a cooling sensation in your mouth. I thought that was interesting.

This place has gotten my order wrong half of the time. I’m currently in the drive-thru for the third time in a row for getting my order wrong.

I normally don’t take time to review fast food places, but I just had to because the customer service was amazing. Our food came fast and the person at the register was so nice and friendly. It was breath if fresh air compared to what I’m use to at fast food places. The food obviously isn’t the best quality but this location is worth going to based off the service I received.

Reviewing a Taco Bell?! What? This Taco Bell is delicious. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly what makes this particular Taco Bell amazing, perhaps it’s the crunchy taco shells or the delicious nacho cheese. I’d say this is one of the better Taco Bells in South Bay. Thanks for satisfying a hungry patron during a long work week.

This location is good. Most of the Times, I order quesadillas and burrito. I like quesadillas a lot. The service is very good. The people are nice. The restaurant is clean and decent. I go here every Friday and just enj meal before heading to my work.

My go to Taco Bell. Very reliable and fast drive thru. Their five dollar boxes always get me but I will usually fall back on two chicken chalupas if that doesn’t fit my fancy. Get the fire sauce!

Deja Vu? Hella no! Vuja De is more like it lover. Yes it’s that taco, that tight meaty taco that draws me in and caresses my soul. And today I am satisfied. It’s all about the taco.

I generally don’t review fast food restaurants too often, and even more rarely do I give them a 5-star rating, but this taco bell has consistently given me better tasting food than most other taco bells that I visit. Last night, as I drove up to the drive thru, an employee was outside cleaning or doing something work-related saw me and ran to the drive-thru window and took my order FROMTHEOUTSIDE, vs. making me wait for him to go inside first — if that’s not quality fast food service, I don’t know what is! :P Then he ran back inside to do whatever he needed to do. Then the food was prepared quickly and it was FRESH and tasted perfect(the chicken, the cheese/meat/rice ratio, etc.) I’ve ordered the same exact things from other Taco Bell before, but this taco bell makes them that much better. Only bad thing is that they don’t open very late compared to other locations. They close at 11pm most days except Friday and Saturday.

I’ve been a die hard tacobell faithful for 29 years now. Love the food, now I can actually say I love their breakfast too! Love the AM bacon crunch wrap, definitely my favorite breakfast item on the menu. I dress up every bite with a dash of salsa Verde and hot sauce. It’s a great combo! I’ve been tempted to try the waffle taco but just can’t get myself to stray from the AM bacon crunch wrap.

This is a pretty good Taco Bell when it come to freshness of food, but you have to be very clear with what you order. Yesterday was my third trip to Tb in 2 weeks and they have messed up at least 1 part of my order. One was a extra taco they threw onto the bill or giving my a bowl of potatoes when I asked for a cheesy potato burrito. Let’s bit forget they Always forget to give me my typhoon freeze that I love so much. Room for improvement but still good where they are at

The king of all Taco Bells. The service was lackluster a few years ago, but over the last few years it’s greatly improved. The food is great and best of all cheap.

Gets really busy at lunch time! Closest TB to work. I usually bring my lunch, but I crave the volcano beef burrito at times! Service here as always been good. Be patient, gets really busy because of the location and small parking lot. Does anyone remember the«wild» salsa TB had at one time? It had it here … it was good!

Okay, I didn’t know any better when I grew up. This was mexican food to me. Now that I grew up and know better, I went back here just because I wanted to relive high school days where I would go to the nearby Taco Bell and order a nachos bell grande and devour it. After having it now, I don’t know why I particularly liked it. I guess it’s just the chips. I can say I did like the chips a lot. The other items on it, well for the price, I think I might as well have gone to Una Mas and gotten their nachos, but the chips wouldn’t be the same. Hey what the heck, I won’t diss Taco Bell, it’s convenient, no nonsense fast food with awesome chips. I wish it just had a little more quality. Maybe next time I try their fully loaded nachos which is apparently new and weighs a pound!

Not a great Taco Bell. I’ve stopped here a few times over the years as I’ve commuted between 680 and 880. Cleanliness, service, food quality are all about average. I dropped in most recently to try the Doritos taco. Unsurprisingly, the Doritos didn’t really add any new, cool dimension to the taco taste.

Good ol me got off work late. Drove to see someone who is dear to me, talked outside for hours while seating crisscross applesauce on top of my car in this cold winter night(i was having an intense convo didn’t even thought of seating inside the comfort of my car). Before I knew it, I’m starving to death and shaking uncontrollably because stupid me forgot to stuff my face with food and dumb enough to brave the coldness of the night with only 2 layers of clothing. Knowing everything in wonderful Freakmont closes by 10pm, my only options were: 1. BK — close to my house 2. Taco Bell — closer to my house 3. 7 – 11 — super closer to my house 4. My fridge — IN my house Since I was not feeling 1 and 3, and I know nothing in option 4 is cook, I opted for Taco Bell!!! I drive by this TB everyday but i never had imagine even in my wildest dreams that i would someday eat something here. Don’t get me wrong, i’m not a snob and definitely not picky. It’s just that I heard a lot of terrible stories about it. It was my first time and it’s going to be my LAST! I got myself a piece of Chalupa. Took it out of the wrapper and first thing I noticed was it’s too soggy. Peeked what’s inside and there’s barely ground beef in it. They robbed me of my meat! Oh well, what can you expect out of a fast food anyways. I shoved it down my throat in a very Jurassic way and finished it in 5mins. Blech! It’s the most disgusting food I ever had. Serious talk. 20 minutes after my meal, I started feeling sick. Dashed to my bathroom and saw my Chalupa again. Yeah you know what that means. Not a pretty sight I tell you, then the headache kicked in. Never will I ever buy from this fast food again!!! Next day, I got myself a big BBQ’d lamb! Now, that’s a freakin meal.

I eat here 2 – 3 times a week for lunch… Fast! Fresh! Cheap! Tasty! What more could you want… Yeah yeah, it’s Taco Bell but it’s good and relatively healthy for fast food!!! Ya know what I’m sayin’ dog? ;) Did I mention they are fast? They run that busy drive through like a well oiled machine!!! Never takes long… And in all the years I’ve gone here, I think they messed up my order only once. Not bad…

My experience here had been rather interesting, but an unforgettable one. We had just hiked Mission Peak and we were hot, tired and hungry. We came here to eat and ended up hanging out for at least two hours, which they did not seem to mind. I ended up «checking-in» on my iPhone and rather than putting the phone away immediately like I usually do, I left it out on my food tray. I had not touched it since I checked in. I do not remember what I got but I am thinking I got two taco supremes and a lime-aid, which I wanted to try. The tacos were fantastic because it is my ideal comfort food. The lime-aid, however, was on the very sweet side. I do not drink soda, and I did not realize it would be so sweet, but it was good for what it was. By the end of the night my iPhone was covered with napkins and my taco bell wrappers. I meant to make a mental reminder that my phone was underneath everything so I did not throw the phone away. Guess what happened? I forgot and threw my phone away by accident. After driving an hour or so to Daly City, it was then that I realize, I did not have my phone. We tried calling and looking for it but no avail. We had to think back of where I last saw my phone. We tried going on Unilocal’s app to find the Taco Bell we had just eaten at, but it did not show up because we had forgotten which street it was on. My friend saved the night by realizing she kept the receipt in her pocket. We called Taco Bell and by this time it was about 8:30 pm. They were really busy and distracted; they did not know why we were calling but they knew something about throwing an iPhone away and wanting to dig through their trash. At that time I was thinking I may never see my iPhone again. Sure, my iPhone was dying and now needed to be plugged in to work properly but I wanted a more… say, proper good-bye since it was sentimental to me as I got it as a birthday gift. I didn’t want this to be the reason why I had to get another iPhone. We had contemplated on driving back to the Taco Bell to see if I could dig through the trash and retrieve it. We also thought about letting it go and saying good-bye to the phone forever. But I needed closure. I wanted to make sure that I at least tried to get my phone back before giving up, because that this would have always been in the back of my mind. So we drove back. When we got back to Fremont and once we drove up to the Taco Bell parking lot, my heart was racing. I immediately jumped out of the car and practically flew to the entrance. When it was my turn to talk to the cashier, she called someone over and someone came out carrying something with paper over it. ITWASMYIPHONE. They went through the trash and retrieved my phone for me! I was so ecstatic I wanted to hug them all. I think I may have had some tears, too. I could not thank them enough. Thank you, Taco Bell staff members. Thank you so much for your time to dig the phone out of the trash for me when it meant completely nothing to any of you. I know whomever dug through the trash, could have easily left the phone in the trash or even stolen it, but they did not. I am forever grateful for everything they have done. For those that say there are not any nice and honest people in this world, you are wrong, because there still are.

The food is what you expect. The service, lacking. Save for one. It took forever to get our order. We stopped here spot on noon, barely beginning a road-trip, to grab a quick kid-boredom-chasing bite to eat. The woman who took my order was ever-pleasant, putting up w me super-texting Jack about an emergency back home, handling Cinzia and Reno, and trying to spit out an order simultaneously. I realize that’s bad form, and she was amazingly patient and courteous. I usually make every effort not to be That Customer, but the day got the better of me. The other four taco bellians on this shift, however: standing, doing nothing, shone more brightly than her, due to mass, I think. All the table were at least slightly soiled. As they drill at McDonald University — «you got time to lean, you got time to clean.»
