Warm Springs Plaza

The Warm Springs Plaza is a pretty decent sized shopping plaza with multiple tenants including the 2 major tenants Ross Dress For Less and CVS/​Pharmacy.
However, one former major tenant DD’S Discount has closed and now there is an empty building spot. Hopefully, they’ll get a tenant to move in there. There are however quite a few restaurants here inside this center.

Surprisingly, this shopping center has a website @
. I was actually surprised because many times shopping centers usually don’t have a website, usually it’s just big malls that have one.
Plenty of parking inside the shopping center, seeing as it isn’t traffic inside the center.
There are many of shopping centers in the area, such as the Fremont Times Square right behind this one, Little Taipei Plaza across the street and the shopping center with a Safeway and a Walgreens. Nothing really separates this one from the other ones.
Just an A-​OK center.
