If I could give no stars I would. Fuc*ing disgusting ! Ordered two burgers and they were so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. Ordered two fries and only got one. The fries tastes like they’ve been sitting there for hours. Cold and tasted like cardboard. I just threw it away and was embarrassed to even bring this shi* to my BF. Horrible place, I know Burger King isn’t good in the first place but this one really just topped it off for me. I don’t think I’ll be visiting any Burger King(for a very long time.)

I ordered a Whopper Jr. sandwich with no cheese, and when I received my order, I got a Whopper Jr. no meat with cheese instead. Not sure how they could have messed up this simple order. Disappointed I had to drive back. They didn’t even apologize for their mistake or offer anything for the inconvenience. Way to go Burger King, for your poor customer service!

Stars mainly for service. You can’t really review a place like this for their food can you? I mean it’s the same no matter which BK you go to. Ordered nuggets and a soft serve. They were having problems with the soft serve machine. So the cashier offered me anything else. The mango smoothie sounded good. I’ve never had one, and didn’t even know they offered one. I don’t know if there is real mango in this or not, as I didn’t watch him make it. But as far as smoothies go, this was pretty good. Not a good«fast food smoothie», but I’d say this would come close to rivaling dedicated smoothie shops. Props to the cashier who was able to step up and offer a replacement even if it costs more. Good customer service goes a long way.

This Burger King has the potential to be good, but sadly it is not. My boyfriend is not a fan of BK in general just because there are much better burger places to go now… Personally, I like to visit BK once in awhile just to switch things up, but this BK always reminds me why we don’t usually have Burger King. Their food is always below average in terms of quality — the burgers almost always come out flattened and overall very sad-looking and unappetizing, the nuggets come out so stale you can practically taste its age. Their fries are pretty good, but that also depends on how fresh they are. I’ve consistently received below average/less-than-fresh foods at this location and several other BK locations… So no more BK for me for a long time!): Manager was working the drive-thru when we went and was friendly in terms of customer service. She seems to have been working there for as long as I can remember. Too bad the food doesn’t match the service.

Very poor drive through customer service. Very rude and no smile on their face. I understand that may be they are having a bad day or something but I would appreciate at least be a little friendly. I will give this place no stars…

No good. Took 20 minutes for them to serve me my bacon cheeseburger deluxe and they made it wrong. And it was really slow when I came in, more workers than customers so they really don’t have an excuse.

There are one or two people working here who irritate me, but there are one or two people working everywhere who irritate me. Firstly, they gave me the wrong sauce the other day. i said I want«sweet and sour» with my 5 chicken strips and buffalo. I got BBQ and Buffalo. And then, when I ask for a receipt, they only give one receipt, not two, and THEREISNOTHINGWRONGWITHASKINGFORRECEIPTS. It’s good I am asking anyway, because I like to check what I am being charged exactly, and I don’t like the sometimes resistance I get, or only giving one receipt showing the total charge. They should print out the receipt showing the items and total charged to card both and give both without customers asking. It’s irritating asking, I already don’t like dealing with them. Other places have one receipt showing all the items and the grand total. I don’t need resistance when I am asking for my receipts. their computer showing total never works anyway ! Someone fix it.

I’ve been going to this burger king since I was a kid. There are a couple workers there who don’t seem to care and get my order wrong from time to time, but when the manager and some of the new staff on duty are there, the service is great. I would give it 3 stars, but I think it’s taking a turn for the better. The food is always good there but if the manager is not on duty, be sure to double check your order.

I never rated 1 star for any restaurant as I am a waiter. However Bk Fremont has challenged my bottom line today. Came in for lunch not as busy, ordered the very simple rodeo crispy chicken, regular crispy chicken plus one stir fries, as I got the receipt I saw it was the regular fries, ok fine, not a big deal. My order number was 64. When there is a lady standing in the front collect those burger orders, she first serviced #63, which followed by 65. Well, still Ok, but how comes so many burgers include mine put on the shelf but she served other orders behind me? It’s definitely simply packing! After She finish serving 2 drive thru and she served other customers order. It’s 12 minutes past! I cannot bear it anymore! I just ask her to give me the order. She seems mad, and as soon as I open the burger it was not the rodeo burger! It’s not Chicken, it’s Beef! Don’t she know first come first service? This Burger King needs to improve its service! NEVEREVER go to this Burger King again!

The most apathetic workers I’ve ever met. I ordered through the the drive-thru. When I pulled up to the window, I expected to hear my total and I would hand her my card. Nope. It was an older woman, she just glares at me and hands me my drink. Not one word. «Want ketchup?» She asks. «Yes please.» Hands me my bag. Silence. «Soooo…is this the end of the transaction?», I’m thinking to myself. Not a thank you, have a good day from this woman. Just sheer silence. So I said really loud, «Thank you!» and she just mumbles something that sounded like thank you. Blah.

I have been going to this Burger King for quite some time, however, the service during my second to last visit turned me off so bad, I wanted to never come to this particular location again. When trying to place an order through the drive-thru, the employee was extremely off putting in his tone. He asked if I’d like ketchup, I replied no thank you, could I get lots of ranch though. He gives me two, I asked if I could please get a couple more, and he replies with no, I already gave you some. Seriously, Burger King food is not that good to begin with, so having to deal with an employee that obviously hates his job is not the business. I’d rather go to the Jack-in-the-Box across the street. However, a few months after that experience, I caved and stopped in the drive-thru. When asked what I wanted, I replied with, «Could I have a moment please». All I could hear was this huge sigh on the other end. Wow… already regretting my decision. In less than 30 seconds time while I was discussing menu options with a friend, the guy blurts out«Are you ready yet!» Quite the shock that caused me to stammer in my response of «Not quite yet», but before I could even finish my sentence, he blurts out again, «Then let me know when you’re ready!» in the rudest tone imaginable. Let’s just say, I couldn’t drive out of that drive-thru fast enough after that.

This BK is awful. I ordered the whopper sandwich meal, paid, got my receipt and cup for the drink. There were two drink dispensers, one was out of ice. I selected the Coke, and looked for a seat while I waited for my order. About a third of the tables needed to be wiped down, and spilled food was on the floor. I found a clean table, and in about five minutes they called my number. The whopper was cold! But it had all the right ingredients and tasted OK. The fries were fresh, and were the highlight of the meal. The Coke was so watered down, it didn’t taste like Coke anymore. A lot of the traffic they lure in are unsuspecting out-of-towners transitioning between I-680 and I-880, so they don’t have to worry about building up a regular clientele. I saw one guy come in just for the 50 cent vanilla soft serve cone, and drove off with it.

I keep wondering how you can really rate a fast food place. I didn’t go inside, I just did the drive through. For what it was worth, I had to prompt the speaker box to get someone to say something to me. That has never really happened to me before. Other than that, standard Burger King food and quality and conveniently located on the 680⁄880 interchange route.

a lot of low ratings for this BK, but its BK. I’ve never had any problems with this BK location. the service has always been very good for me. never had a problem with my order, missing food, or the quality. I will continue to go to BK to get my Whooper fix.

I can’t believe I’m reviewing a Burger King haha. I can’t help it that this one is right on Mission in the middle of my morning commute. I often think that I will go to work and eat something, but then the allure of their hashbrown disks is too much for me to forgo, especially at $ 1.09 including tax for a small bag. Yum. My biggest gripe about this place is that the drive thru takes FOR. EVER. I always cross my fingers that I will be the only car in line because if there is anyone in front of me, it will be a guaranteed 5 minutes to get in and out. If I’m the only car, it STILL takes me at least 3 minutes to order, pay, wait for my food, and pull away. Oh well, at least I’ve only ever had one car in front of me. They don’t seem to be terribly busy. I’ll keep coming back as long as they have their hashbrown disks at breakfast. :)

First things first, it’s probably my own fault for craving fast food RIGHTAFTER A TWO-HOURWORKOUT… but to be fair, a veggie burger minus the mayo and other condiments is not that bad every once in a while, and those fill me up the way regular meat can’t. ANYWAY I guess this should be a testament to the fact that I do not go to Burger King on even a semi-regular basis; just whenever I do crave fast food because I know they’re the only drive-through with a veggie burger. The guy asks me, do I want a «vegan» pattie or a «Whopper veggie burger?» And me being me… I automatically think the difference between the two is that one is vegan(i.e. no animal products) and the other is vegetarian(no meat but may have been cooked on the same grill as a meat patty, etc), so I went for the whopper. And to my horror, when I got home, I unwrapped my burger only to discover what a motherfuckin’ «Whopper Veggie Burger» was… it was simply a motherfuckin’ bun with a bunch of motherfuckin’ lettuce. If I hadn’t been so hungry at the time, I might have actually found this funny. I’m going to give up BK for now and give Boca Burgers a try.
