Jack In The Box

Best experience! I had to call back because I forgot his name but it was Donte. This was the first time in a long time that I really had a impressive experience at Jack-​in-​the-​Box during a busy late night. There was a lot of cars in line but the voice on the speaker was really generous and helpful and fast and once I got to the window I asked his name and it was Donte. My order is usually complicated but he actually got it right the first time. So thank you and I wish you the best of luck.

Feeling hungry (are we really hungry?) and cold, I stopped here rather than wait another 30 miles to arrive at home.
Service wasn’t prompt, but this is Jack in the Box. At least, they didn’t wait to finish their conversation before taking my order.
I ordered one of the Buttery Jacks in a combo meal.
It didn’t take forever but it always seems to take too long to get a lukewarm sandwich. The bottom half of the bun was discolored. Is this the buttery part of these Buttery Jack sandwiches? Are they supposed to be dark?
The taste was okay, but I couldn’t find any reason to rave about it.
The store was reasonably neat and clean, and the service was friendly.

What can i say for a late night snacky…
This was not my first choice, i was looking forward to some double double protein style and animal style, licking my lips as I’m typing lol… This was closed at the moment when we were looking forward to this.
Taco bell sounded cheesy good too! but that was closed too. So here we go is Jack in the box!
Pretty much everything is closed after 1 am so this is your best bet kind of place for 24 hrs.
I wanted something cheap and filling. I did not want greasy tacos so here i got the chicken sandwich with a value size coke. Man was this a life saver but i can still remember that card board rubber texture chicken patty. lol… I could taste the ice berg lettuce but not enough mayo where it keeps it saucy. It was more on the dry side but the buns were steaming hot. Didn’t really like it but it helped with keeping me sober. Next thing i know was i fell asleep in the car after i ate the chicken sandwich with eyes closed. Then i would wake up in the middle of the drive soooo like dry mouth freaking thirsty! then sip on the ice cold coke which felt sooo good with the fizz! but yes i was dehydrated!!! have you ever woke up and dying with thirst and a dry throat and mouth, like what happened to all my saliva!!! Anyways slept all the way without a snore, so yea i slept with cautious… lol
Made it home safe after arriving 3am in the morning, then once i got in the house crashed in bed! before bed i had to thank the chauffeur and gave the driver a big tip. So yea jack in the box is like an emergency to go to kind of food place for me or after concerts and bars, this makes a great snacky. Thanks for reading! Lets jack in the box!

I went through the drive-​thru and the person taking the orders had me repeat my basic orders twice. I’m not sure if it’s the system or what. When I finally drive-​up to the window, the lady there was nice and apologized for the wait. She had me waiting there for about two minutes before she took my card. I’m guessing they were short staffed. I was there after 930 pm. The plus is they’re open 24 hours a day!

Ordered curly fries at the drive thru and they were rock hard — will not go back again.

Traveling along. Stopped for the restrooms… they were out of service. Told not going to open. We skipped food for another option with restrooms. So we can make it to Carmel. Staff not friendly. Also, an employee still wearing his headphones came out to his car. Parked immediately in front of the door. Bad form. That is for customers.

Every jack in the box in California has flies in it, the last thing you want in your face an landing on you when your considering order food from the establishment… it’s 2015 I would think we have the technology by now to handle this problem…

I went through the drive through and ordered my dinner, a bacon and Swiss buttery jack. I got to work and opened it up and I had a chicken Sandwhich with jalapeños. I also did not get a receipt. This is a big deal because I can’t eat jalapeños or sesame seeds due to a medical condition. I ended up removing the chicken patty and eating it by itself. The drive through cashier was polite and smiled, but apparently does not pay attention to details.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I want to thank their manager, Raj (Rajesh) for lending a very kind, helping hand. My car had a flat tire and my cell phone had died so I went in to ask if they had a pay phone. Raj offered me his cell phone to use and to come in while I waited for someone to pick me up. Oh, and the chicken strips and curly fries were good too! ;)

Cold, unseasoned fries. Bad start to a mediocre drive-​thru meal

This place sucks! Messed up my whole order! I asked for the ultimate cheeseburger what did they give me… a regular burger. Asked for curly fries they gave me regular fries asked for sweet tea they gave me unsweetened tea!!! This was the worst service ever! On top of that the wrong order is around 5 $ what you guys charged me was 9 $! You guys are so freakin shitty!!! That lady that works for the drive thru Sucks!!! You suck!!!

«Fast» food? I think not. Seated along a major road, you would think they want to cater to people in a hurry. Not so much. Fast food quality at sit down pace.

Not so much a review on JitB, but rather their newish doughnut croissants.
Not the best ones ever, but pretty good, and for what you pay, they are craze-​amaze.
Go for the three pack over the single!

I’m here often enough to know that the service is good, orders are correct and the employees work hard. Very busy location between 680 & 880.
The blazen hot chicken sandwich is good, but not blazen hot! Of course, not blazen hot to me. Tasty tho!

This is a great Jack in the Box. The food is always good and the new manager doesn’t give you a hard time about extra sauces. I’ve had to check my order here a couple times hence the 1 star deduction, but overall you will be very happy to visit.

Best oreo icecream shake ever. Jack in the box got my taste for this. Keep getting #10 and chili cheese fries. Lunch time is way too crowded here.

VERY convenient to home that it’s dangerous AND it’s open 24 hours.

I had to try this place twice before I could feel comfortable reviewing it, as I found the food downright distasteful. I am fond of burgers, but there is something Jack In The Box adds that makes them uneatable to me.
I ordered the same items on both occasions, a sirloin cheeseburger without cheese, regular fries and a Coke. The burger looked pleasing, but I couldn’t eat more than a few bites. I looked over the ingredients, and I believe the peppercorn mayo sauce is the culprit. I suppose I could go back a third time and order it without the sauce to be sure. Blah would be the word to describe the fries.
The bright spot is their staff. The guy who took my order was businesslike and polite, and the tables were all clean. That’s why they get three stars. There were copies of Metro and Tri City Voice to read.
They had quite a few customers coming and going, so there must be a following for this type of fare.

I am so impressed by this place. Their breakfast staff is great! I have ordered two breakfast meals from them and asked for things without cheese, without sauce, etc. and they ALWAYS get my order right!
