I didn’t order Fox News with my McMuffin. Put on something that doesn’t cause stomach aches!

I always have a bad experience coming here. one time I ate a salad and my stomach wasn’t the same for weeks! I got a sausage mcmuffin and the egg had green in it like mold! the orange tasted like cleaning supply like windex. DISGUSTING.

This McDonald’s sucks. They take for freaking ever to even take your order when no one is even there. And they take forever to give you your food.

.25 for Additional ‘Leaf’ Lettuce. Yes, they gave me 1 leaf lettuce. Suggestion: please add more than 1 leaf if customer had to pay for them. Lettuce shouldn’t be NO charge if you want people to be healthy

I landed pretty late at San Jose airport and I just wanted something to grab real quick — probably not the healthiest option but at this hour the only thing I could think of was McDonald’s fries! I am sucker for those — they used to be my go to food in college!
I searched about this location and how late was it open till on the Unilocal.It is pretty easy to locate, google map took me right to the place. I went straight for the drive thru option, however it is does have a private lot so there is ample amount of parking space available. I was surprised to see 3 cars in front of me at that hour, but the space for drive thru is pretty small in comparison to other drive thru places. The server was courteous, she was smiling probably just happy to be done with her shift. I ordered medium fries only, I was all paid up and got my food in less than 10 minutes despite the cars ahead of me.
One thing I don’t understand which applies to all McDonald’s locations — you know if one ordered fries than it is just understood to give ketchup along with it but one ALWAYS need to ask for it. I just don’t get it.

Last time I came, I posted the picture of the burned egg mcmuffin on this page. I was hoping it was an anomaly, so I came back to give them another try today. Again, burned black. I checked before leaving and asked if I could have one that wasn’t burned. The lady agreed and asked me to wait a couple minutes while they made it. When she brought the new mcmuffin over, it was also burned, worse than the first one. I asked for a refund and left. What a waste of my lunch break.

the people here are so friendly and nice. don’t know how good their food is as i just get coffee, but bathrooms are clean and always have soap.

Always come to this McDonald the service is great and the managers are always friendly. the staff is nice and they never rush me even if i take for ever. on the drive thru. love the mango-​pineapple drink.

I’ve been coming here for years.
The service itself is reasonably good. I haven’t had my order wrong yet; it’s also fast.
The tables are usually clean– though not always. I usually come here with friends, and I sometimes use the drive-​thru.
The iced coffee is bomb.

Since 2009, Ernesto has had the capability to mess up my simple order: 2 cheeseburgers and a small fry, to go. Now, I would not be writing about my experiences about this McDonald’s had it not been for the horrible service that Ernesto demonstrates when helping out in the drive thru as well as at the front counter. Customers be careful when Ernesto is putting your order together: watch to make sure that he does not erase your order from the computer screen. If not you will do what I do: ask for my $$$ back and keep the receipt.

This place is good and its a bit crowded during afternoons.
They serve fast and its fresh. The drive thru is a bit slow but they give the ranch and some ketchups for free when compared to other locations

I had a Big Mac meal for lunch. The server never asked me what kind of drink I wanted, he just keyed in a Coke. I thought that was rather presumptuous.
The Big Mac didn’t taste as good as I remember it did. But the highlight of the meal was the fries. I could see that they made up a new batch of fries for my order. The fries arrived hot and crispy, just the way I like them.
Bathroom was clean, so a decent visit overall.

Not bad by McDonald’s standards. This place used to be worse and people who worked there used to yell at each other.
Lately the crew, especially in the drive through, has been very attentive and courteous. This place does not fit into the diet I am trying to stick to if I am ever going to run a half marathon but it is convenient to my office and there really isn’t much else in the immediate area.
The food here is consistent and they typically get my order correct which is about all I expect from a McDonald’s. The McDonald’s app is great because you do scores some decent deals.
Parking here is a pain. This is a poorly designed parking lot and moving around is tough. The drive through lane is is almost adequate for a smart car so leave your diesel rig at home.

McDonald’s is always reliable for a coffee. this place is no exception.

This McDonald is close to my work and I go in just about everyday for their sweet tea.
The sweet tea is inconsistent, it tastes sweeter on some days than others, but who can really complain about 1 $ sweet tea though. I just make sure I grab three milk creamers to make McDonald Milk Tea (3 creamers + sweet tea) and everything is okay again.
The one time I purchased 20 piece McNuggets and fries, it was easy to tell that the nuggets and fries have been sitting there for quite a while. The texture didn’t feel right and it didn’t have that hot fresh taste. Compared to other McDonalds, this one has poor food quality.
However the service here is really quick. I’m in and out and everyone seems to be doing their job. It’s fast food and it can be expected of most fast food places. You get the experience you pay for.

Super slow service. The old bag/​bitch handing out the bags of food skipped my order.
She handed out an order to a person who was 3 orders after me. Then she handed out an order right before my number. Then she skipped my number again. I only ordered a hamburger and shake.
Never will come here again.

This is the noisiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to– it might be due to the fact that the time I went (around 4 something in the afternoon) is around the time the local middle schoolers or high schoolers get off because the place was filled with them. Service was the usual you get at a McDonald’s but it seriously was so noisy in here with the students playing around and some even on their skateboards. There were some flies that kept flying around us near the area we sat at so we had to move to another table. All in all I don’t suggest going around that time on a weekday because it gets really crowded and noisy.

This is a spacious McDonald’s. Plenty of elbow room between the tables, plus a separate Wi-​Fi alcove with leather chairs. One guy was in there kickin’ back with his laptop.
There is a large screen TV on the wall to the right of the order counter. It happened to be on CNN, with the sound cranked up loud so it could be heard throughout the place.
I ordered a quarter pounder without cheese meal. It was ready in five minutes. A little below my expectations for McDonald’s. Not quite the right taste for the quarter pounder, and a meager amount of fries.
The guy at the counter was friendly and polite, so this place gets a passing grade.

I have written many review for McDonalds and I guess I have to write another one, they are all about the same. The employees here at this McDonalds were friendly, fast and accurate. I am guessing that is about all you can ask for when you want fast food. This location was clean and the restroom which I have already mention were also clean, so over all a good experience.
