My usual smoothie seemed to have more ice than anything in it this time. I always get the kids awesome orange with splenda. I literally had to microwave the smoothie when i got home to melt the ice some to be able to drink it. I’m not sure what went wrong, I’ll still go back, I’m sure it was just an off day

Horrible customer service, one person making smoothies and ignored us for five minutes. There were two other customers, really. Lady in the back on phone glaring, and pouting. Haven’t had the food yet, but will not return. Management needs to be fired, again HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Much better café than the other tropical smoothies I’ve visited! The associates here are always on top of things and extremely quick with making my smoothies. Sometimes I think the associates at the other tropical smoothie forgot about me. This one, I’m just sitting down and my smoothie is handed to me! Love it! The associates are also very kind and peppy whenever I visit. Definitely my favorite tropical smoothie in the Fredericksburg area.

Absolutely love the smoothies. They use fresh fruits and can be customized with sugar or sweeteners. My favorite is the Island Green .mmmm

I love this place but at $ 5 a smoothie, it’s hard to not think they’re a bit overpriced!
The food is pretty good as well, much better than other smoothie places who try and do food.
Love the free WiFi, and although it can get a bit loud when they’re making multiple smoothies at once, I’d take this place over Starbucks any day!

I love tropical smoothie but it says it on here and on the website that they do deliver. THEY DO NOT DELIVER. Disappointed that I had to take my business elsewhere but I did like that the person who picked up the phone said they would fix it… just kind of wish they did before I got excited for tropical smoothie.

Went here for lunch today, but only had a sandwich wrap and didn’t get a smoothie. The Thai chicken wrap was tasty, with lots of fresh veggies, but wasn’t something that jumped out at me as something that would call me back. I wish I would have had a smoothie as Unilocalers and other people from work down here in Fredericksburg said they are great.
Unfortunately I won’t get back here again before I leave, but if I was here a bit longer I’d come back to give them a try.

Love Tropical Smoothie also bummed that they got rid of their Mediterranean Veggie! Smoothies are tasty & they frequently has specials. My favorite smoothie was the Acai berry green tea which is no longer on the menu (it’s a retired flavor now) but they will still make it if you ask. Sometimes they are slow, but great little café for healthy sandwiches and smoothies! Would love it if they offered more veggie options though. I also wish they stayed open a little later like the one off of 17 near Target that doesn’t close till 10pm.

I love Tropical Smoothie. I go mainly for the Mocha Madness smoothie but every once in a while I will get a mediterranean or hummus wrap. They also offer breakfast but I have not tried anything from that menu yet. The food is always fresh, the staff friendly and the restaurant is kept clean. I have been here many times and cannot think of a reason to dislike this place.
