I usually never, ever complain. I’m a college student on a strict budget, and I visited this subway on a business trip in which I had no choice but to buy my food for each meal. I received some kick ass coupons FROM subway in my mailbox a few days prior, and thought they would be perfect for my trip to be as inexpensive as possible, and I planned to eat subway for every meal(Not too healthy, but better than McDonald’s and cheap). Mind you, I’m a frequent flyer with subway, as they are my go to for a good Italian on a budget. Of course I checked to see if the coupon would be accepted before proceeding, and was told it would. My coworker and I went all the way through the sub process(which was slow compared to the typical experience), got to the end and the cashier tried saying the coupon was 1) from a retailer not the company, and 2) did not apply to ANY sub, just the cheapest subs. The coupon stated«buy any footlong and a 30oz drink and get a second footlong of equal or lesser value for free». They honored the coupon, and I am thankful for that. However, making a customer feel guilty for trying to use a coupon is NOT good. We had both eaten here on our first trip here the weekend prior and were dissatisfied, but figured we would give them a second chance due to the great deal. Clearly that was a bad mistake.

Pretty easy to get to and even easier to get out of the parking lot. Nice, quick service. I was surprised that double bacon cost more than double sandwich meat…
