I used to frequent this Panera when I lived here, but this time I am only back for a visit. Had quick service with friendly staff. I enjoy that their is food natural and not full of hormones/pesticides. I love the acai and hibiscus tea. I sometimes stop in just to get that. I’m happy this location started to place calories beside food selections. I think it helps to make responsible decisions. Although the flip flop cookies for summertime are pretty cute!

Fucking Horrible. I just paid 50 something dollars for bullshit… we ordered to go… I paid full price for a full salad… and when I opened my container there was barely any salad or salad dressing. My husband had to re-cook his panini… I am so angry. I was looking forward to my salad. Smh.

I absolutely love the Rapid Pick Up service. It helps me avoid the long lines at Panera. I am able to run in get my sandwich and walk out the greatest of ease. My only complaint is that sometimes they don’t pay attention to the customized order. You don’t find out until you are already home and about to go in on your sandwich. By that time you don’t feel like going back in to have it changed.

Been here many times and it’s always nice. We love Panera. Healthy fast food, yes please! Service has been great at this location. Can definitely recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend using the Rapid-Pickup option at this location. And honestly not sure that I recommend this location at all. This is not the first time that I’ve had an order incorrectly served. Ordered(and paid the price) for the turkey/avocado BLT and did request light mayo(because it gives you the option to do so on the online order for every topping and meat.) Sandwich was DRENCHED in mayo and had no tomato or avocado. So I paid almost 9 bucks for a Turkey BL sandwich in a pool of mayo. Really frustrating to only find this once I got home from running errands. Of course, I should check the order before leaving the restaurant and this has served as a great reminder for that. Again, I wouldn’t recommend the service or the rapid pickup at this location unless you enjoy surprises.

Do not order their Italian sandwich. It is tasteless and poorly put together. I am not that fond of Subway, but there is one nearby that has a much better Italian sandwich. My sandwich was really funky. I had a few bites and then tossed it in the trash. If it was not takeout, I would have complained to the management. I did leave a nasty review on the Panera web site as well.

This location is significantly less busy than the one in Stafford, probably because there are so many other restaurants nearby to choose from. Food comes out very quickly, and delicious and this location even has a drive thru! The drive thru is pretty speedy as well, not much longer than doing through a Wendy’s!

So I usually love Panera, but this location is terrible. Nice that they have a drive through so you can get a quick coffee, but when the girl at the window squeezes your cup as she’s handing it over, and scolding hot coffee runs down your hand and arm. not so fun. On another occasion I got the tomato mozzarella panini, and it tasted really funky. I’ve had this dish several times, as its my go-to, so I know how it should taste. There was some kind of spread on the inside that was really pungent and off. I’ll drive to the next one up the road instead of going here in the future. Thanks for the burn.

The manager was incredibly nice! I don’t usually go to panera, but after this visit I will more often! I love this place!!! Can’t get enough of the mac and cheese :)

Third visit in a row now I have gotten an egg white, avocado and spinach with items missing off of the sandwich. I don’t know what has changed but I may start saving myself time and money by making my own breakfast in the mornings. It’s a shame because panera still is my favorite place to do breakfast, just not this one.

Average Panera. The most annoying thing is that the Wifi drops you every few minutes.

I heart their broccoli cheese soup. It is super yummy! For the customer service I have had better experiences on the inside than in the drive thru. When I do go through the drive thru the person taking my order is often impatient which is annoying. The food temperature has been just right and I also love their chipotle chicken panini. The baguette is the perfect partner for the broccoli cheese soup. Crowded at times but this has never interfered with my food being served in an acceptable length of time.

This is average for a Panera. Nothing spectacular jumps out at me. My spoon had hard water or detergent stains… Clean but kind of gross.

Although very crowded because it’s 12:15 we found a seat and food was out fast! Enjoying kale, bean and turkey sausage soup in a bread bowl and a turkey avocado sandwich! Food is outstanding and hot! Love it here!

If I’m going through the drive thru and spending $ 45 on two salads, a quart of soup, and two kids meals, maybe don’t forget my bread? «Just drive around and we’ll give you some bread.» Yeah, I’ve driven to Spotsylvania, so I’m not coming back to Central Park.

Are you serious!!! You run out of all sizes of sourdough bread at 1 pm on a Saturday… And then the drive thru person(Michelle) sounded impatient and incredulous that you were out of bread. I can understand not having bread when I stop by at 9 at night, but 1 in the afternoon??? Then we asked her if you only bake 5 loaves of bread a day and she said«Yeah, something like that.»

Always had a good experience at this location until tonight. I could smell something burning in the kitchen. Our food sat on the shelf for 10 minutes and our buzzer didn’t go off. Finally I got up and got what i thought was our food and told the worker that the buzzer didnt go off, he said sometimes that happens but why didnt he call out the order and let people know their order was ready? My sandwich was also burned. The staff needs to be better trained and be more tentative to customers. i still hate giving them one star because the service is always so good.

Great sandwiches if you love freezing cold meat and soft bacon. The young kids seem to all love Panera Bread, but I’m not seeing the appeal — apart from that when traveling it’s a slightly better option than traditional fast food. The last straw for me was a visit to this location where I ordered some sort of California Turkey sandwich. The bread was refrigerator cold. The turkey was ever colder. The bacon was cold and limp. For real? My fault for not saying anything.

I Love Panera and this one in Fredericksburg is my favorite. Almost always have a great experience. The staff here is usually GREAT! They have messed up my order on more than one occasion, but that can happen anywhere… at this Panera they always make it right and then throw in extra’s to make up for their mistake and my extra time. Nine times out of ten my order is correct, but anytime it hasn’t been they have been wonderful about making it right. I love the food. A few great selections for vegetarians, but I really wish they had some more vegan options. I know some people don’t, but I love the drive through here… it has really helped me when I have been in a rush! I wish they stayed open later at night!

I usually come here to order bread loaves for Sunday breakfasts at the house. The bread is great. I always ask for thin-sliced sesame semolina or whole grain, and about 60% of the time they get the order right. Usually their biggest mistake is slicing it thick instead of thin, which oh by the way, has two different keys on the register to avoid this mistake(in theory of course!). Sometimes I do eat here. It’s great for studying or eating or people watching, or studying how to eat people. Just kidding. But the bread bowl is great. I usually get the black bean one because it’s the only interesting flavor they have all the time. Occasionally they have cream corn or whatever it is(see? they have it so rarely I can’t remember the name!). Cream corn is the freakin best soup. They have free wi-fi and a bunch of different seating arrangements, so you can pretty much seclude yourself if you need to, or you can sit right up next to the girl’s soccer team that comes in every Sunday. Up to you. Shout out to Halima — You’re an awesome cashier! You always get my order right, and you are always smiling! Keep up the good work!
