I really love loft clothes! I just hate the fact that they don’t carry any sizes over 14. If they can carry them online why can’t they carry them in the store?

This issue is more about the company in general than about the FXBG location. But I really don’t understand why Ann Taylor Loft always runs competing deals! Last night I went to use a $ 25-​off-​$ 75 mailer loyalty coupon, but couldn’t use it because of another sale going on. The dates on the coupon are very clear — why run another sale during the same dates that cancels the coupon out?!
Additionally, the young woman that rang us up was not helpful in addressing that concern. Maybe she didn’t understand it herself. Maybe she was tired. I don’t know. But she wasn’t very nice. I wasn’t expecting her, just a cashier, to be able to actually do anything about the coupon/​sale issue, but she could have apologized, or at the very least acknowledged it as a misunderstanding.

I am SO tired of going into the Loft and being COMPLETELY ignored. I went in the other day because their great shorts were on sale. I was DRESSED in other Loft clothing, but I might as well have been wearing something out of Walmart because the women could’ve cared less. I had to literally step in front of one of the employees to ask if there was a changing room.
I would like to say this was my 1st time that I’ve had this happen… that they were having an «off» day, but this was NOT the first time I’ve had the happen. Sadly, I have heard many of my colleagues complain of the same thing. There is no reason the employees should be too busy chatting and moving clothes around to ask a customer if they need help, etc.
