I never have a bad experience here. We came with some friends(their first time and they loved it) for dinner. We always get the pub pretzels which come with amazing beer cheese(my wife doesn’t usually eat beer cheese but loves this) and bacon honey mustard. Yes I said bacon honey mustard. Whoever came up with this is genius. We also ordered the oysters which were seasonal. They came in a sam adams broth and some garlic bread. The bowl of oysters were gone within 5 mins they were that good. For my main course most of the time I go with the Prime Rib a side salad and the mac and cheese. The prime rib is always juicy and cooked perfectly. Recently though I have going with the Ribeye. They had recently a garlic tomato ribeye which I refused to talk with my wife while eating it as I was just enjoying it too much. This time did not have this ribeye so I just went for the 11 ounce. These steaks do not need A1 they are that good. Needless to say the steak was gone as quick as it was put in front of me. The mac and cheese is always creamy and delicious and I never finish it. The salads are like all other salads. Normally go with the balsamic vinaigrette. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is always friendly. I will continue to come here with my family and friends.

Whelp the food was alright but let me tell you about the staff. We had a waiter that would have rather watch the UFC fight than serve our table… go home and watch it. They switched us waiters and the next one looked high, so did the manager and 3 or 4 of the other waiters and waitresses that stopped by to remove things from our table. I will NOT be returning to this establishment! Ps… There’s not a working pen in the restaurant

Just visited tonight, and I absolutely loved everything that was served to me! I was hesitant about going to a steakhouse because usually the food is under-par, but this food was amazing. The service was just as good as well. However, back to the food, I ordered salmon with broccoli and caesar salad as a side. All were very fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a chain family steakhouse. I will return again soon.

We ate here on a Saturday night. We did call ahead seating which worked to our benefit we didn’t have to wait as long as others. The food was okay nothing bad but nothing great. The service on the other hand was atrocious. Never got refills on our drink despite them being empty no ketchup with our fries, the waitress did not clear our plates in time for the main course, she never checked on us once we received our food, our order was incorrect there for our meals came out incorrect not the kitchen’s fault, by the time our food came we were out of bread and was never offered anymore. We are actually pretty easy-going people and what if you gave a lot but the waitress had an attitude and just never seemed interested. Honestly for the price there are a lot of other options!

The wait is long. But the food is what you expect for a national chain steakhouse. No surprises.

Great place to get food poisoning! We stopped in today for a late lunch, our first visit here. Our waitress was pleasant and apps and salads arrived in good time. My husband ordered a steak, medium rare, I had a chicken sandwich. The entrees took a little longer to arrive than we expected and when my husband cut into his steak it was very rare. The waitress apologized and took it back. I was almost finished with my whole meal before his came back — they hadn’t even done a new steak, but just re-heated his original. He cut in again and it was still undercooked. So why did it take so long? He didn’t want to send it back again so ate what he could. Within minutes of leaving the restaurant he began to feel ill, and within a short time was vomiting. Needless to say we won’t be back!

My daughter and I stopped here on our way to Baltimore. The young man that served us was personable and efficient. He took our orders promptly, had our appetizer out quickly, and the food served piping hot. We were impressed since we were craving a steak and the Longhorn location in Virginia Beach(which we used to frequent) has declined in service and food. The server’s name was Dwayne. On the return trip home, we stopped again… I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the server. With the horrendous service we received you would think that I wouldn’t forget. She didn’t arrive at our table to take our drink order for quite some time. She seemed very disinterested and was not just unfriendly, she was rude. Throughout most of our visit, I thought that she must have forgotten us since other servers were checking on us. After waiting a substantial length of time, she arrived with our food… mind you, she had not brought out our salads. Toward the end of the meal, I inquired about the salad, and«OH!» she overlooked it. Imagine that? I gave this location 4 stars because the food was pretty good. When or if I ever return to this restaurant, I will be sure not to be served by that young lady. The name slips my mind, but not the face. Likely she won’t be working there anyway. :/

To sum up — you’re paying Outback prices for Applebee’s food. I have been there several times, mainly because my hubby wanted their steak, but the last 2 times we’ve gone, he said the steak was overcooked and dry. Everything I’ve ordered(Chicken Fresco, grilled salmon, corkscrew pasta) has been just good, not great, but not bad either. They just lost a star though because I found many shells in my lobster & shrimp pasta. For the prices charged for their food, I’m thinking the steaks should be cooked properly and the seafood should be shelled before it’s served. A couple redeeming features: the Blackberry Firefly cocktail — holy crap, this was good! It’s the type of drink that’s so delicious, you forget there’s alcohol(allot of it!) in it, and end up dying from alcohol poisoning… that is, if you could afford it. At $ 8.25 per drink, I was able to keep it under wraps! Also, if you’re a fan of giant, chocolatey, heavenly desserts — try the Chocolate Stampede!

This is our second time here in just over two weeks. The last time here my Longhorn porterhouse over cooked and actually burned on the bottom to blackness. This time my $ 23.00 T-bone was over cooked to «hockey puck-ness». It was supposed to be medium-well. This is my second time here in about 2 weeks. And probably the last. service was polite but very very slow; plus I had to. mix my own flavored lemonade. kudos to the management however, they fixed it right away.

My mom and I came here twice in two days; on our way both to and from Baltimore. The first time, we had a server named Dwayne. The food was all properly prepared, served in a timely fashion in the appropriate order. He was very friendly and the service was great. The next evening, we had a female server. I do not remember her name, just that she was very curt and unfriendly with us. Our food took a long time despite the restaurant having less patrons than the night before, and we didn’t get our salads until after our meals were mostly eaten. She didn’t check back to see if we needed anything, and several times we got help from other servers nearby(without our even soliciting their help! They saw dishes stacking up on the end of our table or saw empty drinks and came to assist us.) We saw our server the absolutely minimum that she could come to our table. If I remember her name, I will update my review to include it. Overall, I’d come back. But if I got our second server again, I’d ask for someone else.

Had dinner here last night. Ordered a beer which took 25 minutes to arrive. It came after the appetizer and salad were finished. I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye med-rare with mushrooms and onions. The food came out in decent time but the steak was obviously overcooked and the mushrooms and onions took an additional 15 minutes to come out of the kitchen. I had the macaroni and cheese with the steak and it was not much better than the stuff out of the box. Dissapointing to say the least. The manager did come out and comp the meal and when they brought the steak out the second time, it was cooked properly and it was delicious. They made it right but it was not a pleasant dining experience and there are many other places to eat in the area. Maybe it was just a bad night but they were not crowded. Hard to get water refilled, never asked if we wanted more bread. I’ll choose a different steak house next time.

I have been here a few times now and the experience is always consistent. I always get the Outlaw Ribeye which is amazing and one of the best steaks I have ever had. Honestly, I put A1 sauce on all steaks, but not on this one. It’s just that good. I normally sit at the bar as the service is always quick and responsive and generally consists of good conversations. I have absolutely no complaints about this place and it’s a safe bet for sure.

Love steaks come here but plan to come early or late because they get busy quick. Always look you can pick you steak before you are seated. Be careful and ask how much first i almost got a $ 39 steak good thing i changed my order. The wait staff will occasionally stop and line dance. This is a good place if you like country music and good steaks. Be ready to leave stuffed.

First time back after a dog’s age. Good food and service for a party of eight. Dinner specials were reasonable like a $ 12 filet with a side and salad. Good ny strip and reasonable lamb chops. Seriously overcooked baked potato was a detractor.

Wow, first not — great experience at a Longhorn ever, and it was actually pretty bad. Men’s room worse than the one at the truck stop earlier today, half — dressed Caesar salad, and undercooked steak. Just an ordinary Thursday, afaik – no obvious reason for the disarray. Seasoning of the steak seemed off too – would have sworn every store used the same mix, but apparently not this one. On the bright side, service was quick and professional, to me and the tables around me, but you’ve got to wonder about the management. … I like the chain and have probably eaten in 15 stores or so over the past few years. Don’t let this one turn you off to the brand.

My husband and I go here regularly and love the service and food. I am steak fan and usually get the outlaw ribeye. I have never been disappointed! After recently visiting Logans Steakhouse it just reassured me that my love for Longhorns is legit.

Our 1st trip to a Longhorn Steakhouse will likely be our last trip as well. We were seated quickly, and drink orders were taken and arrived quickly. The food and the price you pay for that food is where things broke down. «Texas Tonion» — sounds big, right, as everything in Texas is bigger?! Not so much. Yes, this was cleaner to eat than a Bloomin’ Onion, but getting less food for more money isn’t exactly a good deal. Now, onto my dinner. Parmesan Crusted Chicken — ok, the food was decent, but maybe $ 9-$ 10 decent, not $ 16 decent — definitely not worth that! I had my side of Seasoned Fries spiced up with the Garlic/Parmesan(for $ 1.59 more) — these were disappointing enough that I left most of them there. $ 68 for 3 of us to eat some half-decent overpriced food was a mistake that I’ll make once with Longhorn, but not twice.
