Came here on a Monday morning and there wasn’t many people in for breakfast. I cant remember the name of the meal I ordered but it came with 2 eggs(mine were over easy) bacon hash browns(with onions and cheese) and 3 pancakes. Now its pretty hard to mess up a breakfast and Bob Evans never disappoints. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The bacon also cooked perfectly. I love when the bacon is not overcooked and so crispy that one bite causes the entire strip to crumble. The hash browns were good but I was hoping for more crispy. The onions and cheese were a nice touch. Salt and pepper was needed but I use that on almost everything. Now the pancakes… heres where I deduct the star… they were not that fluffy. The edges almost had a crisp to them. Now don’t get me wrong with butter and syrup I ate the entire plate but that’s not the point. I enjoy fluff all the way around the flapjack. The other thing that bothered me just a little was when I tried to pour the syrup out there was a film that would not allow the syrup to flow out of the ramekin. I had to break the film to get to the syrup. Kinda grossed me out a little. Overall I enjoyed the breakfast and have come here multiple times. Its hard to make it for breakfast since I work mornings. The service was great and always is. They are very friendly there and keep your drinks filled. Will I come back? Absolutely. Is it worth the price? You bet.

This is my favorite breakfast stop! My husband gets the«Rise and Shine» breakfast with home fries and wheat toast; I get the«Farmers Choice» with grits and blueberry pancakes — and then we share the bounty! The staff has been pretty regular for years. They are always friendly and accommodating. They sport their favorite football team’s shirts on Sunday — it just seems to be a great atmosphere to work in. We are heading there now and I can’t wait to hear JoAnne’s cackle as she serves up her customer’s some laughs with the coffee!

Stopped in and the service was quick. So quick that its almost impossible to believe they had time to serve me burnt toast and burnt hashbrowns. Only one creamer for 2 coffees. Wont be back for a while. I’ll post a picture of my burnt offerings on another review site.

Food was excellent and service was great. Food was hot and exactly what we wanted. I got the turkey cheese bacon melt and my husband got a breakfast platter. Good food and good prices! Will definitely be going back again.

KC is the best server in the world ! She is so hospitable and kind. We had a great experience with her service. We ordered kids ice-cream and some soup for us. The ice cream looked amazing and the kids loved it. We enjoyed our soup although it was not hot, just warm.

If you like a place where the general manager stalks, sexually harasses the female waitresses and instead of doing his job. Uses this place as his stalking play ground to pray on the female employees. Than this is the place for you. It’s impossible to think its a friendly environment when you see this going on while your trying to have a meal. I will never step foot in another one of these restaurants knowing they let this go on. It’s sad and I feel sorry for the women that try to make a living while having to put up with that creep. I won’t go back on principle.

Bob Evans is soooooo good! Because of them, I’m going to be morbidly obese! I went there and got the Farmer’s Choice Breakfast with UNLIMITED chocolate chip pancakes! In addition to the unbelievably good pancakes, the the meal came with a few side items. I chose scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage patties, and«home fries». Home fries are diced potato pieces that have been cooked to perfection: they are fluffy on the inside with just the right amount of toughness on the outside, and they’re bursting with delicious potato flavor! The food is fantastic and was worth every penny! I can’t say enough good about our waitress, Georgean(she goes by «GiGi»). She was tons of fun and was EXTREMELY attentive! Thanks to her, I wanted for nothing during my meal! Definitely ask for her, she is fantastic! Go to Bob Evans, ask for GiGi, order what I ate, and you’ll be glad you did!

Walked out. 45 minutes of waiting for scrambled eggs. No refills on drinks or communication from waitress. The place was not busy.

Good for greasy fatty food. Don’t come here if you’re on a diet. Most dinner entrees come with bread(rolls, biscuits, or some sort of sweet muffin bread). Sometimes it’s five stars depending on the waitress. Some will bring all the sauces for their grilled chicken sandwiches for you! Good choices: the potato crusted fish and fried shrimp, biscuit bowls, crispy chicken sandwiches, the(seasonal?) grilled chicken sandwiches. I tried the chicken sandwich with bacon, chipotle sauce and fried onions. So good! If you order mac & cheese as a side with your entrée and it tastes like it came out of a box, ask for the«adult» mac & cheese. I think we had a new waitress and she accidentally gave us really bland mac&cheese. The normal mac&cheese probably has some sour cream in it. We’ve usually had good waitresses here but beware of the younger waitresses. One waited on us and asked us if we wanted dessert after we took three bites out of our food and then she left us the check. UHHHHHH — is our waitress leaving us for the rest of our meal? We hoped not but she did neglect us for the rest of our meal. No refills, no doggy bags. Hubby finally went up to the wait staff and asked for a refill. Our waitress was yelled at by her staff and then had to come and apologize/act nice to us.

I think Bob Evans is delicious! If I’m going for dinner I am a fan of the pot roast stroganoff. It is aweseome! For breakfast I normally get pancakes or a Belgian wafle with bacon. Love the bacon! Normally the service is good. The only bad experience I can recall is when I ordered a salad with my meal. The salad came out with very wilted/brown lettuce. It looked pretty much inedible. I brought it to the waitresses attention and she brought out a fresh salad that looked much better. The salad really should’ve never been brought out in the first place. It was very obvious to see that it wasn’t any good, but the waitress made it right. Besides that one experience I really have no complaints. I’m always up for a meal at Bob Evans!

The food was great!!! I had strawberry and cream cheese pancakes… YUM!!! The waitress was great, but the drama it required to try and pay our bill was the reason for the 2 stars. Sadly it was the MANAGER who was ringing us up, until there was a computer glitch. Instead of letting us know there was a problem, he walked away from the register and went off to help some other customers. So who would we have complained to about us having to wait 20 minutes to pay our bill and stand around? Well my fellow Unilocalers, here’s an FYI…

Bob Evans is one of those places that should be «down on the farm» good, but just never delivers on that promise. Probably more popular for breakfast, I tend to go for dinner. I tend to get the grilled chicken dinner with baked potato and brocolli. Dinner starts with yeast rolls which are pretty good. However, by default they come with margarine instead of butter… so much for«down on the farm». You can ask for real butter if you want. The grilled chicked is usually pretty good; however, I’ve had it undercooked(ie — raw) on two occassions. Not good! The baked potato tends to not look very appetizing and seems to be more microwaved rather than baked. Again, will come with margarine if you’re not careful. And the brocolli is usually overcooked. Service has been mixed. Environment is pretty clean. For a better«down on the farm» experience, go to Cracker Barrel. I think they have a much better atmosphere, service, and(most importantly) food.
