This is where we ate several times in the past. It was an experience going to the restaurant: same line up, tell them what you want, pick it up, and pay. The restaurant was just like we have in CA. I give them 3 stars.

We all love Chipotles however, this location needs new staff. Mgrs, cooks, cashiers & line chefs share an apathetic attitude. And it shows in the food, service & dining area. I wrote to corporate about this & they sent me a ‘free meal’ coupon. I have since gone into this location only to run into former tenants. So, for personal reasons, I avoid this location.

It’s Chipotle, fresh ingredients, good food. I could eat it everyday. But this one always seems to be hiring new people who don’t know what the hell they are doing which causes the line to back up and get slow. and I don’t have time to be waiting 20 minutes for my Chipotle! Why would you tease me like that?! Unfortunately this is the closest one to me so it’ll have to suffice.

Usually long lines at this location, the staff needs help as they are slow and unorganized. I love chipotle, but I avoid this location now as I’ve given up after so much frustration.

Everyone has had to have had Chipotle, so my review won’t go into much detail on their menu. As this is a chain restaurant, I like to comment more about the service, cleanliness, and process experience.(These are the main factors that vary between chain locations.) I do this because all Chipotles will have the same menu item and unless something regarding taste isn’t consistent, then it won’t be mentioned. At this location for example, there WASSOMUCHCILANTRO in their rice. I know it’s cilantro lime rice but HOLYCRAP! They put wayyyy too much cilantro in their rice. It was the most overpowering taste at this location. I would also avoid this place during busy hours. Most Chipotles can handle a large crowd in a time efficient manner, but this one struggled a bit. Perhaps ~7 people in front of us and it took more than 30 minutes for us to get to the front of the line. I think that’s quite long. I will mention that I always go with a burrito bowl,(free) tortilla on the side. They are easier to eat and if you don’t finish it all, they transport and pack away well. If you want something not on the menu, THEYDOACCOMMODATE. If you want one taco(instead of the menu entrée of 3), you can get it and it will be priced individually. The individual, off the menu items are not priced on the menu. For those items, you will need to ask or just wait for the amount at the register. I think a lot of people forget, BUTYOUCAN(ASANADULT) GET A «KID’S MEAL» here. It’s also an alternative for those that don’t want a lot of food, and those that don’t feel comfortable ordering something not on the menu.

This place was packed today! I wasn’t sure I wanted to wait in the long line. *15 people. The last time I came here they burned the chicken so hopefully this time I will get fresh cooked chicken. I always get the chkn bowl with brown rice, black beans, quac, cheese, veggies, and tomatillo sauce yum!

Chipotle is great when I can make my bowl with all it’s ingredients There’s always a few missing food items when I go there a lot of times there won’t be forks or lemons readily available. It’s dissapointing because the next chipotle is a farther drive…

I can’t stand how the staff rushes me like they are in a burrito making competition. I’m the only one in line and I’m still at the veggies wanting to add more and you have my burrito at the end of the line looking at me like I need to hurry up. And I know sour cream and guacamole are extra you don’t have to tell me «that’s extra» with an attitude.

Let me start off by saying that I love Chipotle. I have visited many locations across the United States and countless number of locations across the DFW metroplex. I move around for work, so I normally frequent a Chipotle at least once a week. All that being said, this particular review is not for Chipotle in general, but rather this specific Chipotle location. They are always out of ingredients. Either out completely or being told 5 – 10 minutes for waiting til they have it ready. And sometimes, you get to witness a conversation between a line employee and a kitchen employee where each of the line employee’s question of, «How long until black beans are ready?», is answered with«I don’t know.» All of the customers in line can see and hear this because we are the ones asking for black beans, not the line employee. The third time she asked, she was finally told«10 minutes.» I was the third person in a row(that I was within earshot of) at this point to ask for black beans and get the 10 minute response. So, I made do with pinto, no problem. However, the second bowl I was getting for my friend, had to go bean-less, since they don’t like pinto. Next missing ingredient; Veggies! I was told they’re out with no real explanation. My friend also didn’t want rice, so as I am rolling up to the meat, I’ve got one empty bowl. They have steak and chicken, as requested! Moving on, salsa is all good too. We didn’t want cheese or sour cream, but were looking forward to lettuce and guac. Guess what? They are out of lettuce and guacamole. Can you imagine that? I asked to speak with a manager to register my complaints. I was given excuses and then offered a business card, being told that I would be taken care of next time I came in. No thanks, I don’t plan on coming in ever again.

How do you stay open until 10pm and at 855p not have guacamole and not make anymore. Take it off your menu if you can’t keep it in stock all day long.

The food is as good as always. A very authentic Spanish/Mexican theme that is carried over well. I would give Chipotle in general a high 4 star rating, but this particular location seems to vary in their serving portions. Sometimes, the burritos I get barely contain all the ingredients I usually get, other times it’s rivaling a Taco Bell burritos. You might just have to supervise they process a bit, but the staff is very friendly.

It seems as if this chipotle has had some problems, but I have always had a good experience with them. I usually come here once a week to eat(I know, it’s a little much). I normally get the burrito bowl. The ingredients are always fresh and for some reason, they always give me HUGE portions… even on the meat! The people that work there are super nice, I even had one of the servers ask me how my day was. I have even gotten them to make me a Quesorito! Yeah, that’s right, the famous burrito wrapped in a quesadilla. So, I don’t know why the bad reviews. Ask for extra rice, I have always had a theory that they proportion the rest of their ingredients to the rice.

I love Chipotle! I feel like they give you way better portions than Freebirds. I did have one bad experience here and I’m so glad I came back. This is my favorite location. They have always been very generous and customer friendly. They seem to always be eager that even if they make the slightest mistake to make up for it. I have received coupons for buy one get one, free guac… etc. They want you to be happy. They really care about their customers. Fresh ingredients, great service, decent price… yum yum! :)

I LOVE Chipotle, but I cannot stand this particular location. I live right by it, so I always naively give them more chances and they always let me down. They are stingy with EVERY ingredient, especially the sour cream and rice. Come on! Plus, they know ahead of time that I’m not getting meat on mine but they still give me like a tiny teaspoon of rice and beans. By the end, the burrito is super small. That’s not the Chipotle I know. Also, every time I ask for more sour cream(yes, 2 dots of it isn’t enough) they seem to get an attitude. And then the ONLY ingredient they will give you plenty of is guacamole, like WAYTOOMUCH to where it is spilling out everywhere. I started asking for it on the side, and yep, they are cranky about that too. They are also notorious for busting people’s burritos(WAY too much meat and nothing else) and then not making any attempt to correct it. The past five times or so, my husband has brought the food home and had to get a plate and fork because his burrito exploded. Also, do you LOVE getting in awkward stand-offs with other cars in a parking lot or banging into curbs and other people trying to maneuver around a seven-foot lot? Then try parking here. You will have loads of fun.

My husband and I went to this chipotle location tonight and were very disappointed. The location closes at 10 – we came in at 945, and the place was already being packed up! When we got to the end of the line for guac, we were told there was not any, and were given the ingredients to «make our own». Then, as we were eating our food, the drink station was put up! We couldn’t even refill our drinks on the way out. Final straw was we were eating inside, but the customers eating on the patio were locked out and had to be let in by other customers paying attention so that they could refill their drinks. To the GM, please inform your staff that clean up does not begin at 930 and they should be expected to serve and provide until 10… very disappointing.

This is one of my favorite restaurants, but I have to say that this location was not as good as all the rest. The steak wasn’t as tender and didn’t taste as fresh to me. Their chips were fresh and good. Maybe it was just an off day for this location.

So if you have not eaten at a Chipotle, I am not sure where you have been living. This is one of only two in the Ft. Worth area and they always seem to have a crowd. You go thru a line and tell them what you want from the selection you can see to put on your burrito, taco or salad. For the most part, this location is good(used to have better management) but they try. The employees making the food are usually not the friendliest but the cashier(usually a manager) tries to make up for it. On a recent trip we had to wait for onions and green peppers(as they were out). They told us the wait would be 45 minutes! I questioned if they were going to harvest the onions from a garden as I didn’t understand why it would take so long. Well, the manager got involved and we were told it would take 10 minutes. She offered us some cokes and we waited. Then we had to get back in line and they were almost out of onions again as no one came to get us when they had them ready. A bit frustrating but we were in no hurry this night. This was my first bad experience at this location. Like I said, I think they have undergone some management changes. The parking lot is ALWAYS a zoo at this location… come prepared to weave around as the lot is small and always full! A SIDENOTE: I recently was distributing fliers on a lost child(this made the local news — it was real!) and when I asked to post flyers in their store, they said, «No, it was against company policy.» I was SHOCKED! I was prepared to order 5 burritos to go as we were posting fliers all day and were hungry. I couldn’t, in good conscience, give them a dime of my $ and won’t again because of this«policy». Ridiculous. The child was found that evening lying in a ditch, disorientated, dehydrated and sunburned.

I’m not really reviewing the food at this location. It’s Chipotle, so it’s going to taste good. This particular location, though, seems to be staffed by people who dislike their jobs. I mean, I know that it’s rolling a burrito, and I know that you have to roll a lot of them. But, do you really need to roll your eyes at me when I ask for guacamole on the side? Do you really need to run and get your manager when someone asks your name because they have a complaint during a lunch rush?(I saw this happen). Don’t you know your own name?! The rest of us didn’t really appreciate having to stand in line. Also, why does this particular location always seem to cost more than the one on Cooper? Blech. I’ll just go to the location on Cooper from now on. Those guys rock. No, really. I’ve never seen anyone so happy to make a burrito.
