Went to Knockouts today(4−19−16) for a haircut. 3 stylists and 3 customers when I walked in so I expected to wait. One of the customers finished a few minutes later and paid out. The cutesy little blonde then took my name and phone number and said it would be just a minute and at this point another, I assume, stylist walked in since she had the knockouts t-shirt on and went straight to the back of the shop. As I sat there waiting the cutesy little blonde decided this was the proper time to sweep the floor then disappear in the back for at least 10 minutes. Contrary to popular belief, my time is just as important as the cutesy little blondes, and I’m not going to wait until she decides to swish her little ass back out to the front. She ain’t all that in case she didn’t know nor is their $ 30 dollar clipper cut. Won’t be back. First and last bad experience at Knockouts.

Usually good service but, today, two of us came in without appointments and the manager took someone she knew before me even though I had been waiting longest. Obviously, I’m not very happy I had to wait another 15 minutes as a result.

Ashlyn is a big«cut» above most hair stylists and did a wonderful job. She is also able to have a very intellectual and informative conversation. I will definitely be back — great experience! Highly recommended stylist and location.

Ha ha just read the other review about Candance and yeah she’s all that, she did my hair today which is why I came to Unilocal on her today. I’ve only been to Knockouts twice but it’s enough for me to decide this is my new haircut place. Both times the cut was precisely what I wanted with no nicks or ridges or cowlick or whatnot. Price for me is $ 30(plus $ 5 – 10 tip) pricey for a haircut I know but then again you only get one every couple weeks so it’s not like beer or something. I’ve been to the $ 60 men’s places and they don’t offer anything better but on the other end of the spectrum are the chains like Supercuts and it’s a crapshoot what you are gonna get any given day and for just $ 10 less. I’d rather go with a known commodity and get what I pay for plus they are happy, friendly and glad to see you. Of course they are chicks and I’m a guy so maybe I’m missing something here but that’s another issue…

Candice is the shit! I have a precision haircut, and I’m female, she nails it every time. This is a male salon, but females with short hair should give it a try.
