I ordered an iced latte and handed the barista my Starbucks stainless steel cold cup. I get my drink and don’t pay attention and just screw on the lid as I need to get to work. When I get to work and get out of my car I noticed my cup was extremely hot to the touch. They put a hot drink in my cold cup. The Starbucks cups have their own warnings not to put hot drinks in their cold cups, why would a barista do that?

Big Starbucks relative to neighboring locations! Definitely worth coming to, it’s nice and clean and the staff is very friendly! I don’t order very intricate drinks but what I do order always turns out great!

This place can be crazy busy at times, i went on a work run for my team this morning and two separate people ordered for pick up… they only got one of the orders… NOQUESTIONS asked the barista asked what the other order was and brewed up all 3 missing drinks and handed them to me, NOWTALKABOUTCUSTOMERSERVICE! it was awesome that i didn’t have to wait long and the drinks tasted AMAZING.

Terrible parking, staff isn’t very friendly, but the drinks always come out good. It’s best to order from the app ahead because this place is crazy busy at times!

So immediately out the bat I’m going to be upset when I can literally hear the baristas behind the counter talking about my oder, one telling another«I feel your pain». I ordered online and saw an iced earl grey tea latte, thinking it sounded nice. If I had any idea it was that much of a problem to make, I wouldn’t have. I ended up having the barista telling me people usually don’t do this«but I’m a nice guy» about the way he prepared my drink. Thanks? If its a complicated order, maybe your particular store shouldn’t allow it to be ordered.

I don’t really like Starbucks coffee. It taste too burnt. The rating is for their other drinks and their staff is great! Always patient and helpful even when the line is super long.

I have mad respect for this location because I came once during frappy hour for a work related Starbucks run and they made everything perfectly and in a timely manner. The employees thought it was hilarious and were very helpful, even though I know deep down inside they all wanted to punch me in the face. Sorry to everyone else who had to go after us.

Not one of my favorite locations. Always busy and long lines. However they do my caramel macchiato pretty good.

The staff needs diversity training. When calling out the names on the latte cups, they have strong voices with a built in smile if the name is common. Should the name be uncommon or from the other side of the planet, they look at it and just say the name of the drink with a sad tone of voice and slam it down the counter as it slides forward with their back turning away. How pathetic! Wake up Starbucks!

The M-F morning crew at this location are always in point. The line could going out the door, and they’ll still get you out in about 7min or less! I love this spot!

Have to say I am happy that Starbucks(finally) has another milk sub besides soy. Everything else is just blah. I hardly ever visit Starbucks unless I get gift cards. I got their matcha latte no sugar and coconut milk. I was super excited cause I was craving a matcha all month. Least to say I was really disappointed with my drink. It may be that I haven’t gone here in a while but I could literally taste the fake chemical makeup of the matcha… or the coconut milk. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. Regardless it was nasty. This is why I stick with homemade or Petes. I seriously don’t understand the rage of Starbucks unless you love having chemicals jammed down your throat to cover the burnt coffee taste. Bleh

Starbucks is Starbucks and that’s why we all like it, right? We know what to expect menu-wise, and we know the staff will vary from pleasant to super-awesome-upbeat-friendly. So the main differences in each Starbucks have to do with the ambiance, size, set-up, number of menu items, whether or not well-stocked, timeliness of service and accessibility/parking. This is my «home» Starbucks, the one where we all kinda grew up and had our little meetings, private moments working on projects, a place everyone knows where you can meet your friends or business contacts. That said, something so simple as moving out the comfy leather couch and oversized chairs to renovate the store, really changed its desirability for me. It’s like going home and finding your mom gave away your bedroom. It’s just wrong. And it can never feel right again. To make matters worse, in an effort to «improve» the place, they removed several small round tables and replaced them with a huge wooden table where individuals sit and work. No one talks to each other there. Everyone’s in their own little bubble in public, like a New York subway, staring into computer screens, unfriendly as heck. I’m sad about these changes. Yes, the big comfy sofa gave it a bohemian/hippie feel, with the bulletin board announcing local services and events. But I LIKED that feel. I don’t like this new Starbucks-institutionalized feel. I just don’t. I’m grieving.

Great crew here, mornings between 9:30−11 are a zoo, and the baristas really crank out the drinks with speed and precision. They run out of some of the popular food items really quick in the mornings, like the sausage croissant. Store was recently remodeled to provide more seating inside. WARNING– Parking in the SBUX lot is a hot mess! Park over by the adjacent offices and walk.

Friendly staff and they make me my fav off the menu drink. Undertow: one part flavor if you like(one pump, two pumps, etc. of vanilla, peppermint, etc.) one part cream(soy, milk, breve, etc.) and one part espresso(call how many shots you want). The key is they float the espresso shots over an upside spoon to layer the hot espresso on top of cream layer. You take it like a shot and you experience the warm, then cold sensation, and if you added flavor, that’s the finale.

I’m very critical when it comes to my Starbucks’. First of all, this place is ALWAYS crazy. I don’t know why — maybe because it’s the only(real) Starbucks in Foothill. The craziness is highly compounded by the constant lack of parking availability in the lot — I guess the bagel shop that never has customers and the odd curry place attract a lot of customers too? The employees as a whole would not be in my top 50% of awesome baristas. There are a couple that genuinely seem happy, but for the most part I’m rather indifferent to their indifferent attitudes. They remodeled recently, which is nice — but I can’t figure out their seating situation for the life of me. I guess a couple of high top tables and one giant normal table was the smartest idea for this Starbucks? While I’m glad they updated to the new Starbucks look, I liked the old setup better.

This is our typical go to location while at work. The location itself resides at the corner of a small center off Portola and Glenn Ranch and is significantly smaller in size than other locations in the area. Although smaller in scale they still offer the same large assortment of drinks as well as a fairly large section of goods such as mugs, k-cups, CDs and other coffee and tea related items. This location is almost always busy no matter what time we seem to come by but they do an excellent job of getting people in and out quickly. The service is always friendly and the drinks havr always been made well. I do not recall ever having any mistakes made here but we have had non paying customers hanging about before who slipped in and poached our drinks which was not cool so be on the lookout for that. The parking here can get pretty cramped during peak times as they share the lit with Wahoos, Urban Wine Bar, Sunrise Bagels and several other small establishments. The location does not offer a drive thru which is a bit disappointing bit due to the area I can fully understand. Overall, one of the better Starbucks I have been to and one of the few I do not dread walking into.

This is not my usual Starbucks. Perhaps thats why I didnt get Star treatment or extra smiles and conversation. It was not the friendliest bunch of workers. Very dry and to the point. I inquired about their coffee of the day and decided on the Casi Cielo. Being a newbie here, I asked where their cream and sugar was. The cashier was also unsure where to send me as she glanced around looking as well. Turns out 2 young girls were standing right in front of the cream station blocking our view. As others attempted to get their cream and sugar fix the 2 lone girls remained in our way. This location is in a small strip mall with plenty of parking. It seems to also serve as a bike riders meet up… lots of riders today. The shop is a little small. They do have a good selection of merchandise, KCups, coffee mugs, ect. Service is nothing special. The cashier working informed me this is not her regular store, perhaps thats why her customer engagement was anti social.
