The lady behind the counter does not understand customer service. We asked for a sample of ice cream and she literally gave a microscopic amount that I needed a magnifying glass to see. Too cheap and stingy to get deserve my business.

Don’t even bother. Cookies were old, place was dark and deserted upon arrival. You’re better off going to target and buying some break and bakes

If you’re thinking you want a delicious chewy tollhouse cookie, this is not the place to go. Aside from the girl working there being indifferent about our presence, aside from the cones being in hands reach of all customers with no sneeze guards and a little sign please don’t touch the cones… yummmm…, aside from the 6 or 7 year old behind the counter with her playing with everything behind the counter in the food area, the $ 7 for a «cookie sundae», the silver dollar sized cookie was hard as a rock, the 2 scoops of ice cream were literally made by a tablespoon size, all hidden by whipped cream. The $ 7 shake was a 12oz. mostly milk. Yeah, won’t be going here again.

Lame excuse for an ice cream shop. The cashier judged my son for getting a sundae and then served me in a lid, all for a cheap $ 15. Wow… Then she asked us to eat outside because she just mopped. Seriously? Maybe serve your ice cream outside too!

Should have read the reviews first, was craving homemade cookies so I went in and the lady was rude and the cookies suck. The snickedoodle was burnt and the reg chocolate chip cookies tasted like cardboard. How is this place still open? Don’t waste your money or time here.

Did not have a good experience. first of all. the lady was rushing us to order(we were the only ones in the store btw) and since it was our first time there, we were taking a look around. she seemed annoyed and hovered over us. Secondly she shoved our 2 cookies and a brownie all in one very small bag! Really!?? i just paid $ 13 dollars for this. You cant put them in seperate pastry bags for me? That’s the least she could of done. This place is over priced and the customer service is terrible. Dont even bother…

Walked in. The lady was on her phone, personal call. No greeting when we walked in. gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited around for about five minutes to be taken care of. During that time my daughter tried to touch a couple of things and the lady was able to briefly break from her conversation to tell her hands off. However she wasn’t able to break from her conversation to greet or see how she can help us. Business minded… Walked out. What a shame.

I’ve always wanted to try this place since I work so close. Today was one of my co-workers birthday and another co-worker suggested I come here to get a cookie cake. I walked in very happy and excited but walked out unhappy and disappointed. Cookie cakes must be pre-ordered because they take 30 minutes to bake. I can accept that. But my lunch breaks are only 30 minutes long so I had to find an alternative option. The lady who was helping me was so rude. She was super pushy and kept telling me to get my coworker a cup cake and cookies instead. I looked at the cupcakes and was disgusted because there was a fly flying around it. Without waiting for me to agree, she started packing the treats. I told her to wait and that I’m still deciding so then she suggested a slice of the cookie cake and mini cookies… she started packing it. I was so close to leaving because she was so pushy. I finally decided to get a cookie cupcake and some cookies. When i told her what I finally wanted she told me to wait that she had to call the distribution company. Knowing my lunch break was short… she was on the phone for 5+ minutes talking to them. That was my perfect chance to leave. But I was already there. Once she finally got off the phone, I ordered and she packed the mini cookie cupcake in a styrofoam cup. I asked her if she can pack it in the nicer ice cream box and she complained that it was too big and it wasn’t going to fit. She packed the cookies in a bag and I asked her to pack it in a box because I wanted it to be presentable(since it was for my co-worker’s birthday). She kept telling me it wouldn’t fit. So i asked her to try… and what do you know… It fit… perfectly. Such a bad experience. But perhaps she was having a bad day… I know I shouldn’t base my review on their service which is why I give them three stars since their cookie cakes are freshly baked(pre-order) and the cookies were good. I can’t say the same about the cupcake with the fly though.

Cookies were delicious; as for all of their gourmet more expensive desserts they were definitely a let down and waste of money. Cookie cups were hard & both the salted turtle & button brownies tasted so artificial would’ve been better off buying cosmic brownies from a box… However their cookies are pretty good.

This place was terrible. We went in for a quick cookie and some coffee. My kids were excited about the marshmallow pops that were shaped like their favorite cartoon characters. Big mistake on all fronts. The cookie tasted terrible. They did not have liquid creamer for the coffee, and brought out powdered creamer in a plastic lid. The marshmallow pops were so hard my kids could not even eat them. They were literally as hard as rocks. To top it off, they were $ 4 each, for the small ones(and the prices were not listed anywhere.)For these 4 items, we paid $ 12, that went straight into the trash. Lesson learned. We will not be going back.

Not only are the cookies yummy, but the owner/manager Shari is so friendly and accommodating. My favorite cookie there was the M&M, but they no longer carry it. Shari hates to see a disappointed loyal customer, so she told me to call ahead and she’d bake some just for me. Now that’s taking care of your customers!

I bought a cookie slice and 2 scoops of ice cream. When I went to pay at the register I hesitated because the total was $ 9.30. Then the lady at the store,(who I assume is the owner based on her phone 5 minute conversation with a vendor before acknowledging me, the only customer at that time) then said…“oh it’s $ 5.00 for the cookie and $ 4.30 for the ice cream because it’s two scoops.” Ya, that’s better, given a mathematical breakdown of why you’re ripping me off. Anyways. The ice cream was Breyer’s Ice Cream which I can get at Ralph’s for $ 3.50 for 1.5 quarts. I was charged $ 4.30 for 2 scoops. Now for the cookie. I have a huge sweet tooth,(which why I’m fat and my teeth are messed up), so it doesn’t take much to please me. This cookie was not that good. It was not warm and it looked like it was sitting there for awhile. It wasn’t even that soft. In conclusion, this place sucks. I’ll have to admit, I might be overly harsh because of the price I paid for the cookie and ice cream but even if I paid $ 3.00, it would still be crappy, but I probably wouldn’t have been mad to enough to write this review.

Wow!!! Cookies were amazing!!! Chewy and tasted straight from the oven when you bake it at home. I had 2 cookies: Chocolate chip with Walnuts and chocolate chip with pecans. Oh and I had to get a Coconut macaroon. It was Soo delicious!!! The cookies were perfectly sweet and chewy!!! Yum yum. Oh and they also have other sweet treats: Dreyers Ice Cream, candies like Sweet Factory, and other selection.

This place is irresistible. The scent that emits from this place is glorious. I was eating lunch by this store and I couldn’t even concentrate on the food in front of me. I was definitely excited for dessert. When I finally came in here, my eyes immediately went straight to the cookies. My god, I ordered a dozen. I could not wait! I tried one, and it was really delicious. As expected of Toll House cookies. I bake a lot so when I tried that cookie, I knew that it was premade. It wasn’t freshly made, which was really disappointing. The lady that owns the store is very nice. She told me that she’s the one that bakes the cookies and says that they ship the dough in every morning. Which means I was right, they aren’t freshly made. The cookie tastes like dough that has been frozen and made the next day. Overall, the cookies were delicious, but a bit over-priced. I would understand if they were freshly made, but they’re not. I would come back though, as the smell is definitely irresistible.

This place is a hit and miss. Some days the cookies smell and taste pretty good, but most days(like today was a complete miss in both cookies and service) For the most part, the lady here is pretty nice, but there has been many… MANY times where I think she doesnt want patrons in her store. The cookies are not worth the price… they usually don’t taste like its freshly baked. But what I do like, is the ice cream… ha ha ha how can you mess up on that right? Actually it could happen. It just has not happened to me… here…yet. Honestly, I am not a fan coming here, but I still do anyways. It the only sweet shop near my work –__– I am screwed.

I came in here once looking for ice tea, they didn’t have any but the woman working was more than happy to make me some. She made me green tea and poured it in a huge cup full of ice and only charged me for one tea bag(though she used multiple ones.) I thought it was really sweet, and even though I didn’t try anything(I WANTEDTOSOBAD) I think the customer service was refreshingly nice. I’d come back. Maybe if they had more business their cookies would be fresher. The icecream cookie sandwiches look AMAZING. For anyone who hasn’t been inside, there is a wall full of candy and a menu of shakes/dessert drinks.

Like others, I was disappointed. I think the cookies must have sat outside for a few days already. Texture was more on the crunchy side, then chewy. I only purchased 2 cookies — $ 1.69 plus tax each. Yikes! I should’ve gone to Target and purchased a few of the raw cookie dough stuff to make fresh ones at home! I thought this place would be a nice treat during my lunch break, but NOPE! This place does sell all kinds of candy too — pre-packaged ones and self-serve(the kind where you bag the candies yourself). I’m almost skeptical of the candy too, but this might be a good place to grab candy(not cookies) before watching a movie next door… Too bad, so sad…

Well, we popped in here just wanting warm chocolate chip cookies. No, they didn’t have ANY chocolate chip cookies, let along anything warm. This place was pretty picked over and the cookies they did have looked — and tasted — like they’d been sitting out for a few days. For $ 1.95 /cookies, I could have almost bought some Nestle Tollhouse cookie dough and made my own, which were sure to have been better. And I’m no baker. This place could really do a lot. If they 1) had fresh cookies and 2) had an oven(or heck, even a microwave) to warm the cookies up, that would be great. Nope, won’t ever come back here again. So much for a nice post-cinema treat!

I love fresh-baked Toll House chocolate chip cookies straight out of the oven. One of my most favorite things ever. With that being said, I wish the cookies at Nestle Toll House Café tasted more like that. I understand they aren’t exactly going to be straight out of the oven warm and gooey, but the ones you order from the bakery case just don’t taste as yummy. The cookies were good, but the oatmeal chocolate chip one I ordered seemed a little on the hard side from being overbaked. I did enjoy my chocolate chip cookie cup. This I brought home and put in a microwave for a few seconds to soften it up and it was awesome. My bf enjoyed his peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. When you walk in, it is incredible what they have: All kinds of Toll House cookies, mini cookies, cookie cups, Toll House brownies, cookie bars, slices of cookie cake. They also have ice cream sandwiches made with Toll House cookies. There is also all kinds of malts, shakes, sundaes, hot coffee and iced coffee, smoothies and chillers here. You would be hard pressed to not find some kind of dessert or beverage you like at this café. They also have decorated cookie cakes available for special occasions. With the recent warm weather and because this is so close to me, I would like to go back to try one of the Toll House ice cream sandwiches. I would also still like to sample one of their brownies but for Toll House chocolate chip cookies, I think I will stick to making them at home.
