I like this place, knew the original owners and miss their specials and breads. But the oasis has always been consistent and food good. Love the greek skillet. Only complaint is that they need to invest in remodeling, clean up, updating and fix the dam seats and booths. why do these type of establishments never fix the seat and booths?

Very affordable. Good hours.
Negatives: Décor is pretty outdated. Straight out of the 80’s.
This is the best hidden secret for a filling, hearty, hot breakfast on Sunday mornings in Fond du Lac. You may not get a spot in the parking lot. Plenty of free parking on the street.
Pancakes are my favorite. HUGE and filling. Prices are wonderful at under $ 8 per person for a very large home cooked meal.

Ate here in July, 2011. Excellent service, friendly and professional. Food came quickly. Soup was hot and delicious. Sandwiches were on croissant. Chicken salad fresh and tasty. Very reasonable prices. A nice touch to a day of traveling in Wisconsin.
