Normally I wouldn’t take the time to write a review of Taco Bell but the employees here are EXTREMELY customer service oriented and deserve a positive review. My only gripe is the pizza oven has been in a state of disrepair for a while now so no Pizza Hut until it’s fixed.

I’m happy to have moved to a town that has a decent Taco Bell because a lot can be said about having a good one. Hubby and I have been here for breakfast, which they serve all day now, lunch and dinner. The morning crew is generally an older group of employees and they are very kind and friendly. I’ve really not gotten bad customer service at this one. I’m a «weird orderer» in the stuff I get and don’t get on my food. I admit they have gotten my food incorrect but they are very happy to redo it and they fix it very quickly. The inside of the place is very well organized and clean which scores huge points in my book. I’ve been to some pretty horrible Taco Bells in the past that I will never return to but thankfully this is not one of them. We will definitely be back. :)

This is my second time writing about my poor experience at this location. I am completely lost for words with the continued issues I have with this location. 3 out of 4 orders have incorrect or missing items. Unfortunately, I keep coming back to this store since I like Taco Bell and there is no store that is nearby. It is absolutely stupendous that they manage to mess up 75% of my orders. And in most cases, I discover the issue when I get home and am too tired to go back to get it fixed. I have tried bringing this up to the manager’s attention but the only«solution» they have is to refund my order which I don’t care about. Hopefully, the guys in corporate will take some action to resolve the accuracy of orders at this store. This issue has been going on for several months but has gotten worse recently.

This review has nothing to do with the food @ Taco Bell, but it does have something to do with the character of your employees. At 11 p.m. last night, an elderly friend of mine, who has dementia, got lost while driving in Plano, Tx. and ended up wrecking his car near your restaurant. One of your employees loaned him his phone, but he was unable to reach me. Another employee drove this gentleman back to his home in Plano, a distance of over 20 miles each way ! I hope you realize how fortunate you are to have employees like this, and recognize them for going above and beyond the call of duty. May God bless you and your employees !

Sometimes it’s hard to know what I am giving stars for. There are certainly better places to get Mexican food, so in this case it’s relative to other Taco Bells, getting what you expect and if it is a clean friendly place. And it is. It’s better than your average Taco Bell.
