Food is just okay. Sure wish they’d learn how to make a «concrete.» There’s a reason they’re called that. Theirs are runnier than a shake!

Went here for the first time today and was absolutely delighted. AMAZING service! The best service I have ever gotten from a fast food restaurant! The staff was so kind and helped my whole group with our orders to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The food was incredible. Especially the custard! Definitely a must go to dining experience!

This will be my second visit. Not at this particular location though. The taste of the burger was consistent and the service was excellent.

Well… the butter burger was pretty good. My wife got the cod sandwich… was not too thrilled. The curds and fries were good. Will we go back… yes for sure. Its a little pricey but you do get a good burger.

This is a fast food hamburger chain. Except they don’t call them hamburgers. They call them butter burgers. Presumably because they butter the bun. Though that’s just a guess on my part. Maybe the burgers are made with butter. I’m not really sure about that. They also serve frozen custard. It’s a Wisconsin based chain that is fairly common in that part of the country. So I guess that’s why they’re so big on dairy products(they also serve fried cheese). I’d say it’s better than most fast food burgers, but not as good as a Whataburger. I’d choose this place over a Wendy’s or McDonald’s, though. And probably over DQ. Your opinion may vary. But at the end of the day it is perfectly adequate and about what you’d expect from a fast food burger chain.

I dig Culvers! I didn’t know what it was until I was searching for food on Unilocal and it came up on search. I came for a double burger with onion rings and cheese curds. The burger comes with mayo as standard, you could switch it out for mustard. Burger was great! Onion rings were crunchy and cheese curds had a variety of different cheeses. Their malts and shakes aren’t too bad either!

I’ve been to this Culver’s location twice since moving back to DFW. Both times we were happy with our experience. This chain has a huge assortment of food and desserts. They offer everything from frozen custard made fresh each day to hot and hearty soup and chili. They also have fried chicken, burgers and snack foods. They have prepackaged cartons of the most popular flavors of their frozen custard that’s ready to grab and go. On both occasions we were immediately greeted upon entering the lobby. The customer service was a lot better than most of their competitors in this area. We chose to stay and eat our food inside the restaurant. As mentioned previously it takes a little longer for you to get your food here than what a typical fast food place however it’s worth the wait for fresh made to order food instead of whatever happens to be ready. You’re given your drink cups when you order and there is a Pepsi fountain located in the lobby so you can fill and refill your drink as many times as you wish. Even though the lobby was about ½ full the staff made sure that any empty table was a clean table. The restroom was also clean which is something that determines if I am going to stay and eat or run out of fear of food poison and potential death. During our visits here my family has eaten their hamburgers, chicken strips, fries and the awesomeness of their cheese curds. We’ve also been naughty and either getting a freshly made Concrete Mixture, sundaes, shakes and waffle cones in the lobby. We have also purchased various flavors of their cartons of custard to take home to eat later. We will definitely return to this location the next time we are craving good fast food and yummy deserts. If you are looking for a quick place to go after church or after a game for a group of people the lobby at this Culver’s can handle seating the whole crew together.

A little piece of Wisconsin in Texas. It’s a toss up on my favorite– either the cheese curds or the concrete mixer… Either way you can’t go wrong!

The food is significantly better here than similar fast food chains, but it is far from fast. Don’t expect it to be a quick trip through the drive through… Overall worth the trip. Our whole family orders the kids meal(even adults). It comes with full size burger small ice cream fries and drink for $ 5 and change. Try: butter burger /frozen custard /grilled chicken sandwich /cheese curds

I normally will not eat fast food, but Culver’s is so delicious that I’m willing to make an exception. Their frozen custard is rich and creamy, with a smooth, satiny texture — it’s heavenly! Their burgers are great, too — much better than at other fast food restaurants — but the highlight is definitely the frozen custard. Wisconsin chains know how to do dairy right!

We’ve been enjoying Culver’s since they opened in 2006 and will continue as long as we live here! Always yummy, both burgers and the frozen custard! The owners are wonderful and the staff is always friendly and courteous!

Where do I start? From the moment you walk in you notice how clean the facility is and then you’re welcomed in by a friendly staff who seem to actually want you to enjoy your visit there. The burgers are great. They’re crispy, fresh and delicious. This is my second visit here and surely not the last. Thank you for the hospitality.

I love frozen custard, so had Culver’s on my list after seeing that they are known for their frozen custard. I swung by on a Tuesday night around 6:30pm, and there was barely a line for their drive-in, so I ordered and got my food in less than 10 minutes. It’s interesting that you order first, drive up to pay at the window, then drive up to idle and wait for them to bring you your order curbside. In this visit I tried: –Cheddar Butterburger(Single, $ 3.19) & Fried Cheese Curds($ 3.39) [ : The butterburger had a nice sear and crispy edges, but on the bland side. I wish they added more mayo, but I really love mayo. The cheese curds were really good, and you get a huge amount for the price– highly recommended for those who like fried cheese! However, they aren’t authentic curds since they don’t make that squeaking kind of noise when you eat them(according to my French Canadian coworkers, that’s how you tell the curds are legit). In any case, I would still get the burger again(and request extra mayo) as well as the cheese curds. –Caramel Cashew Frozen Custard($ 2.29, ): Super delicious, and highly recommended for frozen custard lovers! The custard was creamy and smooth, and I loved the caramel in this flavor. My only complaint is that I wish the cashews were chopped instead of left whole, and that they used lightly salted cashews. Overall, I really enjoyed my first experience at Culver’s, and hope to be back to try more of their frozen custard flavor of the day’s!

I visited the drive thru. Got to say it was just ok to me. I don’t know if it’s because I didn’t eat it fresh off the grill or what. I got a single Sourdough melt. Was ok tasting again nothing special. Now I also got the cheese curds which I have heard alot about. Again I took it back to the house so it wasnt fresh out of the frier. They just made me think I was eating mini cheese sticks. I was a little let down. I would for sure go back again and eat inside this time. I woukd like to try the custard and more, fresh, cheese curds.

Culver’s is just another typical fast food restaurant that has an additional selection of ice cream. The burgers are slightly better than the average fast food drive-thru but the fries(crinkle cut) are pretty plain. The staff is mostly comprised of younger kids who you can tell want nothing to do with work. Nothing special here.

This was our go-to place for burgers over the last couple years, but after getting them consistently overcooked for the last 6 months(tried about 10 burgers), we’re done. Its a shame cuz the cheese curds and root beer are great and the icecream is pretty good. I’d give them two stars on the burger but the aforementioned items and the cod sandwich are all pretty good still. Its a shame because you pay for fresh meat cooked in butter and they are so overcooked they might as well be a cheap frozen burger from some other fast food chain.

Handled a group of 40HS students better than any fast food restaurant I’ve experienced. Great quality for the type of restaurant. Everyone enjoyed it. Great service. And a well prepared and friendly manager!!!

Great Hamburgers. If you never have had Wisconsin style custard you have to give this a try. Only complaint – they need to expand all over the metroplex.

The burgers, fries, and onion rings are yummy. Staff is very nice and brings the food out to you. They also come by and check on you. Culver’s root beer is a favorite of the whole family. When my daughter’s order a kids meal they get a coupon for a free scoop custard. Nice touch. Too me it feels like an upscale, well run fast food restaurant. Kuddos.
