I hadn’t been to a Taco Bell since I was in a small town in Cali last December and nothing else was open. I came by here late at night. Went through the drive thru. It took a while to get my order and there was just one car in front of me, but they could have had a skeleton crew working.
The two stars are for the lack of flavor in the food. Total gut bomb. Sent me to the bathroom 20 minutes after eating. I needed to inhale a head of lettuce afterwards.

I like this Taco Bell because, unlike other locations, their food is always hot. Taco Bell is a great place to go when you need some good, fast food. I have read other reviews and someone said it was too pricey? Um, where are you gonna find tacos for 0.99? If people are complaining about fast food prices, then they just got nothing else to do. like for real.

I was very suprised how tasty the breakfast items are at Taco Bell. Seriously Taco bell? So much better compared to Mickey Ds or Bk. The crunch wrap and the breakfast taco are on point. I am almost shamed to admit this. However it’s true. I am a new fan.

You can’t really complain at a fast food restaurant, especially Taco Bell for its service. Its a get and go kind of place. Every time I have been here, the service wasn’t bad. The food for the price you get it for is definitely not bad. Satisfied overall.

There wasn’t anything special about this Taco Bell. The Ladies Room and dining area could’ve been cleaner, but wasn’t horrible. The Employees were friendly, took our order and got us out quickly. My only real complaint was my Soft Taco Supreme was thrown together. By the time I got it home and opened it, the wrapper was clinging to the tortilla and was soggy. The lettuce looked old as well.
In all, if you’re in a hurry or are tired and don’t care much about five star fast food joint… this Taco Bell is the perfect mediocre place to just fill your gullet.

What I expect a Taco Bell to be… The positive: staff was friendly. The negative: long wait on the inside for a to go order (then they didn’t make it to go, so that was a problem). the food — overpriced crunchy tacos (.99 — bigger/better ones at Del Taco for .39). Came in for the new Cantina Bowl (had a BOGO) — got the steak (thought it was chicken) — it was AWFUL! Even if they would have been free, I would have felt I paid to much (they are 5.99) — I’ll stick to Chipotle.

I always use this Taco Bell, never once have they screwed up my order. Which is not that surprising for taco bell, compared to the other fast food chains in federal way.
service is fast and never to full.
I would recommend my own mama to go there.

How rude!
So I was here earlier tonight (March 12^th, around 10:30pm) to pick up some snacks for my nieces and nephews. I made the order and have never experienced worse drive thru service. If I could, I would have reversed, got my money back, and threw my bag of tacos at this girl’s face!
If you hate that job that much, just don’t do it.
The blonde girl working the windows (couldn’t see her name) made my Taco Bell service a HORRIBLE one. Could you have slammed that window any faster? Multiple times? She was just RUDE!
Its unfortunate if the other workers here are decent because this bad apple ruined it for the whole tree.
I know that this review is based on one experience with one worker, but I wouldn’t doubt if others have experienced this same type of service. If it happened to me, it could happen to anybody. I hope managers take notice to this review and do something about it.
