So, after being turned away from the JITB location on 312th and Pacific Hwy because their system was down and they could neither take my order nor apologize for their complete failure, I decided to drive over to this location to grab some food on my way home from work at 4am. I was already in quite the bad mood from my previous experience just a few moments before and this location did nothing to better the situation. I pulled up to the speaker and was greeted by a voice telling me I could order when ready. I had barely finished my first sentence when she started with the usual questions but it wasn’t courteous, in fact, it was like having an argument with someone who won’t let you get a word in. I said that I’d take a combo number elev…/ do you want cheese on that? No chee…/ small medium or large? Large with cur…/what to drink? Rootbeer, no ic…/ will that complete your order? No, and here was where I finally get to actually speak. I tell her that I do not want a tomato on my sandwich and to please add bacon. I am then again asked if this will complete my order. Let me let you in on a little secret. MOSTPEOPLEWILLTELLYOUWHENTHEYAREDONEORDERING!!! You think you’re being efficient. You think somehow that people are impressed with how fast you can take their orders but in reality, no one is impressed by this. Shut up and listen would you? I then continued my order and added two bacon ranch monster tacos but when the order was flashed on the screen and my total was shown, I only saw one taco so I asked her nicely if she had heard me order two tacos to which she rudely replies to me that they are on the screen. By now, the screen had changed from my order which I last saw with only one taco on it, to a list of advertisements for the restaurant. I tried to confirm once more with her that she had heard my order and did in fact input two tacos instead of one. Not once did she confirm my order. All she would tell me is that it’s on the screen. All she had to do was just say yes sir, I have two tacos on your order but I guess that is too hard to do seeing as it’s on the screen. I said it’s not on the screen and then drove up to the window to see a woman dressed like she should have been on the couch watching a movie. She didn’t wear the typical JITB employee uniform but instead had a large orange long sleeved sweatshirt on and a knit hat on her head. To add to the confusion, she had a napkin on her head under the hat that stuck out around the brim all around her head. She was very deliberate in her actions and words and after taking my payment and handing me my debit card, she then decided to argue her case about the«screen». Evidently, she had been talking about her computer screen. You know, the screen in front of her in the store 20 feet and inside from where I was sitting in the drive through. The one that only she could see and I could not. When she told me that, «it’s on the screen», I guess I should have read her mind and just somehow knew that because she could see it on her screen and I could not see it on the screen in front of me that everything was just fine. I’ll tell you what Jasmine… Yes, I’m calling you out by your name. You’d do much better to learn a few customer service skills and humble yourself. You could have handled this situation a completely different way and I would be writing a totally different review right now but you are unprofessional, selfish and just plain rude! Don’t worry, you won’t be seeing my face back at your location ever again and after this review, you might just see a decline in customers all together so you won’t have to worry about being courteous or representing your store in a professional manner. What the hell is going on these days? Don’t fast food restaurants train their employees anymore? Isn’t there an emphasis on how to treat customers and have good customer service skills?

If i could rate zero stars I would. I work at the jiffy lube right down the street and have been coming here due to its convenience. Every time they have asked me curly fries or regular. I respond with curly every time of course but i have never once received curly fries from them. The employees on day shift overall weren’t that bad. But i will never return to this location. Ever!!!

I ordered 4 burgers. It took 30 minutes to make my food. A lot of other customers were waiting for 30 minutes or more to get there food. meanwhile employees weren’t doing much to get the show on the road. The time it do took i could have sat down at restaurant. I WILLNOTBERETURNINGTOTHISJACKINTHEBOX. SHIFTMANAGERDIDN’T KNOWWHATSHEWASDOING.

To start off, I don’t usually get fast food but I was in a hurry and needed a quick bite to eat. This was an awful experience. First off, I’m approaching the front door and there is an employee, in the full jack in the box uniform, sitting on a flower pot smoking a blunt. If that’s not bad enough, I walk inside, my second mistake, and it’s almost as if the place was shut down, lights were so dim that they were practically off, no sound at all and not a patron in sight. As I approach the counter to order, I notice that there is an employee in the back doing something but I waited about two minutes before someone actually approached me and asked me if i was«okay». My response was that I had been waiting a while and he just laughed. So I ordered my food and it came out fast. The only good part about this experience was that the same girl who was smoking a blunt when i first walked in handed me my food and wished me a good day. I haven’t even had my food yet. Bad attitude by overnight drive through staff. I usually go here super late because of my schedule, however… I never have a good experience overnight. During the day is a different story. And hey. What’s up with not having any tacos? Pretty lame.

I love ordering at Jack in the Box way more than Burger King, but it gets really upsetting when most of the time, they’re rude like the drive-thru. I’m not sure because the location is pretty ghetto, closer to Tacoma. Burger King always got my orders wrong, so I stopped going there. Jack in the Box, never messes up order, but just rude attitude. Maybe I should understand because it’s night time almost midnight or after midnight, but that’s no excuse to be rude to your customers. I’ve worked at a fast food restaurant, I try to be fair and try to be friendly even though I’m super cranky and tired. It’s really important to give good attitude, it makes food taste better. With that bad attitude, might as well get sick from the food. It sucks though like after midnight, their smoothie machine closes down or was it because of breaking down so much, I don’t remember, but if it’s 24\7, they should able to sell the smoothie even after midnight. Also getting to Jack in the Box can get confusing, so we always come from Walmart. The roads are confusing.

Service is a little on the slower side here, but they are very friendly, and the food always comes out hot.

Jack in the Crack is good for you when you’re on your way home from the bar/club at 2am. Everything tastes that much better and it’s cheap. They’re $ 1 menu has enough to get 2 – 3 items and your full.
