Terrible. I ordered a iced coffee and received a warm coffee with no ice. Husband went and got another iced coffee which was right the second time. He ended with a snack wrap that he didn’t order. It would be great if they could take pride in their work and get an order right. It’s a drive through and serving customers that are paying for food.

Worst service ever for a McDonalds. They are always friendly but today took the cake. I will be going back to Jack. Fries were cold and tasted old, rubbery and no flavor. My cheeseburgers that I ordered with extra pickles were both cold. The one star because the young man at the first window is always nice and friendly. 2nd window the young lady was not rude but she wasn’t friendly either. She shoved my order out the window. 2 cheeseburgers and asked me if there was more. Ummm my drink? She didn’t even know what it was. Tell ya what quit babbeling with your co workers about last nights party, be in the here and now and give your customer’s 100 percent. Why do I always have to ask for ketchup for my fries?

Fairly cleaner than other McDonald’s I’ve been to. I went by to get some breakfast in the morning. There was a lot of people who had breakfast and coffee. The atmosphere was nice because it was pretty quiet and peaceful with the music on. I wish they’d offer some sauce and jam to go along with the meal. The food was good. Overall, it’s an ok experience.

Got breakfast for dinner since I like the Egg McMuffin. The drive thru was packed but didn’t have to wait for long. Both employees were happy and friendly.

First time for me tonight, being cussed in the drive thru. Came through at 5:00 tonight after leaving doc appt. I have 3 kids, one sick, one not 100 percent & I’m fighting a sinus infection myself so getting what we need & home was my goal. It’s 2 for 5 bucks sale right now & we are wanting that. I order one Big Mac without lettuce, pickles or onion & a quarter pounder without pickle & onions. After watching the screen flash between many of the combos of without things it finally stopped with the big mac no lettuce & «ask me» behind the rest. I asked what that was about & she said she can’t order it the way I want but she will tell them. I say… ok. I order 3 Med shakes for all the sickies & I and pull forward. Same girl at payment window. I ask about the special order, she has me repeat, she types on screen, says ok got it…(?) I now pull up and the kid at the next window… immediately hands me the food. I tell him the gal at the last window, not just 30 secs ago put the correct order in, he said no, no I watched them make it, it’s all good. I then hear him ask someone if I paid for it all. I say, of course I paid for it all. I have my receipt in hand. He then points into the inside restaurant and the nice lines there within & tells me to go park my car, come in and go stand in line to get a refund on my shakes because their machines are down. I mentioned I’m feeling like crap right? Got an ill kid in the the car. I’m upset enough about not having my milkshake for dinner. I tell him I’m not parking and dragging my sick kid inside to get a refund, just give me my money now please. Thank you. The guy lost his mind. He starts yelling for a manager. Puts his back towards me, arms crossed and says«this lady is holding up the entire line & she’s seriously pissing me off!» «I mean, what the hell» he repeated how I was holding up his line & how pissed he was several times while he yelled for a manager & where the hell was a manager. The milkshake situation was not my fault. Nor was the lines inside & out & and why was I expected to stand in one & make our food colder then it already was? The manager got my money & I was out of his line in just a few minutes but this guy acted like I had kicked his dog. A girl working drive thru with him told him to chill out several times. The kicker? Pickles & onions all over the burgers. I will be calling in the morning to see how the management feels about how I was treated and my kids having to hear this«child» throwing his big fit with cuss words. If they don’t seem bothered by it I won’t be going back there, ever.

How do you trap a guy who doesn’t want to get Hepatitis A? Send him into the bathroom at this McDonald’s. There are no paper towels to use to grab the door handle with as you leave, so you are grabbing the same handle as every other guy who doesn’t wash their hands. And the door is too far away from the sink to hold open with your foot while you wash you hands. I guess you could grab some toilet paper from the stall, assuming there isn’t some one in it. I have been to other stores with the same issue but their doors swing out so at least you can use your foot to open it.

All signs point to poor management: 1. Always understaffed. When I arrive at 5:30am they’ve been open a while already and the lights are still off and chairs still up on the tables. As others have noted, the drive-thru is slow and gets orders wrong. Being understaffed is a sign management can’t keep people. 2. They don’t want your business, actually. There are plenty of tables but management removed the only two electric plugins! I understand this is their right but no other McDonald’s has done this because they understand some people want to eat and check their emails. They obviously don’t want people«hanging around.» Fine, I’ll go to Starbucks. They get it. In short, I won’t be back. There are plenty of other better choices.

Today at 11:00AM. In the last few days I asked on 2 different days for apple pie. Both days they said they were out. Today the cashier said they were out because the manager at the time will only make 6. When those are gone they’re gone. You can’t sell them if you don’t make them.

While going drive-thru we saw 2 mice sneaking by the building and then our order was wrong. :/is not the first time they give us a wrong order not coming here again.

Nothing out of the ordinary here; this location is probably one of the nicer ones, with a fairly recently renovated interior and a playhouse. It also includes a television, which is nice. Note: this location stops serving ice cream after 11PM.

IT is a McDonalds — enough said :) Not the friendliest one I have been to and the food was not up to their standards. The Fries tough even though they came straight from the fryer and the Big Mac hardly had any sauce. The wait was longer than usual and I do not like the design of the parking lot. Overall it was OK — and I will go back since the G Kids like anything McDonalds but there other ones around that are better.

This is the McDonalds at the Crossings. I hate the design of the drive-thru, they make soooo many mistakes with the double drive thru — I can’t count how many times I’ve had to hand a bag back because it belonged to someone else. They need another re-do on the drive thru and get rid of the 2 lane option… Food is typical McD’s

This is in regards to their drive thru service. The line of cars can pile up pretty quickly here at any given time. whether it be morning breakfast rush or lunch time. or even late night. the cars can wrap around in the parking lot… which can make exiting the lot difficult or time consuming. In those cases your probably better off parking and going inside to place your order! I highly recommend that! Because of the endless cars going through drive thru EVEN getting to the back of the line can be problematic. It’s honestly just a weird configuration! The exit is right next to the drive thru line. As far as taste and quality I think most Mcdonald’s are the same, you know what your getting. As for their staff it can vary, sometimes friendly sometimes indifferent. Tip: Before you drive away ALWAYS, ALWAYS make sure you have all the things you’ve order or asked for like condiments and such because there has been many times we’ve driven away. and there’s something missing!!!

The restaurant is badly understaffed, always looks shabby, soiled, and dirty. We have actually been served cold, limp french fries and dry, tasteless hamburgers here. They were doing us a favor, considering how bad their food is for you. One star is being too kind.

McDonald’s food taste doesn’t vary much from location to location but this place being a 24 hour location they should staff more than 3 people working on a weekend with two drive thrus and taking in walk in customers. it takes a very long time to get in an order and get your food. not so much fast food at that point. i guess i shouldn’t be eating this stuff at 3am anyways: P

This McDonalds is great, all of the employees are very nice, the inside and outside are very clean the tables booths and chairs are clean, the quality of the food is better then most McDonalds restaurants and its just a great McDonalds period. The only downside is that the parking lot is small and there are only 2 handicap spots which are taken 99% of the time(at least they have been whenever I go and I’ve seen people who are not handicapped meaning they do not have a placard or disabled license plate) and I’d like to see at least one or two more. Other then that ONE thing this McDonalds is great.

It’s a McDonalds, so you should know about the food already. The thing that stand out about this one is the level of cleanliness. They had someone walked around sweeping and cleaning all the surfaces during my visit. I got the impression this is common practice because this place was spotless.
