Dunkin’ Donuts

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location since I moved to Deerfield a couple years ago. I even picked up orders for other people from there as well. However the past two weeks that I have gone in has been, needless to say, terrible. I ordered a frozen caramel coffee coolata last week and when the girl handed it to me, it was the liquid consistency of iced coffee. It is a frozen drink so it should be similar to a smoothie. I have had experiences with wrong orders from them in the past but would just let it slide because what was left out or wrong wasn’t a big deal (ex. either too much ice, which I can easily take out some cubes myself or not having the mocha syrup in my french vanilla coffee, which doesn’t matter, the french vanilla is good by itself no matter what.) However this I can’t just «fix at home» so I said something. The girl seemed annoyed that I had an issue with my order and told me that it was made the right way. A coworker of hers came up and even told me (with her present) that it wasn’t correct at all and offered to make me another. She did and it was awesome this time around. I came in this morning and ordered the same thing. And when it was handed to me, it was the same thing: liquid-​like similar to iced coffee. Because this was the 2^nd week in a row this happened, I complained again. Took three associates there to finally admit that it didn’t look right and made another one. Well, the second one was just fine with the consistency, however the color was a strange, pale tan, which didn’t look appealing at all. I took one sip and it was straight ice. Didn’t taste like coffee or caramel at all. It was like drinking an ice frappé or smoothie. I didn’t even bother to say anything because I have stuff I need to do today, but I first wanted to write this review. I no longer will be going in to that location because the quality has really gone down and is truly disappointing. Oh well, I hope things pick up for this location because the overall shop is clean and well-​staffed, friendly and quick.

This is the best Dunkin I’ve been to in my lifetime so far.
The coffee is always well brewed with the perfect amount of cream & sugar in the coffee when I ask for it that way. The breakfast sandwiches are never burnt, never cold, and not skimpy on the bacon. And the employees are always nice.

I come here quit a lot. The location is convenient on the way to 95. The service is always good never great. The only real issue would just be in the mornings and then early afternoon the drive thru lines are pretty long typically out to the street. Usually, not an issue except parking is limited and those trying to leave are always honking at those in the drive through line.
Sometimes the registers inside are not bother working so just cut yourself the time and stay in the drive thru line.

The best thing about this Dunkin’ Donuts is that they offer SOY MILK! Yay!!! Why don’t all locations offer this?! This is the only location I go to because of this fact.
I’ve always have fast service here. Not always the most friendly, but honestly, who is friendly at 8am? lol

My favorite place to stop and get an iced coffee and egg and cheese breakfast sandwich when im in a hurry! The line might be long in the mornings but they’re always fast :) especially if the lady with short red hair is working. She’s the best!

I came to Dunkin Donuts to see what the hype was about. People love the coffee so much they sell it in stores and you can find them everywhere In Florida.
So we arrived at Dunkin Donuts and ordered two large iced coffees. They are all set to flavor them up with sugar, syrups or whatever you want but we just wanted a little milk.
The coffees were gross, watered down and pretty unappetizing. I guess the true flavor is in all of the sugars, syrups and flavors we didn’t order. Oh well, I can really do without all that and Dunkin’ Donuts as a whole.
I know there is better coffee than this in Florida, but why don’t the people who rave about this place? I just don’t get it.

The good: It’s Dunkin Donuts! Who doesn’t love a donut or a hot cup of joe for cheap? Anytime I have one of their chocolate glazed donuts, it takes me back to my childhood since my mom used to own a business that was in the same strip mall as a Dunkin. I’m a coffee snob and can get down with their iced coffee but usually not a fan of the hot stuff. Employees are very, very friendly here and they speak English too which always helps me out.
The bad: The amount of people in this place whether it be via the drive through or in the actual store.
The ugly: If you’ve been here you know what I’m going to say (which no one has reviewed it so perhaps not you don’t?) the parking lot and drive thru situation. I don’t know what pisses me off more-​said situation or the jackhole who designed it because I’m sure he made bookoo bucks off of it. So you park and when you get out, you’re pulling out directly into the drive through lane, which gets busy on say a Saturday or Sunday morning. There is little room and it’s just awkward and uncomfortable for everyone. If you’re waiting in the drive thru lane, you fear your car is going to get hit at any minute and can’t really go any more to the left since the curb is right there. Since I’m usually a lazy girl, I just sit there, wince and complain about it to myself or my dog. However one of these days I won’t be so lazy and will get out to go get my drink. And on that day, I will be parking in another parking lot and walk my happy-​caffeine loving butt over to the DD.
