Slower than usual service at this particular Dunkin Donuts, and it was pretty dirty, even though there weren’t many customers.

This is being generous. I have gone to other Dunkin Donuts in the afternoon at 5pm and the donuts were still fresh. Not today and not at this location. The donuts were stale, out of place where it says boston crème for example there were glazed donuts. I asked if any fresh donuts were going to be made and was told no by a young short black gentleman. I will not be going back to this location. This location does not care about their customers according to today;s visit and I will be telling my friends to stay away, I am going to make sure that the owner of this location is aware that they have a very upset customer.

I cannot believe this place. They had a fudge croissant donut displayed on their drive thru menu in two separate places and when I ordered one the employee claimed he had never heard of a donut like that, only the snicker doodle croissant donut. When I told him I see it on his menu he the said «oh okay then maybe we’re getting it sooner or later». Then we tried to order a collatta and the «machine was down» I worked in fast food for 3 years and I know cleaning those types of machines take awhile so I assume they cleaned it out early because they don’t feel like staying late at night like they’re supposed to. Your machine is fine why would you rob me of a delicious coolatta

Wow. The quality of dunkin donuts coffee is superb. It always takes super sweet and watered down. I love it so much!!! I want to go there everyday of my life, too bad its so expensive (with reason). Why would u ever get coffee anywhere else

Have been here 3 times (drive-​thru). The wait is too long (average 7 – 10 minutes). The order was wrong twice and the third time u was told that they were out of donuts and munchkins. The staff laughed it off by saying we’re a donut shop and we are out of donuts. Closing time was not for another 90 minutes. Will not go back to this DD. I tell my friends, family, and colleagues not to use this DD because it is too unreliable.

Why review a Dunkin? The kids that work here are great that’s why. They’re always super friendly and polite and it doesn’t seem forced or like they are going through the motions. They seem to genuinely enjoy working there. Every time I stop at a different dunkin or go to starbucks I can really tell the difference. I want the staff and management to know I appreciate it and continue to go out of my way to support this store. Keep up the good work.

I have come here from time to time and always find the place clean and organized. The drive thru is usually too long of a line, so I almost always go in.
The staff is usually professional and nice, however have had a few times where the person waiting on me is somewhat ‘matter of fact’.

This has been my DD for the past 6 years since I work in the area. They’re quick and friendly. Totally different crew on the weekend, though pleasant, they tend to mess up orders more. If you have time to spare, hit up the Subway next door for breakfast sandwich which tastes much better than their sandwiches then get coffee from DD. Fast food win!
