Dunkin’ Donuts

Owners suck are rude and crazy. The owner fired me for telling her we needed more help on Sunday’s after working there for 6 months at min. Wage.
Then was so petty she told me she wild mail my check instead of picking it up on payday.
Mr Al cooks the bagels and muffins with no gloves. They reuse mistake coffees and use Decaf when it’s suppose to be regular to no waste anything.
The rags we cleaned with are set in bleach and Never thrown away.
The things I saw here made me never want to eat here. It’s a bad business and it should be shut down.

An average to low average Dunkin location. We got there about 3:00. While I get that this is not the rush hour for donuts, this is a supposed to be a donut shop. There were about a dozen selections, but not of them looked really great. Since I was going to be there for a while, waiting for my husband to finish a call-​in, I decided to try a chocolate croissant donut. It was actually pretty good, with a buttery pastry and plenty of chocolate on the inside.
I did notice that the staff was not very attentive. I went back up to the counter to double check if there was anything I had missed and no one bothered to come out from the back. The tables hadn’t been cleaned off and the floor needed to be swept.
While I wouldn’t totally rule out going back, it’s not a place I would make a point of visiting again.

Coffee always good. Parking in location not the best. The staff handles the rush in a timely manner. The shop looks clean.

You gotta get the Dunkin Donuts app. It’s the best! The service here is always fast and friendly. A must visit!

I have been going to this location for years and years. Maybe they changed owners but after the remodel the location has been horrible. Last visit I get home to find a grilled cheese instead of the Big Toast w/​egg and bacon. Today my bacon, egg and cheese were on a French roll. To say it was stale is being king. Hard as a rock.

Great service! Place is clean and everyone was courteous. Donuts were fresh and coffee was delicious. Perfect breakfast spot.

My boyfriend and I sit and drink our morning coffee here almost every morning. The staff is so friendly and they always know exactly what we will. The staff is friendly and quick. :)

This place doesn’t even deserve a rating!.. But just so people know, don’t waste ur money. The Owners AL and Nina, treat their employees like crap. You can see as ur standing in line ordering or when you come back for ur second fix, the atmosphere is just more directed at how the appearance of the place is rather then how they treat their guests or their employees. I personally know people who have worked with me and quit because of how they treat people… AL actually prepares the bagels without even wearing gloves, its gross…

I dont like this location. It’s dirty, the feng shui with the line is off and the employees are slow. They have outdoor seating but I never sit because there are always homeless outside soliciting. At least the homeless are polite, more than I can say for the employees.

During a recent visit to West Palm Beach the girlfriend and I took a quick detour through Boca Raton. I had only been there once many years ago, she had never been, and we should we would explore and try and find a beach. As we were driving around both of us got thirsty and were crazing for some coffee.
We knew that Dunkin Donuts was not as big in FL as it is up in the North East, so when we saw one we got very excited. We ran inside, order a couple of coffees and made a quick stop in the rest rooms.
I don’t know if it was the typing or the lack of DD love in FL, but the place was pretty dead when we walked in there. Due to this the people quickly took our order and rushed it ready. They got the order perfect and had it ready before the girlfriend could even return from the bathroom.
What more could I ask for?
