The service was poor, the waiter hardly ever checked back with us. They unlimited salad and soup is anything but. After asking our waiter to not out our order in until we were finished with our appetizers, they did anyway, and we had to track them down for a refill of a soda and more salad. Everything came out on top of one another, and we were made to feel like it was our fault. Too bad, because the food was tasty. Will NOT be back. Other places with more caring service to spend our money

The food was fine, just what I expect. This is not fine dining after all. But, they have these little tablets on the table, which show the menu(in addition to the paper menu), and serve as payment terminals. BEWARE, THEYARETHERETOTAKEYOURMONEY. It is called a Ziosk. I was very offended by the Ziosk experience. It defaults to a «20%» tip, which is presumptuous, at least. The fact this the tip is calculated on the sale amount PLUS the tip, is downright dishonest. That’s not how tips are generally calculated, and I greatly doubt that this is simply an oversight. It reeks of an attempt to squeeze more from the customer who takes it as a favor that the restaurant«doing the math» for him. I let the manager know my feelings, and he was very apologetic and professional, but said that the setup of this comes from the central office. ALSO, BEWAREIFYOUAREWITHKIDS: There are games on the tablet. A simple one or two are fee, then, if you take the bait for more, you cross the line into«Unlimited Gaming», which costs 1.99. It is clearly disclosed, but little kids probably would click the button and not notice. Another obvious money grab. This did not feel very nice.

Perfectly good Olive Garden. The server was helpful, although she didn’t particularly explain the firm’s current promotion, but the menu’s were on the table so we figured it out. From the outside this branch appears to be a bit older, but once inside it was as well kept as most of them and although we were left waiting after we received(and finished) our initial soup and salad if in town and in need of standardized lunch fair(and especially if as we usually do we have a coupon!) we might stop back.

I really really love this olive garden! The wait staff goes above and beyond to make you happy. They just have really great service here. They are so friendly and will really go out of their way for you. I of course also love the food. The buy one take one makes me so happy. Their salad is also still great. I love the touch screen ordering and being able to pay from the table! If it was closer to where I live I would be here all the time!

If you are hankering for a band-aid in your iced tea I encourage you to make dinner reservations ASAP. The bread sticks and salad were the best part of the meal though I’m sure the bread is recycled. My wife and I shared fried artichokes. They were so-so. A bit greasy. My lobster ravioli was mushy. Now that I think about it, it probably was artificial lobster(e.g. Cod or haddock). My wife knew immediately that her ravioli was microwaved. Yum! So, stay far away. You’d get a better dinner at Danbury Hospital’s cafeteria.

My wife and I went for lunch a few days ago The service was pleasant but there was a mistake with my order, the manager went out of her way to correct the problem Everyone makes mistakes how you deal with the mistakes is the real test of character We will most definitely be going back !!

The food was processed & disgusting but the server was ok. The beer selection was extremely poor. I haven’t eaten here in years & don’t want to come back for many years.

This being my 1st time eating here I did not know what to expect. Went on a Saturday night and was told there was a 30 – 40 minute wait but was seated in just 20 minutes. For appetizers we tried the rice balls which are similar to Arancini only they are bite sized, not stuffed and are made with Risotto– they were creamy on the inside and fried on the outside– this was appetizer perfection and went fast! I would recommend these and the Caesar Salad. The salad was flavorful and I enjoyed a 2nd helping along with some of their heralded breadsticks. For an entrée I ordered the Lobster Ravioli. I also tried 3 of the other entrees that we ordered– the steak over fettucini, the chicken parm and spaghetti and meatballs. The entrees were solidly average; a bit reminiscent of a frozen dinner but tasty enough to finish! Dessert was delicious– I tried their raspberry cheesecake. We had a seasoned waitress who provided fantastic service and kept our wine glasses full. It was the first time I dined out and had a digital kiosk on the table. For those who havent been here you can order your drinks and appetizers, pay your bill and/or participate in trivia games on the digipad. We had a lot of fun with the trivia games, I believe we were playing against other diners, so it was fun. I am not a fan of cell phone use at the dinner table because we end up spending a lot more time playing games than sharing conversation with friends/family. It is however an effective way to pass the time while waiting for your food.

Awful! Was there last night September 25, 2015 and the food was just plain awful. I was craving a steak and ordered the New York Strip, priced 21.99. It tasted rubbery and had no flavor. It was reminiscent of the type of meat you’d get in a greasy hole in the wall diner with a side of eggs. I sent it back and our waitress was apologetic. She then brought me a chicken scampi, which contained overcooked pasta that was completely drenched in oily sauce and pummeled with pepper. My draft beer was flat and unappealing. My wife’s order of «cucina mia» was equally as awful as she stated, her garlic tasted like it was days old. I tried a piece of one of her meatballs and it tasted like something you’d get in a processed frozen T.V. dinner. This is really a shame, because I love this restaurant chain, but just like its next door neighbor, Red Lobster, this place has gone downhill! I guess because these places are located near the mall, they feel they will continue to bring in the traffic, but they pay no attention to quality! Do yourself a favor and STAYAWAY!

My job always orders to go online through Olive Garden. Their service today was outstanding. Patrice ensured the 2 orders were correct and even let me know that one order was eligible for a salad and drink but the options were missed online. She got both of those items for me as well. She was friendly, efficient and my order was accurate. So happy with the experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed the breadsticks, salad and my salmon entrée at this outlet! OG always has pleasant service, and this outlet was no exception. Our group had a cranky baby too, and the server(Janine P) was mindful of his comfort and safety when the hot food came out. No judgement and pretentious«your baby is bothering other guests» kind of behavior! In Janine’s place, I would probably have found it difficult to be that cool! Nissy: Updated the review to add our server’s name! :)

We had dinner last night at this location. The smell at the entrance came from the bathrooms by the doors. My Citrus chicken tasted like it was just defrosted and sauce placed over it to mask the taste. My daughter’s shrimp the same. Drowned in butter to mask the taste. The salad and bread sticks were good. Didn’t bother to order a dessert. We took a few bites and the rest in the garbage. We can easily go to a pizza place and have a made to order dinner. Fresh! Some people just eat what is placed in front of them. Regardless.

This place just isn’t what it used to be. I remember it being so much more fun as a kid. As an adult in comparison to other places it doesn’t seem to have a nice charm or a nice atmosphere. Our waiter was okay, nothing too friendly or welcoming. I hate to say it but the franchise nature of this place kind of ruins it for me. Food was okay, nothing I was blown away by.

The food was good, but our server was incredible. Her name is SLAVIKA and she is by far the best server we’ve experienced ever. We eat out at least 5 x a week so we know the difference between good service and GREAT service. SLAVIKA is an asset to this franchise. We will definately ask for her in the future. If we owned a resturant we would snatch her up in a heart beat.

Service was good, food was alright, nothing to brag about. The salad had one tomato and my soup has no gnochi even though that was what i ordered. The bread sticks were the best part. I will probably not return unless someone decides they want to go.

Let’s start with the lasagna fritta appetizer which was delicious. Along with the great salad and bread sticks. Then on to the main courses that me and the familia enjoyed and all for less than $ 100 and close to the danbury mall. You cant ask for more.
