Starbucks

They over filled my Girl Friends coffee and then failed to put the lid on, which was covered in coffee as well. As the baristas hands were filthy after making the sloppy mess. It quickly spilled on her shirt. This was sloppy and terrible. Not what I expect from a Starbucks. The barista «mike» was rude and unapologetic to her. This is not what Starbucks is known for. This was rude and poor service. This is not the Starbucks way…

The employees are polite and friendly, despite this being an incredibly busy store. Surprisingly, this store has a long line on Monday evenings!
It’s in a good location in a quieter part of the mall (though the music emanating from ALDO can be heard from the hallway seating area).
One thing I noticed – this Starbucks lacks an order sticker printer, so the employees still have to handwritten orders on cups! The line would move faster if this store upgraded.

The employees seem very unpleasant. Very strange bc almost every single Starbucks I go into, they are really nice. Some of them need to fix their attitude.
Overall, I’ll still continue purchasing my coffee and snack here but some of the employees need to change their attitude.
