Awesome awesome place! You can sit down and fill up or head to the retail area to refill your Nespresso stash at home. Staff members are always friendly and helpful. The Espresso Banana Shake is fantastic though be careful since it packs calories.

It’s the holiday season. After being treated rudely at a store inside the mall I decided to duck in here to gather my thoughts. I had the best experience that a person could possibly have at a retail location at this time of year. I was treated professionally and most importantly I was treated with respect. And best of all… The coffee was delicious!!! And the mousse was to die for. Thank you for being a wonderful suprise. Thank you for trusting your clients with respect. And thank you for the bit of love you all shared with me today. It renewed my faith in humanity.

Oh how I wish they had to-go cups so I could enjoy the delicious coffee while I walk around the mall, but there’s something magical about sipping your coffee from a mug I suppose. This concept is really neat, go in, get a table, look over a menu and then have someone deliver your coffee while you look at everyone shopping from the large windows. Everything inside is really modern and clean, which is very nice for some of us who are tired of the«hipster» vibe most coffee shops aim for. Always an amazing experience, always delicious coffee and always exceptional service. Nespresso delivers perfectly.

My girlfriend and I were shopping at Northpark Mall a couple of Saturdays ago, and were in need of caffeine to keep us going. Upon entering Nespresso and thinking we’d get lattes to go, we were told they only serve in house. After about 2 seconds of hesitation, we decided to park ourselves at the bar and ordered a latte to share. It was such a nice and relaxing experience, coupled with the amazing attention and service, that I can hardly wait to go back. In addition to all that, the coffee was absolutely delicious. I recommend this very customer-centric experience to anyone – especially during the upcoming holiday shopping rush – to experience a little bit of spa-like caffeinated zen. You’ll be happy you stopped in.

Nespresso offers a great alternative to the coffee most of us know, and coupled with the exceptional service and knowledge of the baristas you cannot go wrong by stopping into this neat little coffee boutique. As far as an option for beverage choice, I would recommend the Americano with a selection of Macarons. Sit at the bar and interact with the baristas to get a unique experience.

Always an awesome experience. Ice cream espresso(caramelito and vanilio) was absolutely amazing. The standard espresso is also great. The best thing about this place is by far the service. Abby at this location is the best. I’ve had her three times already and she’s nothing but assertive and friendly, providing awesome recommendations and putting a smile on my facr. Michael also served me today and he is hilarious and extremely friendly. What a great team of people this location has. Great coffee with a ton of options and impeccable service… Need I say more?

I recommend the Liégeois and the macarons. I use the machine at home, but also stop here every time I go to North Park mall. The salespeople are extremely helpful(and happy to let you try things), and the selection of cups /glassware is beautiful.

This is a really original concept that is part coffee shop where you can get full service, and part retail store. I will say that the clean lines and simple modern décor caught my attention. The Nespresso machines take their patented pods that are different colors. If you are a coffee/espresso lover, they have a lot of nice espresso makers. Even some that steam milk. The service was super good, and the woman who showed us everything was very knowledgeable. The machines range from $ 350-$ 500. The sleeves of espresso pods are around $ 10. I will need to go on a weekday to try the coffeeshop portion, which was full on a Saturday. Stay tuned, and I will report back.

We bought a Nespresso machine about two months ago and let me tell you it changed our lives. We ran out of pods so we decided to make a trip to the North park Mall to the Nespresso store to buy more pods. We we not disappointed, Everyone treats you like royalty or that you belong to a secret club. You can sit at the coffee bar and have a cup of coffee or Buy products. We did both. Our barista gave our boys free hot coco and macaroons while we chatted away with the other people there drinking coffee. It is a little pricey but for the coffee consiuer it is well worth the money.

Sweet goodness indeed! First time here after multiple people insisting that I must try their coffee. Service is great; the baristas definitely know there menu top to bottom and interesting to see all these different kinds of espresso(grands crus?). This latte. SUCH a rich flavor in one cup. My friends were right in convincing me to try! One disadvantage though, there’s no to-go! I want to sip my coffee while I shop :(HOWEVER, it was nice sitting at the bar, conversing with strangers & simply just observing people walk by in the mall. The baristas say the whole purpose of not having to-go is for people to actually sit and ENJOY the coffee rather than walking around, shopping & letting the taste fly by. The shop with the coffee bar is so chic and fancy w/chill ambiance house music. Recommendation: Caramel latte w/soy

Wow! I’m usually a Starbucks fan but this place has got it going on. All three drinks we ordered were right on spot. Espresso milkshake was amazing but its not for the calorie counter. The Iced moka latte was very flavorful and a great pick me up. Good job! I will most definitely come back.

This is a 2 stars coffee shop — in my opinion! I’ve shopped at Northpark for so many times, but never tried this place before. And I did today. Nice atmosphere, the store looks classy. I like there tables and chairs– not so comfortable but looking nice. The service is alrite. They didn’t even care if I wanna order or not. No eye contact, no asking, NOTHINGATALL! I asked for their suggestion and they all said their espresso is really, so yah I ordered a cup of it. Came out it was awful, the coffee has no flavor but the smell of burned coffee. Well, that was not what I expected after all those«amazing suggestions», SONOTHANKS, I won’t see yo again! Baiiiiiiiii

This is a cute little café/boutique inside the North Park Mall. This café is located near Nordstorm past Diesel. There’s a café in the front where you can eat and drink their specialty espresso and desserts, and a boutique in the back where there are knowledgeable workers who can help you pick out the perfect Nespresso machine and cups for you home. When I first walked by there was no seating at the bar or tables, however I window shopped a little and by the time I came back there were tables and bar seating open. If you’re alone I recommend sitting at the bar, the lighting is great for picture taking and it beats sitting at the tables which are super close to each other. I wanted to try the meringue cake but they ran out, the only options they had left were cookies, macarons and chocolate mousse so I went with the mousse. As for a drink I decided to choose the caramel café(two scoops of salted caramel ice cream with espresso poured over and topped with whipped cream and caramel sauce). The chocolate mousse is more espresso than sweet tasting so if you like your desserts sweet this might not be the dessert for you. Drink wise the caramel café was amazing, after a few minutes the espresso melts the ice cream and you can sip the drink through a straw. However if you dive right in they provide a really cool Nespresso spoon that you can use to scoops the caramel chips at the bottom of your drink(surprise)! While it may be hard to grab a seat, once you do the service is amazing, I changed seats three times and my waiter was still very patient and kind to me. The barista was also super nice and checked to make sure I enjoyed my drink. The desserts and drinks are expensive so plan on dropping a few $$ if you’re going to dine here. If I’m ever in the area I will definitely come back, my drink was super tasty and I still have my eye on that meringue cake! Tip: if you sit at the bar there are hooks for your purse underneath the bar, they also don’t provide togo service for food or drinks, only dine in.

This place gets super crowded at times. They have the café in the front part of the store and the retail side in the back. You can try all the different Nespresso flavors in the back. They also have a variety of pastries and espressos in the front. There’s limited seating available so you may have to wait till some people leave before you can get a table. There’s also bar seating. I got to try 3 different espresso drinks and with each drink you can choose between the flavors of espresso from the menu. The honey cinnamon latte was the largest drink that I got. I had it with the Altissio espresso, which has an intensity level of 9. It wasn’t extremely sweet and the cinnamon flavoring went perfectly with it. I got the Liegeois with the Voltesso, which has an intensity level of 4. This was my favorite out of all 3 drinks because it comes with salted caramel ice cream! If you really like sweet things, get this! The last thing I got was the Caffe«Cone» Amore. It’s basically a shot of espresso in a chocolate filled waffle cup. The chocolate melts so make sure you mix everything up. It was definitely much stronger than the other 2 drinks but the waffle cup was a nice touch. This is a great place to stop by while you’re shopping at the mall! The service was amazing too!

While I like their coffee at home I also buy pods and machines for my clients. You get two stars because the phone number listed puts you into a automated answer system that says«If you know your party’s extention dial it now»(yet no directory to find an extention), pressing«0» states«invalid entry» and hangs up on you. There is no way to speak to the store directly. It does give you another number to call but the mobile generation doesn’t always have something to write with, and the number was not repeated so if I did get to pen and paper, it was to late. So now a simple question has turned into a chore. Also, if you don’t want customers speaking with the local store, the 800 number should be listed on the profile.

Not only is this a store where you purchase nespresso machines/pods; it’s also a sit down café! I was pleasantly surprised. No to-go drink though. Just find one of their comfy chairs, make yourself comfortable, and wait for a server to bring you a menu. 4.5 stars for their drinks. 2 for their macarons, which aren’t even their own products much less their focal point so won’t impact the rating significantly. Hot latte– medium roast that had a slightly bitter taste but perfect balance between the espresso and milk. Comes in a classic glass mug. What really grabbed my attention was the adorable cat design on the foam! Me easily amused? Maybe. If you’re looking for a sweet, heavily flavored with syrup type of latte, you might want to go to Starbucks(don’t get me wrong; I still like SB). Macarons–(Pb&j, salted caramel, raspberry) they all tasted the same until maaaaybe 10 seconds into chewing. Had to search hard for the flavors. 1 for $ 3, or 3 for $ 8 They rotate monthly drinks(ie August was coconut latte) so check them out while you can!

The setup is split into a front half that is the café bar and table service. The second half is their tasting and mixology class. Their machines range from $ 200 – 600 and the cups are roughly $ 98 for 150. We sat at the bar and tried the following: –Coffee of the month, beijinho«little kisses» coffee. It was a Brazilian medium specialty with coconut syrup, cinnamon, condensed milk and melpzio grand cru. Loved this. Not too sweet. –Macarons are local from bisou bisou. 3 for $ 8. Pistachio, hazel nut, vanilla bean. The consistency was not consistent. The best was hazel nut, soft and chewy. The pistachio was a bit more dry and hard. The vanilla bean was even softer than the hazel nut and more on the gooey side. –Iced dulce de Leche($ 7) — much better taste than Starbucks(and also higher priced) Overall the food and drinks were good but the prices are higher than other competitors. If you get macarons directly from Bisou Bisou, it’s much cheaper.

Part coffee bar, part dessert part, part showroom, Nespresso combines all three into a unique experience. You can try their coffee, enjoy some dessert, and of course buy a Nespresso unit & coffee. It’s like going to a car dealership but you have to pay for your test drive. It’s not for everyone, but Nespresso fans will enjoy it. My Overall Rating — 4 Stars(Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere — The Nespresso boutique is actually pretty modern/cool. In the front you find a long bar with baristas in the back creating a number of drinks. There are also a number tables if you want to sit around, lounge, & enjoy a sweet snack. And towards the back you’ll find a showroom showcasing a number of Nespresso machines & coffees. It’s definitely modern & unique. 1 Star. Service — The sales associates are professional. Dressed in black suits, they’re very helpful at walking you through each device, its features, & of course the types of coffee you can buy. Likewise, the baristas are very helpful. I spent one Wednesday afternoon sitting at the bar, enjoying a drink, and learning how to use my machine, properly mix drinks, and basically pick their brain. Note, my visit was during a slow weekday, and I’ll assume weekdays may be hectic. 1 Star. Food — I was here for the coffee, and I’ll admit I’m a big fan of Nespresso. They were showcasing an ice cold banana/ice cream drink that I got to sample, and it made me realize how flexible the machine really is. No dessert on this trip, in fact I didn’t even know they had sweets. But here’s my problem, I still have to pay for my drink. Sure, I get paying for dessert, but if you’re trying to sell a coffee machine & coffee, you should let people test drive it. My 10 oz. latte cost 5.95, now it was worth it since I spent so much time annoying the barista with questions, but if not free at least reduce the cost. But hey, the coffee is still good. 1 Star. Will I Return? — Yes, but because I own a machine. Nespresso has a brilliant business model: Offer an amazing/simple/convenient device and sell coffee for it. I love my unit & the boutique is a great way to buy new capsules as well as dropping off old ones to recycle. If you’re a Nespresso owner, it’s a must visit. If you’re looking to buy a machine, it’s a must visit. If you want to buy a cup of coffee, go to Starbucks or eBar. I own a machine so…1 Star. My Unilocal Rating Scale(Sum of all parts): 1 Star — Atmosphere — Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I’ll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm. 1 Star — Service — You can have a great meal with bad service. But that’s also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It’s important to the dining experience that service is great and on point. 2 Stars — Food — I’ll award up to two stars for the food, since this is the main reason we dine out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it’s really all about the food. 1 Star — Will I come back? — If I know for a fact I’ll return, I’ll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return. Each Category can be given up to 1 star except food(2 stars) because I consider all these categories important to the overall dining experience. I will sum them up to provide my final Unilocal score.

I love the décor and love the service. The chairs are pretty cool and the layout of the store is pretty nice. I stopped by since I’ve been to the one in Miami and wanted to stop by just to check out this new location. I had their coffee of the month which was blended with banana and cocoa. Tasted refreshing for this HOT summer. I also had dessert which tasted frozen and hard. I couldn’t even put my fork through the cake. Which wasn’t appealing to me because it tasted hard and old. My thought was if the place looks fancy why do the dessert taste like they just took it out of a box.
