I work at the mall, literally two stores down from this Starbucks. So tell me why I have to arrive 30 minutes before my shift to be able to get a coffee and be clocked in on time? I love all coffee and if you need a fix at Northpark I suggest Nespresso. This Starbucks is over-packed and staffed with baristas who get snippy and then can’t make a simple drink correctly or promptly. I get so irritated every single time I go, so I go through a drive thru on the way to the mall instead.

Extremely busy location and currently waiting for a drink as I write this. The employees taking your drink order are very nice, however I notice as I wait and have the time to jot this down, the girl handling the coffee out to people seems to have forgotten we are in December and jolly-ness is a way of life. She couldn’t read one of the names so instead of calling out the drink order, this came out«Name I cannot read» to which a guy responded with«that’s me» and then he left, to which she responded with«okay cool, no name.» Uhhh. I am refraining from putting her name on this review because I know she could be having a bad day, geez.

This is the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. There are usually only 2 or 3 people working at a time. Once you get through the long line to order, it takes FOREVER to get your drink. For being in such a popular mall, I don’t understand why it is so understaffed/slow. And from what I’ve experienced, the staff they do have is slow. Products are of course good but the wait isn’t worth it.

Great service for such a busy location. Always packed. They need more space because it is just too crowded. Always plenty of employees to handle all of the orders. Cashiers are friendly but the other baristas could use a Snickers.

I am normally not a starbucks fan(at all), but working in the mall often leaves me no choice. I give this location a 5 because even though my coworkers and I come right as they open, the baristas are always extremely sweet and have not gotten my drink wrong once after 6 months. They also put up with our semi large orders. Definitely come here if you’re looking for a mall coffee fix.

This location provides consistently good customer service: amiable baristas, timely drink service, ideal for stop and go visits with immediate seating for extended conversation if needed; all this atop the famous brand label.

A place is not complete without Starbucks. Northpark is like one big donut, so depending on where you parked or what store you’re coming from, it may be a hike. It’s not next to the main food court. It’s always packed but it’s a great place to stop to quench your thirst!

I got a gift card, a peppermint mocha and a half off lunch bag! My drink was out faster than most locations.

Calling all fellow sugarfree vanilla iced coffee monsters! The mall location makes a great one! It’s nice to have a starbucks in the mall because we’re all coffee addicts. This location is pretty small and cozy, and can get crowded depending on the time of day. But the staff is alert and quick. There’s also a couple tables and bar space for you to settle in to work, but not many people come to the mall to work I gather. There’s also a nice sitting area outside of the store where you can rest from shopping and people watch!

after a few hours staring off in space and wondering why the hell i’m at the mall. i decided to ditch my better half to take a coffee break and recharge before spending more time wandering around aimlessly and playing on my smart phone

This is my coffee break area after a day of shopping. There are ample seating areas and the staff makes a mean macchiato. I really miss the old one hidden by the theater but this one is easier to find which makes meeting up a lot easier. +1 star for big comfy leather chairs: D

Naturally this location has great Starbucks coffee… I have been to this location several times, just about every visit I make to Northpark. My only gripe, and the reason I give it only 3 stars, is that the orientation of the store seems like it wasn’t thought through very well… in a busy mall like Northpark Centre, you need to be able to get people in and out fairly quickly. The place where you get your coffee is at the back of the store, but then you have to fight your way through other customers to get back to the front of the store to the condiment bar.

I met my bf here for a quick latte over lunch and I would have to say the staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. I ordered a grande vanilla soy chai iced latte and it’s the best thing ever! No other coffee beats this! This is a MUST try! :-)

All due respect to Dan D., but I believe this is the location inside Northpark Center. The address is the same as that of the mall itself. Someone correct me if I’m wrong! All this to say that this is one of the most aggravating Sbux stores out there. Northpark Center is as chichi, frufru, glitzy, pretentios, glam-bot, plastique and hairsprayed as they come. In other words, it’s a perfect location for a Sbux. Yet, Northpark Center has one of the smallest, most crowded stores anywhere. Why? The travesty is that there was a second location in NPC after the major renovation and it was MASSIVE. It was wonderful. Naturally, it was the location closed when Sbux shuttered so many stores a year or two ago. I demand justice. I demand my latte while I shop at Banana Republic. Damn it, I am an American.

This location in inside the Tom Thumb. There are a few tables by the kiosk shared with the deli, and outside shared seating. There is a small pastry selection. The serivce is always quick and open during store hours starting at 7am. If you are lucky, there is a 15 minute Starbuck parking space right in front to run in and out.
