Love this store, upbeat setting. The staffs here relatively helpful and friendly, except on once occasion, I was looking for a size S dress shirt and I couldn’t find it in the color I wanted on the rack, so I asked a staff to look up the size of the shirt on the very top shelves. Instead of climbing on a stepladder to take a closer look, he squinted and «guesstimate» the size and told me it was an XS. I asked another staff to get it for me, and it turned out to be size S I was looking for.
Despite the incident, I still like this store, merchandises somewhat friendly budget but they fit well on me.

Whhhhhy is it always so hot in this store?!? I love going in here but can never stay long because it’s so hot. The dressing rooms are worse. I refuse to even try on clothes. I’ll just buy them, try them on at home and if they don’t fit I’ll return them.
The temperature issue aside, this is a nice store. Everything is always laid out so that things are easy to find. The place is always very clean and they do a great job of folding things back up quickly after someone tornados through them. The staff has always been very friendly as well and willing to help if possible.
I really wish they’d turn up the AC in this store or change out the lights. Id definitely spend more time and more money here if I could stand the temperature long enough to shop. Overall I’d give this store a 3.5. The staff is great and the store is laid out well. It’s just that darn temperature!

Now, while my relationship with Express has been a bit complicated over the years, I am still a fan. This location probably has one of the biggest selections if you are a fan of the Express. What’s a little bit more appealing these days is their selection of clearance items which has seemed to virtually grow overnight. It’s sometimes hard to drop $ 60 on a nice button-​down dress shirt, but for special occasions its good to know the amount of choices who will have here are vast.
The staff seems to have it together, I was helped out by a nice guy who felt my pain when finding difficult fits or sizes. He made sure they had want I wanted, even showed me other fits that were similar.
The only downfall of this location is the line is always so long and there are usually 1 – 2 people ringing people up. Maybe its a staffing issue at peak times, but c’mon you are at NorthPark, its peak time all the time. Though I may not buy tons of garb from them these days, its always nice to browse and see that they have. Chances are you can find something at a decent price, yo.

I have spent a lot at express and over 400 at this location. When I go the staff always seem nice and more than happy to helps to what I need. I have never noticed a bad attitude. The clothes were ¹⁰⁄₁₀. Good quality, good design, and not horribly over priced. Amazing store and a overall spectacular experience

Really nice store, prices are not that bad, yeah you buy 1 Polo for $ 39.99 but the secon one is $ 9.99 … they had really good offers

I love Express. You’ll find me in any one of their locations at least once a week, if not more. This location definitely has the best selection as compared to Garland, Frisco and the other nearby stores.

This location has the biggest selection out of the DFW locations. If another store doesn’t have it, this one will. Express stores has become a «discount» retailer. So that means the service you get form here is similar to some of the folks that are employed by Wal-​Mart since they are alwasy having a sale. The only difference is they dress nicer, but the bad attitude is still there. This is not with all the staff, but I’d say a majority. Customers tear up the store. The staff can’t straighten as quick and it looks a mess. Reminds me when Old Navy popped up in DFW and people went crazy since the price point was so cheap. Express has better quality clothes tho.
On one of my visits I had a girl who refused to help me and make up some store policy, made a fellow co-​worker assist and he went right to work.
On another visit, I did have the pleasure to work with a guy who was really helpful and knew sizing well and fitted me. I bought a suit that day.

The store itself did undergo a nice and well appointed remodel to match the North Park theme, but yet, you can’t hide poorly trained, unhelpful and lazy staff. Tsk Tsk.

Not quite sure why there are negative reviews of this place! Maybe its a new manager that has cleaned up this place.
Staff was friendly and helped my wife find exactly what she needed. They offered suggestions for outfits that she could wear with what she found. No waiting in line… in and out in 10 min.
Prices are decent… but the clothes aren’t anything special. Typical Made In China/​Bangladesh garb you find at F21 or Gap. Although there are some great sparkley tank tops for ladies.
I can’t do the men’s clothes though… I’m not shaped like a 12 yr old boy. I’m a «healthy» married man. (grin) A XL isn’t REALLY an XL… its more like a men’s Medium. They need more variety of sizes.
