I eat here 3 – 5 times a week! You can make a salad a million which ways. Always fresh ingredients and a guilt free lunch.

Ordered the half Cobb salad… THIS was a Cobb salad? Over cooked hard boiled egg whites, some funky tasting thing called a Brown Derby dressing. Is this the reason the Brown Derby went out of business? Skip the Bread. It is microwaved until granite-like. And be prepared to NOT receive items you pay for. At least for now, the lemon cookies may still be yummy. Since this part of my order did not make it to me I haven’t gotten to taste them.

was excited to try a new salad place, walked in no one was there and employees cleaning after lunch rush. Got the big bowl which was huge but not much options comparing it to Salata on all vegetables fruits protein & dressings. $ 15 for a bowl of salad that i had some dried grilled chicken was not really impressed with the flavor or quality.

I have gone to snappy salads for years, routinely every week, sometimes twice per week, and I love it! I have sent many people there… and I hate to do this!!! BUT the last few times I have gone, the salads were skimpy… and these salads are KNOWNFORBEINGBIG. and the worst, there was a black curly wad of hair in my salad half way through eating it… DONE! That was the final straw! So, goodbye snappy! Hopefully, things will get better! But I need a break!

Look Snappy, I hate to have to do this, but lately you have really been letting me down. You take too long, my last three to-go orders have been either missing an additional ingredient I’ve paid for, or made incorrectly with dressing I really wanted to have on the side so my salad wouldn’t be soggy when I got back to the office. I even give you advance notice by ordering online, yet you can’t seem to follow directions. And today when you forgot to put chicken on my $ 18 crispy artichoke salad and I had to turn around and come back, it made things very clear to me. I no longer have the patience or time to keep giving you second and third chances to get it right. These issues seem to be due to the busyness of your location and your teammates just can’t keep up. The line is out the door, there is no designated to-go order person, so I am usually neglected off to the side and unacknowledged for several minutes. Not to mention, when I call, you sometimes never answer. You originally attracted me with your fast casual concept that I can get in and out and lately you haven’t been quick at all. Unfortunately today was the last straw and I’ve decided to let you go until you can get things together. I hope you take my constructive criticism with the good will in which it was intended. It really pains me because I love your earth friendly concept and quality of ingredients. But for now, so long.

I returned to snappy salads to give it another try. I’m so glad I did! Perhaps it was a bad day the first time I went, but on this occasion everything was excellent. It’s good to see a company with healthy, organic offerings and friendly business practices. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in need of a good salad!

I happened upon Snappy Salads because my company has recently been hired to work on some of the restaurants. After looking into Snappy Salads I wanted to try the salad even guys like. I ordered the sautéed salmon salad. Thinking a salad wasn’t going to fill me up I tacked on the baked potato. The salad was fresh, unique, and delicious! After finishing the salad I was pretty full but dove in on the baked potato for a few bites. Before I knew it I devoured the entire potato. Both are a must try! I was fortunate to meet the owner, Chris. The product we install at the Snappy Salads restaurants is made from recycled glass. Chris is devoted to using recycled, and environmentally friendly products to construct the restaurants. Not only that but they are constantly finding ways to use ingredients and eating utensils that are recycled, good for the environment, or are organic and fresh. This is a restaurant you should support, all while enjoying some delicious food.

Overpriced for salads, Nickel & dime you for everything. WORST potato soup I ever ate in my life. Servers were not pleasant.

Use to eat there every week. The CEO Chris has no desire to support the local community. Very sad he will not even return a phone call. Chris you are not at Brinker anymore! Word of mouth can work with you or against you!

This place has always been one our our favorite quick meal places. However, I am not sure we will ever go back! The iced serving area with bowls of assorted vegetables etc was filthy, food dribbled everywhere! When our bowl got to the person who mixes in the dressing we could NOT believe our eyes! Bottles of dressing were turned over and just rolling around, food everywhere and dressing dribbled all over the mixing area! It was so dirty looking we ended up throwing our salads out and leaving. The advertisements for this establishment tout it being so fresh and healthy. Believe me it was NOT fresh or healthy, even the bowls looked soiled. I love music but even the extra loud heavy rock was a bit much! Come on Mr Owner of the business, it’s time you dropped in for a look see or you may be out of business! Maybe the health department needs to be involved!

Been coming here for years. Used to be friendly and nice with generous portions. Also, reasonably priced. Now, stingy portions, attitude and worse is constant racket(music?) guess that’s why they have a big take out clientele. Attitude and noise not good but food is good!

My favorite salad is the sweet and smoky salmon. All the locations I have been to are clean and friendly. The company is environmentally friendly. Recently they decided to use paper straws. This is not my favorite option with the to go cup tops they use. The straw tends to get crushed at the top insert. What did I do? I e-mailed the Top Honcho myself, Chris Dahlander. Admittedly I sent a crazy e-mail expecting a non human to respond. It was a Monday and my brain was not wanted to conform to numbers for the rest of the day. Guess what? He responded. See below for my e-mail and his response. My E-mail: Great concept. I hate it in real life. My order was delivered by Door Dash around 11:20. Now a hour ago. The paper straw has been inserted into my drink for about a hour. It’s losing it shape as I type this. The cup top is squeezing the life out of it. It didn’t have a chance. I am a slow drinker. I savor each and every sip. With this straw I am losing faith that I do not have the luxury of enjoying my black tea over the next 30 minutes. I have to put it out of it misery fast. The straw is absorbing my precious tea and at the same time withering into a ghost of it’s former self. It’s sad. Very, very sad. I will have a memorial service for this unique being in about 2 hours. It deserves better. Yours truly, The Paper Straw Mourner Chris D response: Ha! Awesome note. I appreciate the humor and feedback on my straws. I believe that you are correct — the lid is the culprit and I am working on a solution. As soon as I can make the switch, I will. Until then, hopefully you will try my trick(folding down the tabs) so that your memorial service expenses will be held to a minimum. Thanks again for the note. I look forward to serving you again soon. Chris

About damn time we got a creative and modern salad place! Great salads, even better wraps! We did a tasting at our office with them and tried: Greek Salad Buffalo Chicken Salad Santa Fe Chicken Wrap Grilled Steak Wrap Everything was really good. The dressings were savory, ingredients were fresh. The wraps are the best deal yet I think. They come in perfect proportion accompanied with chips and their fresh salsa for under $ 8. Salads are offered in a regular or large servings $ 9.50 — $ 14.50. What I love most is the concept behind the whole place. High quality ingredients, all dressings made in house, all natural hormone and antibiotic free chicken & steak. They even serve/deliver food in biodegradable containers. Which ended up being a little messy. The dressing/oils sort of soaked through to the table. But in the name of being green, fine with me!

The food is great but there is a major disconnect with the employees(poor comprehension, and the cook gave me half the portion of tuna I normally receive and spoke broke English) very disappointed.

YAAASSSS. Line always moves fast, salads are delicious. I always get the Bam Bam bc it’s the Bam BOMBDOTCOM, but all the toppings always look fresh and yummy. Serving size is very generous; I get the«half snap» and it makes quite a filling lunch or dinner. This is my go-to for a quick, healthy meal.

You know it’s not a good thing when you are trying to place your order and you are asking about their menu items and the person can’t understand what you are saying to them… I appreciate the diversity but please make sure that your employees speak and understand English! I’m sitting here waiting for my salad… so this review is strictly for the employees… not the eats… I got the grilled avocado salad with sautéed salmon… and for $ 17.00 it better be dang good!

Think of this as a super charged salad works. More variety of greens and especially veggies, better dressings, and more better proteins. The staff are super friendly and the seating is open air similar in concept to chipotle. Create your own salad is the way to go. I basically got everything plus three premiums and still the meal was cheap. It’s a bit of a hog fest in terms of portions but so is everything else in Dallas. I think they could use some smoothie options and while my grilled salmon was good it wasn’t as succulent or the same level of quality at places such as true food kitchen.

I was excited to find a place to get a baked potato for once! However, the potato was undercooked. I am still going to give them another try as it was still good and that they offer so many salad options.

Tried Snappy Salads for lunch with coworkers and we decided to go for my friends fav — salmon on a bean mix salad. Even though I ordered the half salad, it was a very big order. Salad was yummy and filling and so was the side of bread with all three spreads, my fav was the garlic butter. Might go here again but next time order something different. This was a $ 16 salad and for lunch I wouldn’t be doing that on a regular.

Fair warning– order dressing on the side. Nothing is worse than a soggy salad and mine was drenched. I couldn’t eat more than a bite. It hurt my feelings to see all those beautiful veggies ruined. $ 10 mistake. One extra star because the selection of toppings is very nice.

Pros The ahi tuna salad. I’ve had it more times than I can count and it always delivers. It’s fantastic. From what I know the other salads are great — I just can’t break away from the ahi tuna. Always fresh Made right in front of you A half size is more than filling Locally sources many items including their cane sugar sodas Cons Young staff isn’t always the most gracious of hosts

If this sounds like a fanboy review than count me in I am officially a Snappy Salad fan. Now this is only after one Visit so over a period of several weeks I will try to keep it fair and balanced. I had the grilled avocado salad and it was fantastic! Fresh vibrant and more than enough.

They have two sizes, half and full, the half size was more than enough! They have menu but you can make your own salad, plenty of choices of vegetables and dressings. Very good place, we may go back for dinner later. lol

Well… you’ve gotta balance a little indulgence with some healthy options, yes? That’s the name of the game folks, balance. Love this option if you’re craving a big, delicious fresh salad. And just because it’s a… typically dull… salad does not mean at all that they slack on the taste! This location has tons of options. I like a little protein added so I get the shrimp or chicken and love that you can create your own mix. They have a ton of protein options too! So when you’re not up to making your own bowl of greens at home this is a nice alternative.

I must say that I loved this place. Probably the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. I had the yellowfin tuna salad which included mixed greens, wasabi peas, fried wonton strips, water chestnuts, and a few other things. The tuna is seared rare as it should be. I got the full portion so I can attest that it is one of the biggest salads I’ve ever had short of making it myself. The flavors melded very well and I was disappointed that I couldn’t eat more. The place is small and you must either sit at the long tables or along the windows. It is what I would expect in terms of noise inside, especially at lunch time. I will definitely eat here again and I look forward to trying more that they have to offer. Cheers!

The ambience is casual, but during lunch, there are a lot of business casual folks. It’s very clean and organized. My friend ordered a ½ grilled avocado salad. The avocado was creamy, warm and delicious. She wishes there was more avocado. The dressing was citrusy with a little kick and the corn and and beans salsa was fresh. *eat more corn!!* I ordered a ½ sautéed salmon salad. The salmon was well done, crispy on the edges and rubbery in the middle, but it tastes good! I prefer almost rare restaurant salmon on salads. The dressing was tangy. The grilled pineapple was sweet and wonderful. I liked both salads. They had a different taste. One wasn’t better than the other. My friend took our bowls over to the trash counter despite the sign that says«Leave everything on the table.» Dang Asians. I’d come back if I was in the area of one because the ingredients are so fresh but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.
