I love these salads. I’m completely addicted to this place. This is my favorite location. The staff is always friendly and funny. They are personable, and make a great salad. Fresh ingredients, huge portions, healthy drink options, it doesn’t get much better.

The manager, Craig has always been wonderful and attentive. I would have stopped going if it weren’t for him. I always get the Caesar salad with salmon and avocado. Love this place. Food is always fresh.

Tried Snappy Salad for the first time today. I ordered half a Cobb salad with no avocado. The manager added extra chicken to replace it – I didn’t even ask. The salad was very good and MORE than enough to eat. I also had the sour dough bread and a lemon cookie. My only complaint are the seating arrangements. They had several high bar type tables that would seat 2 — 4. All the other tables would seat about 10. I am not a fan of eating or sitting with strangers. Additionally the seats are stools with no backs and are a little bit higher than a chair. I am short and my feet would not touch the floor. That made for an uncomfortable eating experience.

I was visiting from San Diego and I heard about this place from a couple people so I decided to try it out. I had the Grilled avocado salad with chicken. Amazing. I love the fresh ingredients and the«green» theme they have going. Living in Southern California for the past 9 years, I could easily see a place like this doing very well there…*hint hint*. For now I’ll just have to come all the way to Texas lol. Will defiantly be back next time im in town.

Get the half, the portions are huge. We stumbled upon this salad joint and we were not disappointed. I ordered the Leprechaun and added the saluted salmon, the hubs ordered the grilled avocado half. Portion sizes are gigantic and I can’t imagine ordering a while for one sit down, but I imagine if you want left overs this is the way to go. The hours are posted the door and the lighting is dim inside, but they are open. You can order salad alone, or add a protein for an additional fee. This is a place for everyone!

My new Dallas obsession! Perfect stop on the way home from the gym. Only 2 complaints: 1. Kinda of expensive. $ 16.00 for Half Cobb and Potato Soup. 2. I wish the calorie counts were posted. However, Neither complaint will keep me from coming back regularly.

For only a salad place, they deserve a 5 star. Their service is amazingly great and welcoming and they will spend all the time you need explaining any salad combinations, if you wish to ask. I have to give credit to Craig. He welcomed us and did a great job explaining the menu and our options. The food was fresh and tasted very good. I noticed their straws are made out of paper product. If that’s for pro environment reasons, then good for them.

The online website stated that the order below would be prepared at 12:20 pm(a twenty minute extension was added due to the size of the order). I arrived at the applicable location around 12:10 pm and my order was yet to be started. I was told that they would get started on my order right now. My order wasn’t prepared until 1:25 pm and two salads were made incorrectly not including the baked potato that was under-cooked. Fortunately I was able to notice one of the mistakes before leaving the store. All of the dressings were ordered on the side and the representative didn’t label any of them or place them with the coinciding salad. I literally had to pull up a menu and try and determine what the dressing were by the descriptions. Some dressings were missing and others came with one small dressing when there should’ve have been two small dressings for full size salads. Craig provided great customer service. He truly lights up with establishment. I was truly impressed with his multi-tasking skills however, there is no excuse to be waiting thirty minutes while only salad is prepared. I was offered a complimentary beverage, but that was nothing compared to the huge amount of my time that was wasted on a busy Monday. I understand that restaurants are especially busy during the lunch hour, your website shouldn’t state that orders will be prepared at a certain time when they won’t. Truthfully, although your staff members are very kind, they lack the ability to prioritize. Customers that are right in front of you are not the priority when there are customers who took the time to put their orders in thirty, forty, fifty, sixty and ninety minutes prior to the customers waiting in line. For staff to say«I haven’t started on your large order» thirty minutes after it was put in, is quite ridiculous. To blame the customer for«not calling the order in» when online ordering is offered, is rude. Why would I call in an order when you have an online system to do all the work for you with the exception of making the food? Online ordering is designed to make it easier on staff and customer alike and it is. So I am smart enough to put my order in online to give you more time to prepare it and have it ready upon my arrival so as not to put extra pressure on staff and YOU’REBLAMINGMEFORNOTCALLINGYOUWITHTHEORDER? I was in the restaurant for over thirty five minutes before Craig required(he literally had to tell them to stop making walk in orders and work on the online tickets) that two staff members got«off the line» and start working on my ticket. Keep in mind although it was thirty five minutes after I arrived in the store, the order the put in at 11:50 am. I was thankful that he was paying attention to me even though his job was clearly to ring up the customers. That didn’t stop him from trying to get other staff members to do their job and didn’t me from wasting an extreme amount of my workday. At first I was angry at the website. I thought to myself, the website should have given me a longer expected preparation time. When I arrived I realized how quickly the salads are made and saw very clearly that the staff simply lacked the common sense to start on the order once they received it(which would have given them plenty of time to have everything ready, accurate and as it should be), instead of waiting until the guest arrives to pick up their food, and then making them wait another hour while others walk in and have their orders in ten minutes. This experience was far from singular. Behind me were several others who had the courtesy to put their orders in online in advance, and arrived at the appointed time only to be waiting for extensive lengths while people who walked in had their orders ready in minutes. The staff basically ignored online orders. It was so inconsiderate, unprofessional(although I don’t have high expectations for professionalism in that kind of restaurant I expect some) and so rude. If they needed more time they could have called the contact details on the orders and advised them but that still means that people who just walk in shouldn’t be waiting five minutes while online orders an hour old aren’t started(although I don’t think that would be necessary if they actually worked on orders). It’s ridiculous! How hard is it to have two staff members working on online orders while literally everyone else is helping walk-in customers? I have never been to Snappy Salads before. I was excited about the healthier green option they seemed to provide. I don’t know if I will ever go again although THESALAD I HADWASAWESOME. It’s just too bad they didn’t give me more than three bottle caps of salad dressing.

I hate that I feel compelled to write this review because I have been a fan of Snappy Salads from the beginning. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner and sampling some of the new items during a grand opening several years ago and I was incredibly impressed all around. However, having tried 3 salads myself and my business partner tried two and only one of them was decent I have to say something. We have salads delivered from this new location to our offices at the Galleria. I had the crab cake salad a week ago and it was really good. Large size crab cake without a lot of filler and a fantastic dressing. My partner had the Cobb salad and has also had the Bam Bam salad. Both of them came with just enough chicken to possibly feed a toddler. The rest was just lettuce. Today was the salad that sealed the deal on this location. My taco salad was made up almost entirely of week old iceberg lettuce, browning on the edges. Topped with tortilla chips and some sort of sauce that was compressed by the lid and half of its stuck to it when I opened it. Because the tortilla chips sat with the moist, cold lettuce, they were soggy. The taco meat was in a separate container and had a flavor resembling that of the McCormick seasoning packet you buy at the grocery store to season your own ground beef at home. It had tons of grease and was not worth eating. I have been to three other locations and have always been very pleased. But you can bet your bottom dollar I will never go to the North Dallas/Addison location again and I will advise everyone I know to avoid it like the plague. The two stars on this review are only because the crab was substantial and quite flavorful. everything else about the five salads we have tried in the last 2 weeks was horrible.

Salad tasted great, although 15 bucks for a salad is kind of pricey. After paying 15 dollars for a salad, I didn’t expect to get harassed by an employee for not knowing i wasn’t supposed to bring my bowl to the trash can. I did your job for you and you are going to give me attitude about it?

Vegan options are so not worth it. The place is filthy. The bathroom smells. The tables are dirty. The kitchen looks dirty. They grill the avocado and it looks like the pans they use have stuff rubbing off into the food. The line staff is not polite and sigh at everything you ask before they answer. I didnt come in at a busy time either. Oh and my mother in law got a tuna salad and she said it was too undercooked and tastes like it had been left out for too long it wasnt even cold. Didnt finish our food. The soda was okay.

I don’t understand what all the hype is about. It took me a long time to finally try Snappy Salad because its so overpriced. However, I decided to give it a try since the grilled avocado salad looks really good in the picture and I love avocado. I had to admit that I did not like the dressing nor the grilled avocado itself. I got the salad to-go and most of the dressing was at the bottom of my to go box, which made the salad soggy and greasy… It was kind of gross and I did not enjoy it. The service was really good but I am not sure if I will spend $ 10+ on a bowl of salad again.

Been there 3 times this week and can’t get enough! This is a great place to offset the calories with tons of flavors. Do yourself a favor and stop by to at least get the hospitality if not the nutritional content. The staff is great, top notch even! They are friendly and aren’t afraid to share their vision in the way it aligns with Snappy’s. I’ll see you guys soon!

This place is awesome!!! I am an avid runner and cyclist that wants not only great food but a lot of it. The full salad is no joke, it fills me up and knowing they use natural and organic ingredients is a bonus. The Bam Bam is my go to… in highly recommend Snappy!

Yesterday was my 4th time going in to Snappy’s and to be quite honest, I was excited for the food but dreading the service and lack of communication between the workers. I totally understand that when it is lunch time, there is a rush and everything becomes very hectic. Unfortunately, this have been my experience every time. The food is WONDERFUL but the service frustrates me. When there is 6 different people handling my food and then it somehow disappears when I ask for chicken to be added to my salad, and then when they finally find who has my salad, there is buffalo sauce on my chicken and I did not ask for this? Oh and then I go to register and it comes out to $ 35 for two salads and two drinks… Seriously ?? The food is great, but not $ 35 great… All in all– too high of prices, too many workers per customer, and no communication.

Oh so filling! Salads are innovative, delicious and the ingredients are FRESH, FRESHFRESH! If you’re looking for a healthy lunch/dinner option then definitely stop by! Tip: They are a little heavy on the dressing for my liking, so make sure you keep an eye on them when they make your salad.

These salads are expensive… but DAMN… they are good. And the portions are huge. Not sure why I waited so long to try this place but glad I jumped onboard. I’m usually in here at least once a week to get my fix. I always get the full snap build your own with a half order of protein, knowing that there is no way I could finish the entire thing in one sitting. So that $ 13 I just spent for lunch has now become dinner as well. I get the dressing on the side so it won’t be soggy when I’m enjoying the leftovers for dinner. My ONLY complaint about this place is when they don’t have the normal crunchy seasoned croutons and have the oily yucky ones instead. Doesn’t happen often enough for me to stop coming or to take their star rating down though. Love this place. Best salads ever!

Had a great first time visit here. I would have to disagree with those that said it wasn’t kid friendly — I asked what options they had for kids and the manager offered to do a «mini» for my 4 year old son… no lettuce or dressings and he picked 4 toppings as his meal.(Typical kid choices like black olive slices, shredded cheddar cheese, hard boiled eggs and grapes) I also bought him a huge chunk of warm bread with butter and a lemonade and he was one happy kid! Now that I figured out their«system» of building my own salad I will definitely be back!

This place is a must try my family and I enjoy it 3 – 4 times per week for lunch!!! I even miss it on the three days we do other foods!!! The flavors are amazing I never get bored and we love the staff they are always conversational and ready to make our experience satisfying. There was one day I had a serious blond moment and dropped my tray of food all over myself… They insisted on not only shooing me away from cleaning it up they also had a fresh salad made before I even stood up from the mess!!! So sweet and always welcoming

I want to start off by saying I am a huge snappy salad fan… Today I went to a new location on Preston Road around 3.30 pm so it was dead there was one man behind the counter, looked like he was grilling some chicken. He did not even acknowledge that we walked in. After about 8 minutes I noticed 2 girls eating at a nearby table, I asked them if they knew if anyone worked here. To my amazement they were employees, they answered yes but we are eating lunch. After another 5 min they decided to get up and help please note they did not wash there hands or put gloves on. The salads were good but my gosh the experience was awful.

I’m hoping I just made a bad choice of salads. I got the grilled avocado salad, and it ended up tasting like some of the ingredients were bad. Not sure if it was because of the grilling or because I ordered online and picked up, but it was soggy and not very good when I got it. I’ll probably give it another shot, but try something else, as my boss swears it’s fresher than Salata, which is my fave. It will take a much better salad next time to convince me otherwise. UPDATEDREVIEW: I gave it a 2nd shot a couple of weeks ago, as the manager contacted me and asked that I do so, and I was willing, based on the reviews I’d heard and read. Unfortunately, I still didn’t love it. I ate in this time, and tried the Cobb Salad. It was bland. The line was long, made longer by a gentleman in front of me who wanted a receipt for something he added at the last second and it wasn’t helped by nobody else helping at the check out counter. I really wish I liked this place better, but I just don’t think I’ll go back. I bumped the rating to 3 stars because it’s NOTBAD, but it isn’t anything special either IMO. I appreciated the manager reaching out and taking time to make an effort to win me over, so I believe the service will be there in the long run and hopefully the bar is raised with the food accordingly.

A new Snappy Salads opened up and it is much more convenient for me than the other ones in Dallas, especially after the gym. If you work in an office nearby, let me tell you, you are so lucky to have so many great food options to choose from. This location serves the same salads as the others and my favorites are the BBQ Ranch Chicken and the Sweet and Smokey salads. I just can’t bring myself to try anything else because I like them so much. You can get a half salad which I think is more than enough or you can get a full salad. A half salad is about $ 10.25. Did they go up $ 0.25 because I remember paying $ 10 flat at all the other locations? Anyway, I’ve been here about 3 times now and the salads are almost as good as the other locations, but I still detect a little newness in the way the friendly associates make the salads. They’re not quite pros yet but I suspect they will be mixing vegetables by heart soon. This is a welcome addition in my opinion. Now, if they could only open up a Snappy Salads in Grand Prairie… that would be nice.

Stopped by this place on a Friday evening. They’ve been open for about a month in the space that used to be Fadi’s Mediterranean. It was just me and another lady in there, but the guy working there says that business has been picking up. When I walked in, that same nice guy came out from behind the counter to greet me at their huge chalkboard-like menu. He gave me the run down. I could get one of their made-to-order salads(salmon to tuna being their most famous) or create my own. He suggested I create my own. So I did. They come in two sizes, half and full. He also suggested that the half size would be plenty for me. The half comes with your choice of 8 toppings, the full 12. Meat or tofu is an extra $ 2 and some change. Interesting to note that it’s the same price no matter what protein you choose. They do have plenty of toppings to choose from. They have iceburg lettuce, spinach, or a mix. To give you a sampling of what they have, I got eggs, quinoa, beets, roasted tomatoes, water chestnuts, mushrooms, edamame, and something else I can’t remember. I also got the spicy tenderloin. It wasn’t spicy at all. But it was still seasoned well and very tender. They had a whole list of different dressings too that they let you taste first. I went with the sesame and ginger. A very good salad, cost about $ 13. And the half size is enough for two meals for me. Very nice staff!

This my first time here. Will I come back? Yes. Is it my first choice? No. My boyfriend and I came here because we started a new diet — trying to be healthy. I was excited to see what it has to offer. I created my own salad. That also had salmon and half order of boiled shrimp that came out to THREE shrimp. And my boyfriend got the texas taco. With two waters. It seems expensive to me. It was almost $ 30 for only 2 salads. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed my salad. But to me, it was too expensive for a salad. Now when I eat out, I usually pack half of my salad to take home. It wasn’t great taking it home for leftovers! The portions are okay for the small. 3 stars due to the price, and they had to bring out my order that was incomplete. They had forgotten my shrimp.

If you’re going to spend $ 9.93 on a salad in North Dallas, It might as well be here. The Cobb is excellent, espescially with its Brown Derby Dressing. The half Cobb, priced above, is more than enough for one person. Don’t expect the normal Cobb presentation; it’s tossed .by the line staff. This isn’t a serve yourself, so you’re protected from sububan moms sneezing into the chopped avocado bin. Ingredients appear and taste fresh. Local craft sodas are available from the tap for just a couple of bucks.

This location is a newest addition of rapidly growing Dallas-based healthy restaurant chain Snappy Salads. This place is the answer for many of the salad dreams everyone have once in a while. Choose from pre created salad combinations displayed on the black board located in the entry way or build your own salad from lots of different toppings. They have a lot of vegan/meat/fish additions and you can add like nuts, cherries, raisins, olives, cilantro, and other various veggies. You can also add eggs and different types of cheese. They have daily breads too, a variety of dressings, and baked potatoes as well. Their salads is made right in front of you with really fresh greens and other toppings. Food orders are taken at the counter and seating is long picnic tables and stools. I have tasted few different their name salads and couple of made my owns. All tasted really well and fresh but little pricey comparing to some other salad chains. Most of the workers are super friendly and they using paper straws to claim they are environment friendly, but using plastic drink cups and to go containers. Little help for a clean environment with tasty salads really appreciated. Will make future stops for salads.
