First of all, we called ahead, for a special occasion. The manager told us he did not think he could accommodate us. So we just showed up. Waited an hour and 15 min for a table, fine, ok another 40 minutes to order, then half the food came out, about 30 min later, my sister never got her food, gave her shrimp instead of chicken, said they«upgraded for her» which she did not eat, then bright the chicken which went into a box when we were ready to go. I never got the dumplings I ordered. They ended up being out which they never bothered to tell me until I asked when I was finished eating. Ordered then a California roll. Never got that either. Server wasn’t too experienced. Another server helped out and found out at the end of the meal she actually was supposed to be waiting this table with the other guy. She was great Btw. Pretty bad all around. Arrived at 1:45, it’s 4:30 now and we will be waiting on our check for another 30 min. I never got the rice that went with my meal either. they brought the check and asked us to split it for them, the manager the whole time was very aloof. They then came with the checks finally left at 5. Wasted my entire Sunday afternoon on bad device. The management here needs help. I have been in the business for 25 years, been a manger and a server/bar tender. I have never treated customers this way. Customer service at this location is terrible.

PF Changs has got good Americanized Chinese food. The Kung pao scallops are really good. The Singapore street noodles are good too. The organic green tea is my drink here. You have to try banana spring rolls for desert is a must have dessert.

We went to lunch on 1−21−16 and had the worse service we have ever had at this restaurant. We ordered green tea and the waiter served it in two DIRTY coffee cups. When we pointed out the dirty cups, he replaced the cups without replacing the tea. The hostess was told it was a birthday celebration but the waiter never made a mention of it during our meal. We ordered three meals and two arrived with very small portions and the third had double the amount of protein. Something has happened to this restaurant and the service. Choose another place to eat if you want clean dishes and quality food.

The food is to die for so good! The management completely cares about the customers experience. Elroy smith, the manager, was awesome and addressed a few concerns we had. Our server Robert Moreno was the best server we have had in years. He had such a positive fun attitude. Thanks for making my dinner so enjoyable guys.

The food was amazingly delicious! The staff not so much. I couldn’t get my waitress over to the table to save my life! Seemed like she was too busy flirting with the bartender :/

I’m proud to say that I have never stepped in a P.F. Chang’s before for 22 years until recently. I’ve had people mention it, I’ve heard people come here before, but I have never gone here. Until last week, my boyfriend told me that there was a P.F. Chang’s nearby since the restaurant we were originally planning on eating at was closed that afternoon; I thought, «why not?» It was awkward for me because there was a menu in the front to see what they have been deciding between there and Pappadeaux next door. Standing outside for five minutes, I realized that it would be awkward to walk away so we decided to stay. –warning: after this sentence, you will see some sarcasm– Walking in, only being the Asian girl throughout the whole restaurant, you just KNEW place was a legit Chinese restaurant. I mean, just by looking at the menu, there was sushi and pad thai, the type food you’d find in any traditional Chinese restaurant. Whenever I try an American Chinese restaurant, for some reason, I feel the need to order the basics to see if they have«mastered» it. Meaning, I feel the need to order fried rice and kung pao chicken. But then I decided not to. We did, however, order fried rice. But I also ended up Mongolian beef. The fried rice wasn’t bad. Quite good. The beef however, was chewy and not any type of mongolian beef I have experience in other restaurants. The fish that my boyfriend got(overpriced, by the way), was quite good but the spinach according to him was different than from how he remembered. The dumplings we ordered, were okay. You can tell that they might’ve made it and froze it beforehand. How can you tell? The stuffing was somewhat warm and the outside was stale. Their tea was good, though. And of course, their seasonal dessert of peach cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream on top was a delicious traditional Chinese dessert(sarcasm with traditional Chinese, but not being sarcastic about being delicious). However, the customer service was great. The waitress was helpful, informative, and gave us some suggestions. And another waitress complimented on my shoes(I got it on eBay, you’re welcome, Unilocalers). Even if the customer service was great, I still couldn’t give this place three stars. Overall, this place is highly overrated. My boyfriend was right when he said that this place is usually meant for the«rich» American-ized people. The bill was a total of $ 70 – 75. Not worth the price due to the quality. I could’ve ordered similar things, high quality food, in a more traditional Chinese restaurant and possibly more for only $ 40. I’m glad I gave this place a try, though… Just to tell people that I’ve gone.

we found our new happy HR spot on Friday! The food is amazing ans almost half off from 4 – 6:30pm, the drinks are amazing freshly made skinny margaritas with freshly squeezed lime juice, guava, patron and splash of club soda. We usually sit at the bar and always make friends with the bartender. We get chicken wraps perfect seasoning, chicken satay my husbands favorite, ahi tuna chips amazing and chicken tacos no tortillas heaven! we will see you all at 4;30 each friday!

My negative experience began about a month or so back when I ordered dinner for pickup. Normally when I dine in, I get the Mongolian beef and egg drop soup since it’s delicious so I decided to go with what I usually get. When you order online, you have the option of getting a large or small container of soup, so I opted for the large. Apparently it was my mistake for not checking my order when I was sitting at the bar, but when I got home I realized I had been charged for a large and instead got a small. A 3 – 4 dollar price difference may not be a big deal to some people but there should have been some quality control happening on the expo line in the kitchen, but I digress. Everything that was ordered(two entrees and two soups for myself and my boyfriend) was cold and essentially bland and tasteless. We live about 5 minutes away from the Dallas Parkway location, so there shouldn’t have been any excuse… I ended up calling the restaurant to let the manager know that while I didn’t want a refund or to make a complaint, I just wanted him to know what had happened and that it was a little disappointing. He immediately started going«No, baby, baby, give me your card number and I’ll refund you the cost of the soup,» I told him I paid in cash and didn’t even want a refund, but he cut me off again, calling me baby. I ended up giving him my address for a gift certificate or coupon(which never came, but whatever) and he was just super short with me during the whole process. Fast-forward to this evening, I decided to give them another shot. Ordered the same thing from the same location five minutes away from the apartment, and while I did get the correct size soup, everything was cold and had a weird/no taste. Again. I have no idea what happens when they put food on the dining tables, but I wish the same thing happened when they put the same food into to-go containers. I’ve been going to the same restaurant location for years with friends and family, but now I highly doubt I’ll be going back. Please work on your customer service and quality control… and stop calling women«baby».

I don’t take bad reviews lightly — this place was BAD the chicken lettuce wraps, the lettuce was slightly wilted and the noddles were STALE — this turned me off and cancelled my main and just got soup and dumplings– the dumplings were good but the soup also sucked very salty and other than that tasteless– don’t know what happened here but mall Chinese is better than this trash — won’t be back

I know… I personally loved the Shrimp PadThai and the chicken fried rice was okay. we dint like much of the singapore street noodles. The veggie guys ordered some Buddha’s Feast. it was stir fried tofu with steamed rice. it was okayish. Aah… please don’t ask me about the desserts… We ordered banana spring rolls., but since the kitchen was closed by then., the lady waiting on us apologised to us. and then we ordered Flourless Chocolate Dome, the great wall of chocolate and some coconut ice-cream… They were all heavenly. loved our dinner there… and we were the last persons to leave!!! It is a good place for friends to hangout… family to dine. and even couple to have some great time: D

This time I went to different P.F.Chang’s location, the one in Grapevine and it has been great. Manager there was courteous to accept the coupon from mobile directly instead of insisting for printout. Food quality was much better and liked it. Surely will be going next time.

We have options to choose from when it comes to eating at P.F.Changs however since the weather was so bad and it was still raining we close the closest location on Preston Road where we have dined several times. Customers were not all that many when we arrived around 5:30PM. We were promptly seated. We ordered the dinner for two, which is $ 39.95 for soup, appetizer, entrée and dessert. On the side we ordered a pot of ginger peach hot tea. The tea arrived just warm and by the time we drank two cups it was cold and we left half the pot. Don’t believe the pot was warmed first and don’t believe really hot water was used to brew the tea. The eggs rolls arrived next and were delicious. There were four and we took two home with us. Perfectly fried and the veggies inside were tasty. We didn’t care for the sauce, which is served with the egg rolls. The egg drop soup arrived hot and tasty. The sweet and sour soup also arrived hot and tasty. Both soups contained too much thickening and would be better if served thinner. Nevertheless the soups were very good. The entrees were served with steamed rice. The rice was thick and clumpy and apparently had been cooked some time back and allowed to almost dry out. The rice is certainly in need of improvement. I ordered the peppers and beef and the plate arrive with my entrée and I immediately noticed my plate for the entrée was smaller than the plate holding the entrée for my spouse. I think I would serve both entrees on the same type dish. The beef and peppers entrée contained approximately 20 slices of beef in a dark heavy brown gravy/sauce. The beef was excellent and I thought the amount adequate. The downfall was the skimpy amount of green and red peppers I received on the platter. While I could not precisely reconstruct either of the peppers, it appeared I received about ¼ of a small red pepper and ¼ of a small green pepper. Both peppers were crisp and properly cooked. It was the amount of peppers, which were almost lost in the beef. I know some places seems to be cutting back on their portions, however I did not appreciate this as I paid for a full entrée. If it has been lunchtime I would not be writing this. On the other hand the chicken cashew that my spouse ordered was filled to the top of the plate with large pieces of chicken. The serving amount was excellent and on top of the amount being at the top of the plate the plate was larger than my entrée plate. She was well satisfied and the taste was excellent. The desert was raspberry fortune cookie type presentation, which was good however I think we will go back to the vanilla pastry the next time. This is a one or two-bite desserts so don’t get overly excited that a large dessert is about to some to your table. The fresh raspberry on top and the syrup were excellent. I am taking away one star due to the tea being just warm, the beef entrée being smaller and we only received adequate service, not outstanding.

We love coming to this location. The wait staff is ways super friendly and they check up on you frequently. The menu will typically have some new features throughout the year and they do a great job of making recommendations based off what they have tried. I love that they always give us their name again before leaving and tell us to come back and see them on their days. If you’re a regular like we are then you’ll love that. Awesome food and wonderful atmosphere. We love coming back to PF Changs!

This is really a very delayed review. Somehow I keep forgetting. I had been trying to get to this place for happy hour but end up doing take outs or dine ins. I always love a place that rotates or adds new items on their menu. This place does it the best with their seasonal creations in almost every category, even the desserts and drinks. They even tried bringing in a complimentary pancake kind of a thing with a spicy sauce but I found it very greasy and bland. I mentioned it to the waiter and he told they are trying something new and thanked me for my feedback. They did not serve it on my next dine in. Like their attitude, they try new things even if some of them flop. Now for their food… their thai, korean, Indian fusion food are really tasty creations. I particularly love their coconut curry vegetables and singapore street noodles. My hubby raves about the northern style spare ribs and I am a fan of their shrimp dumplings. YUM. I am not a fan of sushi but nice to see them on the menu. Their drinks are good too, the last one I enjoyed was the Long Island Rum Tea. Desserts range from mini wontons to mighty cakes. Love the banana spring roll. Warm banana spring rolls with cool creamy coconut ice cream. Hot and cold together in a dessert is my favorite.

My food didn’t taste right and like a dummy, i ate it anyways. I ordered the braised beef that was supposed to be marinated in red wine sauce. It came out very bland with no flavors of wine or anything else braised into the meat. It was also on a icy-cold day so I figured maybe the regular chef’s didn’t make it into work by lunch today. After lunch I was headed back to Austin and I didn’t even get all the way out of Dallas before I had to stop at a gas station and run into the bathroom. That lovely scene repeated itself in Waco too. yeah… I don’t see myself going back.

I’ve heard PF Chang’s is like a more expensive Pei Wei. Which, I think is kind of true after eating here. The service was fine. It was busy, so expectedly a little slow. The food was okay. I had the new lobster fried rice, which I didn’t care for. The sizes were decent. I did like that they take reservations, that saved us time. Maybe I’ll try it again, but for now, I’m okay.

What can I say, I’m a sucker for PF Changs. This location is a good size. There’s plenty of parking out front and tons of tall windows inside so it never feels stuffy. Service is hit or miss here. The last time we came our waiter disappeared after dinner. We were hoping he, a manager or someone would pass by us and ask if we wanted water refills, another cocktail or the check but no one came by. Well over 30 minutes came by and or waiter had his stuff in his hand like he was about to leave. We waved him down and he realized he’d forgot about us. He was very nice about it but it definitely put a little bit of a damper on our night. Being there for 2 ½ hours was not exactly our plan. For food their new menu is great! So many healthy options now. For a starter their chicken lettuce wraps are great. Often times I’ll actually order that as my meal! I love the gluten free spicy chicken! It’s light but incredibly flavorful. This is definitely a great place to grab a bite to eat but make sure you are able to be flexible with time and aren’t in a rush!
