Had to wait a long time to get seated because the cashier and host were arguing in front of everyone. Never got a refill on coffee. Kids never got refill on drinks. Only got checked on once

Eating breakfast right now, I’ve waited 40 minutes for my food and on top of that, they don’t know they difference between regular and decaf coffee. We were about to leave and find another place to eat when they finally brought out my food and they forgot my pancakes and brought it out 10 minutes later. How long does it take to make a veggie omelette and pancakes. Never eating here again

If I could give less than 1, I would. Today me and my husband and nephew and my mom came this location and the service was really really really bad — not only did our order come out wrong, but the waitress had the nerve to argue with me and tell me I needed to be more specific when ordering because I didn’t say the correct thing when I ordered… Um I have 3 people who can vouch for what I ordered and even if I hadn’t, who argues with a customer like that? She’s lucky I am a Christian who doesn’t like confrontation because it was about to get real. After arguing about it with me telling me I said chips and queso, she walks off acting mad at me like I did something wrong — then comes back acting like it didn’t happen and being nice again. Um sorry but I’ve worked in the service industry myself and know how tiring it can be, but there is NOEXCUSE for the type of back talk I got. Smh. Everyone in service knows, the customer comes first — and if you don’t know that, you don’t belong in that line of work. Period.

We have had worse and worse service every time we’ve come here over the past several months but tonight we decided to give them one last try. The service was so bad that we left after just ordering drinks and food for our toddler(which came out wrong). We ended up taking his to go just to get out of there. Sorry to the waitress whose phone play time was interrupted by our presence. We won’t make this mistake again! We ended up going across the street to Jason’s Deli and had a much better experience!

Ordered the banana nut pancake breakfast. The egg plate had a hair and this was brought to the attention of the wait staff. About 10 minutes later I received the egg plate again, egg and bacon were the same as before minus the hair. Told the manager and he didn’t charge for the meal. The wait staff said the cook wasn’t very good and I saw other orders being returned. Not sure if I will go back.

SERIOUSLY! I believe every bad review after this experience. Ordered food in advanced and about an hour later when I arrived it had not been completed. Staff was VERY unorganized and shift managers’ leadership(although nice) was extremely POOR. Security guard was uninterested in helping other customers with issues that were within his reasonable help. FOOD was definitely thrown together and the crowd was small. I should have read the reviews before coming here. This was the worst Food service experience I have ever encountered at this point. Maybe it was a bad night. I won’t be returning to confirm.

Im usually at this location every once in a while to pick up a to go order. The staff is usually great until today. I wanted to come in and pick up a to go order. The waitress was really nice that set my order, but then I get rung up by this guy with bad braids. He asks if I want to tip. I say .15 cents to make the amount even. Then he gives me attitude tells me Im spitting in their face, that I shouldn’t worry about tipping that amount, and to watch my mouth. I never said a word back I just stared in disbelief. Now I give Dennys a lot of money, Im guessing this guy really needed the tip to buy Chapstick, whatever the case may be. I did ask friends in the service industry they did confirm I should tip a to go order, however for an employee to be nasty like that is ridiculous. If youre gonna complain get a better job. So there you go ladies and gentleman Im taking my business to Ihop, heck Ill just go to Jack in the Box hahaaha.

Honestly, what can I say about Denny’s that you don’t already know? Their menu consists of your standard diner fare with a handful of odd seasonal specials and unnecessary«red velvet» offerings. The food is not by any means gourmet, but it arrives hot, fast, and fairly cheap. The service is typically adequate though not the most attentive.

This place needs to be closed down and replaced with a breakfast diner that actually knows how to be clean and prepare good food. First off, our waitress was disgusting and so was the restaurant. First thing I noticed was how dirty her apron and clothes were. Then after waiting ten minutes to get our drinks I noticed how dirty the underneath of her nails were. When we finally got our food it was pathetic. I left feeling so dirty on the inside. Then it took her about twenty minutes to finally get our bill and she had the audacity to compliment herself on her service. I waited tables for 5 years and that was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t tip her a thing, and that was a first for me. Don’t go here. You’ll regret it and feel dirty the whole time there and then after you leave.

I’m not big fan of fast casual breakfast restaurants but we were starving at 2am on New Years Day and decided what the heck. We knew it was going to be busy and possibly include a few drunken folks so we braced and walked in. Surprisingly there wasn’t a wait. Immediately after sitting down I noticed the young man a few tables down with his head on the table looking like he was going vomit. Then there was the staggering inebriated woman whose friend couldn’t get her to sit down. I was starving so I sat and prayed that I wouldn’t see vomit flying across the room during my meal. Our waitress approached the table like a ray of sunshine and took our order. She kept us informed of the status of the order and checked on us often with a look of sympathy on her face as she passed to serve the drunken folks. I watched the staff as we waited and they all seemed to handle the situation with smiles, patience and politeness. The food was nothing more than I expected… «ok» but I give them three stars for the way they all handled a busy crazy, night. PS: The drunk guy at the adjacent table did eventually jump up and managed to get to the restroom(I’m sure to vomit) without incident in the dining area.

Went there with my girlfriend two weeks ago after we were out in Fort Worth heading home and it was the worst experience I ever had. First all it took 10 minutes for us to be seated(mind you there were only two groups in the restaurant) then took another 10 minutes to get our drink order and 15 minutes for my OJ. Then to add injury to insult, two more tables sit down after us and they both received their food before we ever had the chance to get ours. I had enough at this point and we walked out. RIDICULOUS!!! Don’t know what is going on with the kitchen personnel, the management or the waitstaff at that location but it was PURE mediocrity and will NEVER return there!!! Jack N the Box ran circles around that Denny’s staff! Smh

Denny’s is Denny’s…u walk in they seat you, your table will probably be a lil wet because they’re so busy its basically«swipe n go», and you will more then likely find food under the table… But our server was suuuuper fast! my eggs were perfection and the turkey bacon was pretty good. Best thing about Denny’s is the fact they are ALWAYSOPEN!!! Whoop!

This Denny’s is clean, and the staff is a hit or miss here. Our waitress looked half sleepy, but she did a good job. They have a ton of options here if you want to eat healthy or bad. I ordered the fit slam which included egg whites with spinach, turkey bacon, english muffin and seasonal fruit. It’s open 24 hours, so if it’s a Sunday, and everything else is closed, come here.

Pros: Excellent, prompt service; location Cons: Uh, it’s Denny’s «Why don’t you shut the f*#k up!!! She’s taking care of another customer!» My outburst was uncharacteristic but warranted. The event reminded me of Sven in Fear and Loathing who was able to voice his contempt toward his fascist guests through an observant Dr. Gonzo. A couple in the booth next to me elected to voice their dissatisfaction with their short stack by flailing their arms and calling to our server who was in the process of taking an order from another customer. My unsolicited feedback temporarily silenced their grievance, and saved me from having to explain that the $ 2 tip they will leave in mixed change does not waive their responsibility to proper comportment. Denny’s. Really? Days ago, I would have considered a Unilocal about this well-established franchise laughable. After all, the only real variables between each restaurant would be location and staff. …and that’s exactly why I’m taking the time to write about… Denny’s. I came in hunger over, seeking a post-inebriation omelette of my own design. My server was quick to seat me, and took my drink and food order immediately. My food came out quickly, and was well prepared. She could see by my bloodshot eyes that I did not want conversation at this unGodly hour, and saved her banter for the table with the Mini Me looking baby. I noticed during my brief meal that she seemed to treat each table differently, identifying their needs and catering to their requirements. That’s why I felt compelled to silence the hicks at the adjacent booth. My 5 star rating is not for Denny’s as a corporate entity. It’s merely a shout out to those who do their best in difficult, thankless situations. Cheers!
